The aim of this paper is to develop the isotropic and anisotropic quark stars configurations in the context of [Formula: see text] gravity in the static spherically symmetric background. To explore the combined effects of torsion scalar [Formula: see text] and the trace of energy–momentum tensor (EMT) [Formula: see text] on relativistic astrophysics, we use diagonal as well as non-diagonal tetrad fields. By considering the conformal Killing vectors along with the MIT bag model, the interior solutions of the field equations corresponding to the linear [Formula: see text] model (in which [Formula: see text] are the constants and [Formula: see text] indicates the cosmological constant) are calculated. The feasibility of the obtained solutions is confirmed by implementing several physical tests. The model parameters are constrained subject to the existence and stability of the quark star models. We formulate the energy constraints, stability equations, mass function, compactness and redshift factor, and present the graphical analysis of all physical quantities. It is found that the derived solutions for both diagonal and non-diagonal tetrad exhibit well-behaved profiles in the framework of modified teleparallel gravity.

We are going to prove that locally the inertial frames and gauge states of the electromagnetic field are equivalent. This proof will be valid for Einstein-Maxwell theories in four-dimensional Lorentzian spacetimes. Use will be made of theorems proved in a previous manuscript. These theorems state that locally the group of electromagnetic gauge transformations is isomorphic to the local Lorentz transformations of a special set of tetrad vectors. The tetrad that locally and covariantly diagonalizes any non-null electromagnetic stress-energy tensor. Two isomorphisms, one for each plane defined locally by two separate sets of two vectors each. In particular, we are going to use the plane defined by the timelike and one spacelike vector, plane or blade one. These results will be extended to any tetrad that results in a local Lorentz transformation of the special tetrad that locally and covariantly diagonalizes the stress-energy tensor.

Based on the Lenard gradient sequence, a hierarchy of the nonlocal nonlinear Schrödinger (NNLS) equations is obtained. Using the Lax representation, the nonlocal finite-dimensional integrable system with Lie–Poisson structure is presented. Then, under coordinate transformation, the nonlocal finite-dimensional integrable system with Lie–Poisson structure can be expressed as the canonical Hamiltonian system of the standard symplectic structures. Moreover, the parametric representation of the NNLS equation and the nonlocal complex modified Korteweg–de Vries (NcmKdV) equation are constructed. Finally, according to the Hamilton–Jacobi theory, the action–angle variables are built and the inversion problem related to the Lie–Poisson Hamiltonian systems is discussed.

It has been argued that the existence of a zero-point length is the hallmark of quantum gravity. In this paper, we suggest a thermal mechanism whereby this quantum of length arises in flat, Euclidean spacetime [Formula: see text]. For this, we consider the infinite sequence of all flat, Euclidean spacetimes [Formula: see text] with [Formula: see text], and postulate a probability distribution for each [Formula: see text] to occur. The distribution considered is that of a canonical ensemble at temperature [Formula: see text], the energy levels those of a 1-dimensional harmonic oscillator. Since both the harmonic energy levels and the spacetime dimensions are evenly spaced, one can identify the canonical distribution of harmonic-oscillator eigenvalues with that of dimensions [Formula: see text]. The state describing this statistical ensemble has a mean square deviation in the position operator, that can be interpreted as a quantum of length. Thus, placing an oscillator in thermal equilibrium with a bath provides a thermal mechanism whereby a zero-point length is generated. The quantum-gravitational implications of this construction are then discussed. In particular, a model is presented that realizes a conjectured duality between a weakly gravitational, strongly quantum system and a weakly quantum, strongly gravitational system.
