The purpose of this writing is to find out financing models which can be used as an alternative in land development and management waqf so that it can be productive, the financing that is considered ideal is financing with a small risk of loss, empowering waqf land can It also absorbs labor so it also has the opportunity to open up fields work for those in need, the proceeds will be distributed to improve the community's economy. By using research methods literature views, observations and interviews compiled through the data reduction stage, presentation and drawing conclusions. Waqf has great opportunities for its use from time to time. However, in practice, many waqf assets are not managed well. so that many waqf assets are not utilized or are only being built for permanent interests. Various problems become obstacles including the absence of financing, the nadzir paradigm which is still traditional, so it is still not optimal in its management, to overcome obstacles In fact, there are many solutions offered, including intertwining partnerships with stakeholders to be able to finance management and empowerment waqf land. Productive waqf management is something that is still relevant to discuss.

The distinctive nature of the work environment within the police force presents unique challenges for achieving work-life balance, especially for police officers dedicated to fulfilling their service duties. This study, therefore, undertakes a comprehensive review of previous studies that have examined the key factors and impacts associated with work-life balance amongst police officers. Through a meticulous literature review, this research investigates the determinants and consequences of establishing a critical work-life balance for police officers, focusing on articles published between 2018 and 2022 from selected academic journals. Findings indicate a range of key factors that both facilitate and hinder the achievement of work-life balance, and their resultant impacts, with particular emphasis on public service performance. In terms of originality, this research explores the current trends in the study of work-life balance in police officers. It aims to offer practical suggestions for police institutions and formulate recommendations for future research in the field of work-life balance.

Sharia banks are committed to growing with the potential and sharia market. But sharia banks also want to be pure sharia everywhere. One way is by spin off, but it turned out to be stagnant and not in accordance with the percentage of the sharia market in Indonesia. Sharia bank efficiency does not grow rapidly and profits are minimal when spin off. The aim of this research is to analyze the impact of bank spin-offs on Sharia bank compliance. This research method uses a causative qualitative method, based on qualitative data looking at the cause and effect relationship of a policy. To strengthen the results, deep structured open interviews were used from policy makers (BI), academics and Islamic bank spin-off actors. The results show that Spin off is a necessity as mandated by Law No. 21 of 2008, because on the one hand it wants to be a goal for halal Islamic banks in a big way. The impact is that banks that have been spun off will increase their sharia compliance more than UUS, even though the growth is not very significant and their business is not very efficient.

Natural resources are the World's assets that are useful for ensuring the future of mankind so that the topic of environmental protection has become a global concern. Using environmentally friendly products will certainly minimize the negative impact on the environment. There has been a rapid growth in green marketing research and its impact on customer behavior in recent years which is interesting to study. This article aims to find out: (1) How literature in the field of green purchasing behaviour has grown? (2) What is the next area of GLB research is lacking? (3) Where is the country that has done the most research on GPB? The review was performed using Scopus for the period 2013 to 2023 and uses VOSviewer as auxiliary software and uses Publish or Perish to help group data. The final sample comprised is 86 articles were found and sorting. The result shows that 2022 was the peak of publication. These values led to the identification of 43 items and 4 clusters. This study has added to existing knowledge and understanding of important and recent factors in the adoption of green purchase behavior.

Technological disruption has forced higher education institutions to re-adjust their governance model so that organization sustainability can be achieved in facing future challenges. The purpose of the implementation of governance digital transformation is to improve organizational performance, particularly in higher education institutions. Nowadays, almost every organization in the world is modifying their business processes by integrating technology into their operational activities, especially the procurement process as a supply chain support, to achieve established organizational strategic business goals. Through governance and digital transformation, flexibility in meeting market changes can be acquired. The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of procurement's digital transformation in higher education and improve its supply chain performance. The methodology used in this study is a literature review from several sources. As a conclusion, we aim to show that procurement digital transformation has significantly impacted supply chain performance, and supply chain innovation has also significantly impacted higher education institution performance

This study aimed at formulating a new regulation model which is capable of integrating economical and ecological aspects in a bioregionalism concept for the utilization of tourism space based on local wisdom in Bali. Considering the Balinese tourism industry is vulnerable to the environmental damage, there should be a protection upon the sustainability of the tourism industry in a regulation arrangement which emphasizing on preservation aspect. Bioregionalism proposes an idea of self-sufficient, self-fulfilled, and economical sovereignty to fulfill all of the needs of the local people based on the existing natural sources and potency by synchronizing the local nature. It is an analytical descriptive study which was designed in 2 years with qualitative approach. The data collection was done through in-depth interview in which the informants were purposively selected. This study produced a regulation model of space utilization in tourism area based on bioregionalism to realize the sustainable and environmentally friendly Balinese development. This study becomes a new reference in environmentally sustainable development in tourism sector. Through bioregionalism concept, the negative impact of the activity involving the environmental, social and economic aspects can be revealed.

This research aims to evaluate the implementation of performance assessments in the context of measuring, improving the quality and capability of human resources in sharia banks, especially at Bank Syariah Indonesia Gresik Kartini Branch Office. The research method used is literature study and secondary data analysis. The results of this research indicate that the performance assessment at Bank Syariah Indonesia Gresik Kartini Branch Office has been carried out regularly and systematically, so that the expected business results can also be achieved well. Performance appraisal is used as a basis for measuring the quality and capability of employees in achieving expected work performance. Performance assessment based on achievements is also in line with sharia principles and guidelines, namely the aspect of justice where every job that has been carried out well then gets good returns. Performance assessment as a tool for measuring the quality and capability of human resources is an inseparable part of human resource management for companies, including Islamic banks

The qualitative method is used to analyze customer interest in sharia pawn products offered by PT. Pegadaian Syariah. This data collection technique uses library and field research techniques such as observation, interviews and informants. The product most frequently sought by customers is Rahn. This was proven from the results of the data provided by the pawnshop to the researchers and the results of interviews. This research aims to address the research gap regarding the use of AI in enhancing employee productivity. The study focuses on the role of AI in employee engagement and performance evaluation. The research adopts a quantitative approach, comparing various AI-based algorithms such as random forest, artificial neural network, decision tree, and XGBoost. The study proposes an ensemble approach called RanKer, which combines these algorithms to provide performance ratings for employees. The empirical results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model in terms of precision, recall, F1-score, and accuracy. Additionally, the research explores the impact of AI on employee engagement, highlighting the potential for real-time monitoring, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing to create a holistic work environment that promotes clarity, skill development, recognition, and wellness. The findings suggest that the combination of AI and employee engagement can lead to increased productivity, improved communication, and a collaborative work environment. This research contributes to the understanding of how AI can be leveraged to enhance employee productivity and provides recommendations for expanding the use of AI in employee engagement practices.

The findings suggest that the combination of AI and employee engagement can lead to increased productivity, improved communication, and a collaborative work environment. Environmental Management Accounting (EMA) has gained popularity as public awareness of environmental degradation rises due to human activities. The fight over this issue is no longer an option for any business, including tourism. The aim of this study is to deep dive into how EMA is applied in luxury hotels. These hotels offer the best services, which can become a source of conflict in the spirit of sustainable tourism. We interviewed accounting five-star hotel managers in developing countries throughout 2023 to capture the phenomenon at its finest. This study found that EMA has been installed, trained, and applied to all their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The need to give the best service didn’t hinder them from putting EMA into practice but supported them instead. This study also showed that awareness of the sustainability issue of people in developing countries is still low, hence the EMA application will help to shape the attention better. This study is among a few studies exploring the practice of EMA in luxury hotels in developed countries.
