The purpose of this Research is to Analysis how influential between Dependent Variable and Independent Variable and find how to increase student learning motivation from research how influential between variables; (1) Teacher creativity of student learning motivation, (2) Teacher pedagogical completence of student learning motivation dan (3) creativity and teacher pedagogical completence of student learning motivation. From this research the writer to tested, to proved and to analyzed so how to make a relationships cause and effect to influence of teacher creativity and pedagogical competence of student learning motivation. The population in this research we teachers and student regency West Java. The method in this reaserch is survei causal with data analysis techniques using path analysis. The results of data analysis are; (1) There are a positive and significant influence between teacher creativity of student learning motivation, (2) There are positive and significant direct effect of teacher pedagogical competence to student learning motivation dan (3) There are a positive and significant direct effect between creativity and teacher pedagogical competence of student motivation. The increasing student motivation will have and impact to student achievement outcomes.

The purpose of this study was to determine how the role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals at MTs Muhammadiyah Blimbing Sukoharjo Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. This research took place at MTs Muhammadiyah Blimbing Sukoharjo Regency. The results of this study are the role of Islamic religious education teachers in fostering student morals, among others, with the school program provided for the creation of moral guidance to students including the holding of the 5S program, the provision of positive activities (spiritual inspiration) which is done every friday in two weeks, the adjustment of learning materials including the use of appropriate learning methods.

The results of this study indicate that the strategy implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers in building student character at SDIT Hidayah Klaten for the 2021/2022 Academic Year includes the forms of character that are expected in Class V SDIT students, namely discipline, honesty, democracy, creativity, and responsibility. The strategy used by PAI teachers in building student character at SDIT Hidayah Klaten Tahun is that the teacher is a role model for students and the teacher evaluates students who are not good by intensely communicating with parents of students. The supporting factor during the process of implementing the teacher's strategy in building student character at SDIT Hidayah Klaten was that the implementation of the program was highly supported by the good performance of the principal, all teachers, staff and students as well as the existing curriculum. While the inhibiting factors during the process of implementing the teacher's strategy in building student character at SDIT Hidayah Klaten include: there are still some students who sometimes lack discipline in carrying out their duties, there is still a lack of tidiness and cleanliness, less optimal cooperation between teachers and less optimal Collaboration between the school and parents/guardians of students

This study aims to determine the effect of the role of parents on akhlak karimah in early childhood group B at Binakheir Kindergarten Cibinong, Bogor Regency. The importance of this research is in the role of parents in child development, especially in the formation of good morals in children such as teaching, habituation and proper guidance so that they can instill good morals in children. This study involved a research sample of 36 which was a sample of early childhood group B at Binakheir Cibinong Kindergarten. The research used by researchers is quantitative type with references to journals, books and the web as well as data collection through observation, questionnaires, progress reports and documentation. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive influence between the role of parents and akhlak karimah in early childhood group B at Binakheir Kindergarten. Then it is concluded that the results of this study are by obtaining a rcount value of 0.70 and with a significant level of 5%, an rtable value of 0.33 is obtained. Thus, rcount ≥ rtable (0.70 ≥ 0.33), then the alternative hypothesis is accepted, while the null hypothesis is rejected, meaning that there is a significant relationship between the role of parents and good morals in early childhood at Binakheir Cibinong Kindergarten, Bogor Regency. The role of parents has a significant influence on akhlak karimah in early childhood group B at Binakheir Kindergarten Cibinong, Bogor Regency. This study provides input for parents to be more aware of their role in teaching, modeling and guiding in educating their children so that they can have good morals.

Abstrak : Tujuan dari Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetauhi lebih dalam lagi terkait pemikiran pendidikan KH. Hasyim Asy’ari baik itu berupa system, metode dan tujuan pendidikan islam. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni metode deksriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kepustakaan untuk memperoleh data yang sesuai maka sumber-sumber yang di ambil berupa buku yang relavan serta jurnal-jurnal yang sudah terakreditasi. Adapun teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ada dua yakni teknik analisis isi dan teknik analisis filosofis. Hasil pembahasan bahwasannya di temukan bahwa untuk system pendidikan yang di terapkan awalnya masih berupa tingkatan yakni jika selesai kitab yang pelajari maka bisa melanjutkan ke kitab berikutnya namun sering perkembangan berubah menjadi sistem kelas. Kemudian masih berfokus pada pengajian kitab kuning (salafiyyah). Tapi ini terus berkembang sehingga akhirnya dimasukan juga ilmu umum seperti Bahasa belanda, ilmu bumi, dan ilmu pengetikan tanpa harus menghilangkan budaya kitab kuning. Metode yang digunakan berupa wetonan dan sorogan Adapun tujuan pendidikan menurut kh hasyim asy’ari ada tiga yakni, pertama : Menghilangkan Kebodohan, kedua : Mengembangkan serta melestarikan nilai-nilai islam, ketiga : Mengharap dan mendapatkan Ridho Allah SWT.

Penelitian, Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Student Team Achievement Divisions (STAD) Menggunakan Alat Peraga Al-Qur’an untuk Meningkatkan Penguasaan Ilmu Tajwid Siswa Kelas VIII di Sekolah Menegah Pertama Muhammadiyah 01 Surakarta Tahun Pelajaran 2023, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Insitut Islam Mamba’ul ‘Ulum Surakarta, 2023.
Efektivitas adalah tingkat keberhasilan dari suatu hal, yang ditunjukkan dengan tercapainya sasaran atau tujuan dari hal tersebut. Suatu pembelajaran dapat dikatakan efektif apabila proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan baik dan tujuan dari pembelajaran tersebut dapat dicapai. Penelitian ini dilator belakangi oleh keadaan siswa yang pasif pada saat pembelajaran, banyak siswa yang hanya diam, mendengarkan dan mencatat saja di dalam kelas serta siswa merasa jenuh dengan pembelajaran. Guru dapat menyesuaikan model pembelajaran yang tepat untuk menciptakan suasana aktif dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Tajwid. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Efektifitas Koopratif tipe STAD pada pembelajaran Ilmu Tajwid menggunakan alat peraga Al-Qur’an untuk meningkatkan penguasaan tajwid siswa kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Surakarta, Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat penguasaan ilmu tajwid siswa kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Surakarta.
Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, tes
dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi aktivitas siswa dan guru, dan soal tes untuk melihat hasil belajar siswa. Kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan rumus presentase dan untuk hasil tes menggunakan rumus ketuntasan klasikal.
Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah (1) aktivitas guru meningkat dengan persentase 78,33% (baik) menjadi 83,33% (baik) pada siklus I dan siklus II, (2) aktivitas siswa meningkat dari 67,5% (cukup) pada siklus I menjadi 82,5% (baik) pada siklus II, (3) hasil belajar siswa meningkat dari siklus I yaitu 53,33% menjadi 86,66% pada siklus II, (4) selama proses pembelajaran Ilmu Tajwid dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division), terdapat beberapa hambatan. Hambatanhambatan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru diantara lain yaiu memberikan motivasi untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa dan mengontrol diskusi kelompok agar semua siswa dalam kelompok terlibat aktif dalam diskusi sehingga komunikasi kelompok terbangun dengan tercapainya sasaran atau tujuan dari hal tersebut baik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahwa model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Division) efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Tajwid pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Muhammadiyah 01 Surakarta.

Hambatanhambatan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru diantara lain yaiu memberikan motivasi untuk menumbuhkan semangat belajar siswa dan mengontrol diskusi kelompok agar semua siswa dalam kelompok terlibat aktif dalam diskusi sehingga komunikasi kelompok terbangun dengan tercapainya sasaran atau tujuan dari hal tersebut baik. This study aims to analyze 1) The role of Islamic Education Teachers in shaping Islamic personality, 2) Islamic Education teacher’s efforts in shaping personality, 3) Obstacles and supporting factors in shaping students’ personality at Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo. The type of research was a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis. The research was carried out at Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo with research subjects and informants namely VII grade students, counseling teachers, school principals and Islamic Education teachers. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions drawing. The results of research related to the role of Islamic Education Teachers in shaping the personality of students at Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo, include: 1) The role of Islamic Education Teachers, namely teachers as teachers, as good examples, as mentors and as leaders. 2) The efforts made by Islamic Education Teachers in shaping students’ personalities are by giving real examples in daily life, giving good advice, getting students used to saying greetings and shaking hands with teachers, Duha Prayers, Dzuhur Prayers in congregation, Tahfidz, Praying before the lesson starts and before going home. 3) Supporting factors for Islamic Education Teachers in shaping Islamic personality atau Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo Junior High School are teacher support, availability of facilities and infrastructure, student family background and factors from students themselves. Meanwhile the inhibiting factors of Islamic Education Teachers in shaping Islamic personality atau Muhammadiyah 1 Sukoharjo Junior High School are two factors, namely internal factors or from within students themselves and factors from outside students, including lack of parental support, environment and friends hanging out.

The quality of teacher service is very important in educational organizations to achieve the stated goals. Early childhood education is very important, fundamental, and strategic in building human resources and preparing a qualified generation of the nation, so it must be implemented as well as possible. Kindergarten teachers must be well prepared in order to provide quality services.
Based on the above background, this study aims to look at and find efforts and strategies that can be used to improve the quality of teacher services through strengthening professional competence, personality, and job satisfaction for Kindergarten teachers in Bogor City.
This research uses correlational research method, the research is conducted using quantitative methods and data collection is carried out through a questionnaire. then explained by statistical analysis and analyzed by regression analysis. The study population was 298 private Kindergarten teachers with A accreditation in Bogor City. The research sample of 171 respondents was determined by the Slovin formula, selected using proportional random sampling method.
The results of quantitative research found that professional competence that emphasizes the ability to develop teaching materials, learning approaches, and developing teaching materials can improve teacher quality. Personality that emphasizes awareness, friendliness, emotional stability, openness to experience, extraversion can improve the quality of teacher services. Job satisfaction that emphasizes salary, employment, promotion opportunities, supervisors, colleagues can improve the quality of teacher service. Based on this research, the stronger the professional service competence, personality, and job satisfaction, the higher the teacher quality.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between professional competence and the quality of teacher services with the coefficient of determination r2y1 = 0.417. There is a positive and significant relationship between personality and service quality with the coefficient of determination r2y2 = 0.515. There is a positive and significant relationship between job satisfaction and service quality with the coefficient of determination r2y3 = 0.463. This shows that the quality of teacher services can be improved by increasing professional competence, personality, and job satisfaction.
The results of the SITOREM analysis on professional competence, personality, job satisfaction and teacher service quality show that there are indicators that are priority to be improved, namely: emotional stability, agreeableness, extraversion, pay, job, promotion opportunities, supervisors, designing learning approaches, developing teaching materials, develop professionalism, responsiveness. The indicators that need to be maintained are: openness to experience, conscientiousness, co-workers, reliability, tangibles, assurance, and empathy.
