Recursion Algorithm for Highlighting the Maximum Clique of the Graph 突出图中最大聚类的递归算法

The work considers the polynomial algorithm for calculating the maximum clique of the non orientable graph. The algorithm is based on the properties of the subspace of sections and the subspace of cycles belonging to the the space sugrapha of a non — unoriented graph. It is shown that the algorithm for the allocation of the set of maximum clicks of the graph has an exponential computational complexity. Examples of highlighting the maximum clique of the graph are considered.

Technologies for Designing Professional Educational Training Programs for the Digital Economy 为数字经济设计专业教育培训计划的技术

In this article, the authors consider the issues of training qualified personnel for the digital economy at the present stage of higher education development. The article describes the relationship between the emergence of new technologies and high-tech industries and the emergence of new directions and specialties in the field of higher education, requiring students to master new competencies. The concept of "competence" and the problems of implementing the competence approach in the system of higher professional education are investigated. The main definitions and principles of the competence approach to the design of educational outcomes in higher education are outlined. The analysis of published studies and presented software products devoted to the design of curricula is given. An important analytical conclusion is that one of the important points in the development of educational programs is to focus on the needs of production in young professionals with a certain set of competencies, but now most programs of higher and secondary vocational education do not have time to take into account the latest achievements in the technological and industrial spheres. The development of students’ competencies is the goal of educational programs, therefore they should be structured in such a way as to ensure the consistent and systematic development of the necessary skills and knowledge. The authors note that the competence approach in higher professional education is implemented in the form of an approximate basic educational program that forms a model of a specialist whose competencies must meet production standards to perform specific labor functions. The article sets the task to form a set of disciplines that is optimal in terms of labor intensity and levels of competence formation, allowing the most effective implementation of the competencies of a student in the bachelor’s degree direction, taking into account the level of formation and limitations of the curriculum set by the employer. The mathematical model of solving the problem and the technology of designing the optimal competence model of the graduate, taking into account the requirements of the employer, are presented.

Modified Seasonal Decomposition Variations of Earth Magnetic Field Induction Module 地球磁场感应模块的修正季节分解变化

In this paper, we present a modification of the classic method of seasonal decomposition of the time series, in particular its application for the analysis of geomagnetic data. Seasonal decomposition is a powerful tool for time series analysis, but its classic implementation does not always provide accurate results when the time series contains amplitude outliers and prolonged gaps. We propose a modified approach to solve this task of seasonal decomposition, by applying an average daily profile. This ensures the extraction of various anomalies in the residual component of the decomposition, in particular, global and contextual outliers, as well as disturbances due to magnetic storms in the variations of geomagnetic field induction module. A Systematic Approach to the Search for New Technical Solutions for Electronic Equipment at the Initial Stages of Design 在设计初始阶段为电子设备寻找新技术解决方案的系统方法

A systematic approach is described to search for new technical solutions for radio-electronic units at the stage of technical proposal. It is based on the transformation of the electrical circuit of the device being developed into an object-oriented model reflecting its physical principle of operation. Operators for processing working signals are proposed, which allow choosing alternative technical implementations of fragments of electrical circuits for obtaining new technical solutions. At the same time, parameters are introduced to limit the applicability of operators as part of signal processing facilities to ensure the operability of the radio-electronic device. The proposed approach can be used in the development of new and modernization of existing computer-aided design systems of electronic equipment.

Research of Stages, Types of Modeling and Methods of Gesture Recognition 手势识别的阶段、建模类型和方法研究

It is impossible to leave aside the problem of communication with the outside world and the social integration of people with disabilities in modern society, where there is a rapid development of communication methods between people. Gesture is the only method of communication for people with disabilities (auditory and language). The research provides information on static and dynamic gestures that allow people with communication problems to exchange information. It is noted that the problem of automatic gesture recognition is solved by various mathematical methods, algorithms and computer systems. The advantages and disadvantages of 2D and 3D models for sequential recognition of hand gestures are shown. It is noted that the creation of a national electronic database that recognizes the national dactyl alphabet and gestures in the Republic of Azerbaijan is an urgent problem. The well-known methods of this category are shown. Artificial neural network method, Hidden Markov method, Random Forest method and method of designating a hand gesture using gloves painted with markers of different colors. The creation of a national electronic database that recognizes the national dactyl alphabet and gestures is proposed, which will partially eliminate the existing barrier in education and problems of communication between people.

Review and Analysis of City Strategic Management Systems 审查和分析城市战略管理系统

Strategic city management systems serve for information and analytical support of decision makers. Models of urban systems based on the agent-based approach and system dynamics are highly accurate, allow real-time monitoring of the urban environment, timely preparation for possible emergencies, and also choose the best ways to develop the city's infrastructure. Research in this area is very relevant today: dozens of models have been proposed that describe almost all urban processes. However, the question of systematization of these models remains open. In this paper, an overview of the existing city management systems implemented using the methods of system dynamics and the agent approach is made. The description of the latest researches of foreign authors in the field of agent-based modeling is given.

Technologies for Designing Professional Educational Training Programs for the Digital Economy 为数字经济设计专业教育培训计划的技术

In this article, the authors consider the issues of training qualified personnel for the digital economy at the present stage of higher education development. The article describes the relationship between the emergence of new technologies and high-tech industries and the emergence of new directions and specialties in the field of higher education, requiring students to master new competencies. The concept of "competence" and the problems of implementing the competence approach in the system of higher professional education are investigated. The main definitions and principles of the competence approach to the design of educational outcomes in higher education are outlined. The analysis of published studies and presented software products devoted to the design of curricula is given. An important analytical conclusion is that one of the important points in the development of educational programs is to focus on the needs of production in young professionals with a certain set of competencies, but now most programs of higher and secondary vocational education do not have time to take into account the latest achievements in the technological and industrial spheres. The development of students’ competencies is the goal of educational programs, therefore they should be structured in such a way as to ensure the consistent and systematic development of the necessary skills and knowledge. The authors note that the competence approach in higher professional education is implemented in the form of an approximate basic educational program that forms a model of a specialist whose competencies must meet production standards to perform specific labor functions. The article sets the task to form a set of disciplines that is optimal in terms of labor intensity and levels of competence formation, allowing the most effective implementation of the competencies of a student in the bachelor’s degree direction, taking into account the level of formation and limitations of the curriculum set by the employer. The mathematical model of solving the problem and the technology of designing the optimal competence model of the graduate, taking into account the requirements of the employer, are presented.

A Systematic Approach to the Search for New Technical Solutions for Electronic Equipment at the Initial Stages of Design 在设计初始阶段为电子设备寻找新技术解决方案的系统方法

A systematic approach is described to search for new technical solutions for radio-electronic units at the stage of technical proposal. It is based on the transformation of the electrical circuit of the device being developed into an object-oriented model reflecting its physical principle of operation. Operators for processing working signals are proposed, which allow choosing alternative technical implementations of fragments of electrical circuits for obtaining new technical solutions. At the same time, parameters are introduced to limit the applicability of operators as part of signal processing facilities to ensure the operability of the radio-electronic device. The proposed approach can be used in the development of new and modernization of existing computer-aided design systems of electronic equipment.
