In the context of sustainable development and the increasing shift to non-fossil alternative energy sources, solar energy offers countless advantages for its conversion into electricity. Modern technologies offer great opportunities for the introduction of artificial intelligence in the process of predicting the production of solar energy. However, this topic is still quite unexplored in the international scientific community, which makes this study relevant. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on solar energy production forecasting. To achieve the purpose of the study, a systematic literature analysis method was applied. As a result of the study, it was possible to establish that artificial intelligence has great potential for its implementation in the process of forecasting solar energy production. The study was able to establish random prediction models and machine learning models based on artificial intelligence for their cost effectiveness and risk in the process of forecasting solar energy production. During the literature review, it became clear that the following four models are the most effective in the work: the RFR, LIME, ELI5 and SHAP. Each model has its own advantages and disadvantages. These are manifested in production management, forecasting with high speed, flexibility, and explanation, reducing the risk of variability. However, the cost-effectiveness of implementing artificial intelligence in the process of forecasting solar energy production has much more economic efficiency than the risk aspects.

Financial inclusion is essential for attaining the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Research on financial inclusion is becoming increasingly vital for both researchers and policymakers alike. Previous studies have investigated the influence of formal institutions on financial inclusion. Nevertheless, the influence of informal cultural disparities on financial inclusion remains largely unexplored. This study investigated the influence of national cultural values on the levels of financial inclusion and illustrated how national culture might decrease the degrees of financial inclusion in countries. A comparative analysis methodology was used in the study, utilising secondary data from a time series from 2012 to 2021. The data encompassed 40 nations that were divided into four income groups. The findings indicated that the differences in degrees of national cultural values among various countries substantially impacted the country's levels of financial inclusion. The results suggested that Hofstede's cultural dimensions significantly impacted financial inclusion in the countries examined in the study. Moreover, these aspects were associated with financial inclusion, demonstrating diverse levels and orientations of influence. The results indicated that countries with a strong aversion to uncertainty and significant power disparities likely exhibit lower financial inclusion levels. Conversely, nations characterised by high levels of individualism and masculinity tended to demonstrate greater financial inclusion. The robust and extensive results of a series of rigorous evaluations may be a valuable foundation for policymakers, regulators, and other stakeholders in their efforts to promote sustainable development worldwide by improving global financial inclusion.

The increase in population and economic growth are significant factors that contribute to the deterioration of the environment, primarily through the emission of carbon pollutants. Therefore, the overuse of natural resources, degradation of natural ecosystems, and the increasing release of harmful gases poses a threat to our ability to protect the environment for future generations. Although there is a global agreement on the need for clean and carbon-free energy systems to achieve sustainable development, emerging countries persist in giving more priority to economic objectives rather than environmental preservation. The objective of this research was to explore strategies to mitigate sector-specific emissions and environmental deterioration in Turkey, where the enforcement of environmental regulations has proven to be inadequate. The connections between emissions from different sectors, the value contributed to the economy, the income per person, and the growth of human capital were examined in the research. The study's findings indicated that implementing policies to increase production and develop human capital are effective in the short term for reducing carbon emissions in the services sector. Over time, policies that priorities raising income levels and building up human capital have been proven to be successful. Analyses of strategies to reduce agricultural emissions reveal that implementing short-term investments in human capital and long-term revenue increases are successful policies to reduce emission levels in the industry. Regarding the industry, past levels of emissions in the immediate future exert a constraint on managing the present period's emission levels. Given the asymmetrical impacts, it is evident that people whose quality of life improves through investments in human capital are more likely to prioritize environmental sustainability and adopt practices that reduce emissions in production. Thus, it is evident that the enhancement of human capital may serve as a significant policy tool across all industries.

This study aims to explore the factors influencing the financial performance of banks in Vietnam amidst the on-going digital transformation. In today's dynamic economic landscape, characterised by digital transformation and heightened regulatory standards, banks are compelled to innovate in response to continuous macroeconomic fluctuations. While the importance of increasing financial performance was largely recognised, the development and empirical validation of a financial performance model in the banking digital transformation context is not yet completely addressed, especially in developing countries. Utilising foundational theories, this research employed SMARTPLS 4 software alongside a blend of quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess the influences on the financial performance of banks amid digital transformation. Data were collected from 400 bank employees from all genders across Vietnam by the quota sampling method. Most of the survey participants lived in big cities where many banks were concentrated. The research results showed that there were three main factors directly affecting bank financial performance including Deposit mobilisation, Bank profitability, and Loyalty respectively according to the level of impact. This result highlights the importance of effective deposit mobilisation in achieving the bank's financial goals. The results also indicated that the growth of banks' profits is closely tied to their capacity to maintain loyal customers. Additionally, the study revealed a strong correlation between nine other factors, such as Savings Interest rates, Bank technology, and Inflation, with three intermediary factors. Until now, there are very few studies that have comprehensively evaluated both financial and non-financial factors' effect on bank financial performance as this research. This study also offered compelling insights into the strategies of successful banks in Vietnam today, underscoring the importance of investing in bank technology and presenting valuable recommendations. Based on the findings, banks can specifically focus on managing the identified variables and deploying appropriate business strategies to enhance their financial performance for sustainable development in the digital age.

In today's conditions, the competitiveness of the economy in the long term depends on sustainable economic growth, improvement of the quality of life and welfare of the population. Achievement of such results is facilitated by the efficient use of the resource, scientific, technical, and financial potential, commercialisation of research and development, and active introduction of innovative goods and services into business practice. In this regard, there is a growing interest of the state and corporate structures in studying the experience of forming innovation systems; financing innovation activities on a global scale; and the country's transition to a new stage of development. Financing of innovation activity in the financial sector can ensure qualitative transformations in all spheres of economic life, so the relevance of this issue can hardly be overestimated. Given the critical relevance of the topic for the Ukrainian economy under martial law, the purpose of the article is to recognise the need to specify the strengths and weaknesses, as well as to diagnose the opportunities and threats to technological development of the financial sector. In order to achieve this goal, the following issues should be addressed: to outline the areas of the introduction of innovations and modern information technologies in the financial sector; to analyse statistical material on the introduction of innovations in the modern financial sector; to analyse the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to technological and innovative development of the financial sector. As a result of the study, a statistical analysis was conducted, which showed that the modern financial sector has the potential for significant innovative development, but there are also significant risks in this area. The analysis revealed that the main risks in the area of innovative development of the financial sector are related to data protection and military operations in Ukraine. Therefore, the requirement for further development is a systemic nature and a comprehensive approach to introducing innovations in the financial sector.

The study describes the aspects of human rights observance in the context of information technology. The relevance of the chosen topic is confirmed by the fact that today the protection of human rights and freedoms is under threat because they are subject to information influences. Against the backdrop of the merger of technology and social life, a pattern has been identified according to which the importance of modernising the way of thinking about human rights has become apparent. The purpose of the study is to examine innovative tools and mechanisms for protecting human rights from the negative impact of information technology, the current state of the problem, and its further development. The methodology includes the use of empirical and theoretical methods. Social transformations are driven by the development of the information society, the gradual transition to a knowledge society. The active use of digital technologies in various spheres of life has actualised the concept of digital human rights and freedoms, as well as the necessity and sufficiency of human and civil rights and freedoms. The article examines the issues of adaptation and integration of the achievements of technocrats' progress. The highly specialised consequences of innovation activities are associated with a number of risks to fundamental human rights, have drawbacks in terms of ethical and moral significance, and require specific legal provisions. Taking into account the evolution of rights in general, the author examines the instruments for ensuring rights and freedoms that can predictably anticipate the need for guarantees and protection. In particular, the creation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) within the EU, the expansion of the network of cybersecurity structures, and the study of damage in the information space. The conclusions provide prospects for the future development of human rights in the information space.

The methodology includes primary research data and analysis of statistical data for 2017–2023. The basis for the further development of the agro-industrial complex and strengthening its competitiveness in the global food market should be a targeted state policy aimed at introducing innovative development models in the agricultural sector. Reforming the agricultural sector of Ukraine should be aimed at the organisational, technical and technological restructuring of agricultural production, creating the basis for dynamic, integrated, and development of enterprises, the industry, and the country. The article concludes that ensuring favourable conditions for the sustainable development of innovation in the agricultural sector should become a priority for the development of Ukraine's agro-industrial complex in the context of the country's integration into the global economic space. The main tool for achieving this goal is the development and implementation of optimal and effective mechanisms for restructuring economic and management processes in the agricultural sector of the national economy.
