The rapid development of technology, especially in the industrial sector, has led many companies to conduct research and innovation to enhance production efficiency and product quality. High-quality products reflect a company's efforts to increase production volume and minimize the amount of rejects or waste generated during production. The drilling process at PT. Duo Work Engineering utilizes the Laguna FTV1 milling machine. The purpose of this research is to determine the design of a drilling jig to minimize the rate of defective products. The method used in this research is DFMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly). The data used in this study consists of the total number of defective products during the drilling process. The calculation results based on the defective products without using the jig showed 26 pieces with a success rate of 83.3%. After implementing the designed jig, the success rate increased to 96.6%, indicating a reduction in defective product rate by 13.3%.

According to the relevant standards, the business undertakes workplace precautions for health and safety among its personnel. The aforementioned precautions are implemented to prevent employee incidents, and an approach for managing workplace security has been designed in accordance therewith PP. 50 Year 2012 on SMK3.to determine the percentage of staff members that miss time from work as a result of incidents that happen there, which can have an impact on output. Then the researcher uses the Lost Time Frequency Rate (LTFR) method.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work safety on work productivity, occupational health on work productivity and safety and health on work productivity in employees. The research method is quantitative, the research analysis uses the LFTR method and linear regression. The results show the calculation of the lost time ratio of workers who experience work accidents with the highest frequency is in 2018 which occurred a loss of working time of 31300.00 hours per million people working. There is an influence of occupational safety on work productivity in employees.

At the packing station, the automation system that can be used is the pick to light system. Pick to light is a paperless picking system designed to simplify the order fulfillment and picking process, or the packing process. Pick to light offers an innovative and efficient solution, thus improving efficiency, productivity, and picking accuracy, while saving costs. The research method uses a way by identifying problems, determining the formulation of problems, knowing the objectives of the research, supported by a theoretical basis, then collecting data by interview and observation, then designing the machine with the NIDA method. The result of this research is the creation of a machine that can reduce the Missing Process in the product packaging process, with the NIDA method as a guide, then complaints are found from operators who work in the product packaging process, then researchers develop these complaints to get needs. Based on the research that has been carried out by researchers on the product packaging process, it can be concluded that the machine that has been designed, namely the pick to light machine, can reduce the missing process. not only reduce, this machine also turns out to be able to prevent missing processes.

Swallow's nest is a material that provides great benefits, especially in relation to health and also as a profitable export/import commodity. However, it is not surprising that the swallow's nest business requires a lot of capital and swallow's nest products must be of high quality. Therefore, in swallow nest processing there are several important stages such as cleaning, shaping, drying and packing. From the above process, it is clear that the scale is a measure of water content which also affects the selling price, so a swallow hatcher is needed. The drying process greatly affects the quality of the swallow product/nest. If the swallow nest is too dry, there is a decrease in the weight of the material which can be dangerous. If it is too moist, mould will form and there may also be dirt. At this stage, drying is still done manually with the help of a fan. The fan is turned on for an hour, but sometimes the workers forget to turn off the fan, causing the swallow's nest to dry too much, which also results in a waste of electricity. The design of this dryer uses a sensor to turn on the lights and a timer to determine the time needed. With this tool can help workers in managing swallow nest dryers. The existence of this tool also helps businesses to be able to dry swallow nests automatically.

Network security is a very important aspect in maintaining information security. In network management using proxy devices, use of firewall filtering and port knocking in an effort to increase security and control network access and hide services that are not needed. In addition to obtaining information on suspicious network activity in real-time with telegram notifications. The method used includes analysis of network security needs, system architecture design, firewall filtering and port knocking configurations on the proxy and integration with the telegram API to send notifications. The results of this study show that using firewall filtering and port knocking on Mikrotik can effectively improve network security by limiting unauthorized access and reducing the risk of attacks from outside. The system is also capable of providing notifications via telegram when suspicious activity is detected, thus enabling a network administrator to respond quickly to these threats

Inventory management is an important aspect for good planning in business activities. The application of inventory management in it is a primary need if there is a problem with the supply of raw materials, all operational activities will be disrupted, the problem in this study is that there are often empty P304C laying quail stocks, so many consumers complain. Predicting demand accurately is very difficult because Tani Raya cannot predict consumer desires, so it must carefully plan the inventory so that it is not too large and not too small. this study used the EOQ method. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the control of feed inventory of p304c laying quails using the Economy Order Quantity method in SME tani raya. The results obtained by the optimal frequency of purchases are carried out 12 times a year with a total purchase of 14,000 kg, with a safety stock of 1,514 kg. Reordering is carried out when the inventory of goods remains 14, 514 kg or 14, 500 kg. the calculated EOQ method produces a total cost of Rp. 2,509,976 while the conventional method is Rp. 7,539,873, with a difference of Rp. 5,029,897.

Now it has become a tendency for every parent to bring their baby in all their activities from shopping to malls or traditional markets and not even a few who take their babies while doing work outside the home. many parents wanted a multifunctional pillion chair. One way to do this is to identify what the customer wants and develop pillion chair products using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach. the design concept of the added child pillion chair is to be multifunctional. The multifunctionality in question is that the child's pillion chair has been developed to become a stoller as well so that parents who have children 1-3 years old when traveling using two-wheeled vehicles are not tired of carrying their children. The development of this pillion chair is also based on ergonomic aspects by using the anthropometric method of measuring the child's body. The results of the ergonomic analysis of the child pillion chair using anthropometric calculations are that the seat width is 29cm the seat length is 22cm the backrest height is 31cm the armrest height is 18cm the footrest height is 24cm the seat belt length is 33cm.

ABSTRACT
It is currently impossible to forecast whether it will rain or be sunny in Indonesia, particularly in the city of Batam. This continues to be a significant issue for those who are drying clothes, particularly in wet weather. Weather like this makes some people concerned because they don't have time to pick up the clothesline in wet circumstances, so they frequently leave clothing that have dried in the sun to travel. In addition, Indonesia's tropical climate frequently has extended rainy seasons, and there are several places with high rainfall, which gives us pause when air-drying garments outside the house. Most individuals hang their clothing to dry on the house's terrace during the rainy season. This is done to prevent precipitation from drying out on clothes when their owners are out and about. The author derived a design for an automatic clothesline puller from the description of the issue given above. This device incorporates a rain sensor and a light dependent resistor sensor into an Arduino Uno microcontroller. For this tool to draw the clothesline to a location that is shielded from rainwater, it first uses the rain sensor and the LDR sensor to sense the weather around it. When the sensor does not get light, the equipment will translate rain. The tool will move the clothesline to a location where it is exposed to the sun when the sensor detects sunshine since it will interpret this as a sign that it is hot outside. While raindrops are being detected by the rain sensor.  It is currently impossible to forecast whether it will rain or be sunny in Indonesia, particularly in the city of Batam. This continues to be a significant issue for those who are drying clothes, particularly in wet weather. Weather like this makes some people concerned because they don't have time to pick up the clothesline in wet circumstances, so they frequently leave clothing that have dried in the sun to travel. In addition, Indonesia's tropical climate frequently has extended rainy seasons, and there are several places with high rainfall, which gives us pause when air-drying garments outside the house. Most individuals hang their clothing to dry on the house's terrace during the rainy season. This is done to prevent precipitation from drying out on clothes when their owners are out and about. The author derived a design for an automatic clothesline puller from the description of the issue given above. This device incorporates a rain sensor and a light dependent resistor sensor into an Arduino Uno microcontroller. For this tool to draw the clothesline to a location that is shielded from rainwater, it first uses the rain sensor and the LDR sensor to sense the weather around it. When the sensor does not get light, the equipment will translate rain. The tool will move the clothesline to a location where it is exposed to the sun when the sensor detects sunshine since it will interpret this as a sign that it is hot outside. While raindrops are being detected by the rain sensor. This research is to find out and analyze the impact of Management Supervision and Work Motivation on Employee Performance. This research was conducted at PT ABC from March 2023 to July 2023. In this study, the population was all employees, totaling 150 people. The independent variables in this study: Management Supervision (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) and the dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y). Data analysis method used in this research is simple linear analysis. The results of the study are Management Supervision and Work Motivation have an influence on Worker Performance of 18.1%.
