Self-powered photodetector with high performance based on PtSe2/MoSe2 van der Waals heterojunction 基于 PtSe2/MoSe2 范德华异质结的高性能自供电光电探测器

Due to the increasing demand for miniaturization and portability, the development of self-powered photodetectors that can work without external power supply has aroused great interest among researchers. As a group-10 layered transitional metal dichalcogenides, PtSe2 exhibits potential applications in photoelectric detection because of the unique properties such as high carrier mobility, tunable bandgap, and stability. However, its inherent large dark current hinders the further improvement of the performance of the PtSe2 photodetectors. In this paper, we fabricated a vertically aligned Two-dimensional (2D) van der Waals (vdWs) heterojunction composed of PtSe2 and MoSe2, which exhibits high sensitivity photoelectric detection performance in a wide band from visible light (405 nm) to near-infrared (1550 nm) without external bias. As a result, working in self-driving mode at room temperature, the responsivity and detectivity can reach 22.95 A W-1 and 9.27×1011 Jones with a fast response speed of 180/48 μs. This work is expected to provide a new idea for broadband, energy-efficient and high-performance miniaturized detectors.

Aerial infrared target tracking algorithm based on kernel correlation filtering and SIFT features in complex background 基于核相关滤波和 SIFT 特征的复杂背景下航空红外目标跟踪算法

Aerial infrared target tracking is one of the core technologies of the infrared imaging missile electro-optical countermeasures system and has important application value. However, in practical applications, the traditional kernel correlation filter (KCF) algorithm suffers from problems such as single scale and poor resistance to occlusion, resulting in poor tracking when the target changes scale or is in a complex background. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a way to improve the KCF algorithm. SIFT feature points are combined with correlation filtering methods to build a more flexible and adaptive feature representation, and a scale adaptivity mechanism is introduced to improve tracking performance. The paper is also validated by experiments based on infrared video datasets, and the results show that the improved KCF algorithm has better robustness and tracking performance in aerial infrared target tracking compared to the traditional KCF algorithm.

Rotating target detection for nearshore SAR ships based on improved YOLOv7 基于改进型 YOLOv7 的近岸搜救船旋转目标探测

To address the problems of complex background of land buildings and islands in near-shore SAR image ship detection, dense ship docking, and thus inaccurate localization and target miss detection, we propose a YOLOv7 near-shore SAR ship rotation target detection model based on the attention mechanism and KLD improvement. Firstly, considering the lack of attention mechanism and remote dependency of YOLOv7, CA attention mechanism is added to the backbone network to improve the model context encoding capability and enhance the model accuracy. Secondly, the 3D nonreference attention mechanism SimAm is introduced to further improve the attention to ship features. Finally, the angular information is considered for the problem that the ship targets of SAR images are closely aligned in any direction. KLD is used as the localization loss function. The experimental results on the SSDD dataset show that the improved algorithm in this paper improves AP by 14.34% in near-shore scenes and the same in offshore scenes, with 2.22% improvement in all scenes relative to the original YOLOv7 model. The experimental results show that the algorithm applies to detecting ship targets in any direction in the near-shore scenes.

TE-pass polarizers based on mode rotation and coupling in SOI platform 基于 SOI 平台模式旋转和耦合的 TE 通偏振器

We proposed a compact and efficient TE-pass polarizer in silicon-on-insulator(SOI) platform, which consist of polarization beam splitters (PBS), polarization rotators (PR) and polarization splitter-rotators (PSR) . The transmission of transverse magnetic(TM) and transverse electric(TE) modes can reach 88.9% and 98.6% at the wavelength of 1550 nm, and the loss is less than 1.6 dB. The PR shows a high polarization conversion efficiency (PCE) of 98.2% within a total device length of about 7.2 um. The device is much smaller than the general level of polarization devices, which can fulfill the polarization control in the integrated optical gyroscope (IOG).

Study on nanosecond pulse laser propulsion microspheres based on a tapered optical fiber in water environment 基于锥形光纤的纳秒脉冲激光推进微球在水环境中的研究

This study establishes a laser propulsion system with a pulsed laser at the tip of a tapered optical fiber, and investigates the interaction between polystyrene (PS) microspheres and nanosecond laser pulses in water. The system can effectively control the generation of laser energy and spot, achieving precise microsphere propulsion. Additionally, we employ a laser propulsion system with a conical fiber structure to separate and remove PS microsphere clusters in water. This type of laser propulsion system is characterized by simple operation and precise positioning, and based on these features, the study of PS microsphere propulsion using the conical fiber laser propulsion system holds potential applications in underwater laser cleaning and underwater microstructure manipulation.

A digital representation algorithm for long distance transmission laser spot energy intensity distribution 长距离传输激光光斑能量强度分布的数字表示算法

An algorithm is designed to realize the digital representation of long distance transmission laser spot energy intensity distribution, due to the current situation that the energy intensity of long distance transmission laser spots cannot be accurately represented in the laser system. A definite number is obtained by image processing and program calculation of a laser spot. The simulated laser spots are calculated and contrasted to verify the universality and applicability of the algorithm. The calculation results show that the spots size have negative impact on the representation results. Using this algorithm, the adjustment criterion of the long distance transmission laser spots in the laser system can be set more conveniently.

Automatic correction method of optical microscope displacement stage based on Hough transform 基于 Hough 变换的光学显微镜位移台自动校正方法

Computational optical microscopy can obtain multidimensional and microscopic sample images and information that cannot be observed by the naked eye. However, due to limitations in hardware manufacturing level, optical deployment methods, and detection tools, there are often errors between the actual imaging system and its physical model, which makes it difficult for computational optical microscopy to achieve stable imaging functions and obtain high-quality observation images. This paper introduces an automatic correction method for microscope stage based on Hough Transform image processing. It does not require manual operation and only requires image processing of the imaging results to complete the correction fully automatically. The correction process is simple and fast, with better visualization and accuracy for the imaging results. It can greatly improve the efficiency of stage correction and ensure that the computational optical microscopy system can obtain high-quality observation images, and it can be universally applicable to optical microscopy systems with electrically controlled displacement stage.

Zinc oxide (ZnO), a semiconductor material, has been widely explored due to its unique photoelectric properties. Here, we report a novel Ag-nanoparticle-decorated ZnO/ZnSe core-shell heterostructure, which greatly enhances the photoelectrochemical properties compared with pure ZnO. The nanocomposites, consisting of ZnO nanorods as the core and Ag-nanoparticle-decorated zinc selenide (ZnSe) as the shell, were synthesized via an improved low-temperature hydrothermal method combined with in-situ selenization-chemical vapor deposition and nanoparticle self-assembly techniques. The material presents a much higher photocurrent density than pure ZnO material with sub-millisecond response time and excellent stability. Our synthetic strategy may open up a new way to enhance photoelectrochemical performance of core-shell heterojunctions, which could find plausible applications in photodetectors and optoelectronic devices.

Research on accuracy and optimization for some baseline removal algorithms for high-throughput experiments 高通量实验中一些基线去除算法的精度和优化研究

This article describes data processing for background removal, peak matching in spectrum analyses for experiments such as high-throughput experiments, which is subtracting background function from original data. We tested algorithms such as polynomial method, Whittaker-smoothing-based method, spline and morphological method, and make comparison among these common-used background removal algorithm. Using variable control for main parameters in each algorithm, and Euclidean norm for measuring the distance between original data and baseline function. We get the conclusion that morphological takes advantage in that its baseline function is nearest to original data. By analyzing theory, factor choosing and effectiveness, it is clear that regional graphic procedure and segment procedure are more effective. So further experience aim is determined.

Adaptive non-uniformity correction based on multi model particle filter 基于多模型粒子滤波器的自适应非均匀性校正

In the process of scene based non-uniformity correction, the scene is often changeable, and the corresponding detector operating range of different temperature scenes is different, and their nonuniformity parameters are also different, so when the scene changes, the non-uniformity parameters will also drift, and it is easy to introduce serious ghosts in the correction results, which greatly reduces the Rate of convergence of the algorithm, This poses serious problems for real-time non-uniformity correction algorithms. At the same time, the scene is very flexible, and a single model cannot describe the scene well. Therefore, on the basis of treating the dynamic change process of the scene as a Markov process, this article proposes an adaptive non-uniformity correction algorithm based on Multi Model Particle Filter (PF-NUC). By introducing a tracking framework of particle filter, a nonlinear and non Gaussian parameter estimation model is established. Through experimental simulation verification, after the algorithm proposed in this article, almost no ghosts or residual non-uniformity can be seen. Through visual evaluation, the PF-NUC method has the best ability to remove fixed pattern noise.
