The Application of Electronic Human Resource Management Systems (e-HRM) in HR Management 电子人力资源管理系统(e-HRM)在人力资源管理中的应用

The rapid development of information technology has revolutionized human resource management (HRM) through the adoption of electronic human resource management systems (e-HRM). This paper explores the application, main functions, and impacts of e-HRM on enterprises. It highlights the significant improvements in HR management efficiency, reduction in administrative burdens, and enhancements in employee experience brought by e-HRM. Key functions such as recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, compensation management, and employee relations are discussed in detail, demonstrating how e-HRM optimizes these processes. Additionally, the paper examines the positive effects of e-HRM on organizational change and innovation, as well as employee satisfaction and loyalty. The implementation challenges, including initial costs and adaptability issues, are also addressed. Future research directions are proposed, emphasizing the integration of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and big data to further advance e-HRM systems. This study underscores the transformative impact of e-HRM in modern HR management and its potential for driving enterprise success.

Heterogeneous VC Investment and Venture Exit: Analyzing the Impact of Investment Amount, Frequency, and Duration 异质风险投资与风险企业退出:分析投资金额、频率和期限的影响

 In the study, we aim to shed light on the factors that play a role in shaping the outcome of ventures backed by VC, thereby aiding in fostering a more all-encompassing comprehension of the intricacies involved in corporate investments and ventures. Taking a VC lens, we examine the antecedences of venture exit in terms of VC investment amount, frequency, and duration. Our findings show that the amount, frequency, and duration of VC's investment all significantly affect the successful exit of ventures. This suggests that VC could adjust its investment behavior by maintaining a longer investment time, increasing the amount of investment, and increasing the frequency of investment to achieve the result of prompting the exit of ventures.

The Game of Changes in Property Rights and Its Principles after the Confirmation of Rural Land Rights 农村土地确权后的产权变动博弈及其原理

Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategyof China, the rural land contracting rights have been fully confirmed. However, after strict property rights confirmation, in the process of deepening rural revitalization, there will still be significant changes in the order of rural land property rights, and new interest game and problems will arise. This game has spontaneity based on fair judgment, arbitrariness in approach, and reflects the inherent entanglement between the ownership and contracting rights of rural land after it is confirmed. We should apply the principles of balancing efficiency and fairness, especially the principle of fairness within the village, the dual property rights principle of balancing rural land ownership and contracting rights, and the principle of balancing the rule of law, autonomy, and village conditions, to reasonably regulate and guide major changes in property rights after the confirmation of rural land rights.

Central Bank Digital Currency(CBDC) has the characteristics of traceability and editability. This article respectively elaborates on these two technical characteristics that are different from traditional currencies, and analyzes their impact on the basic elements of the monetary policy framework, namely the ultimate goal of monetary policy, the anchoring method of intermediary goals, monetary policy tools, and the transmission mechanism of monetary policy. After analysis, the research results show that the traceability and editability of CBDC can respectively improve and improve the basic elements of the monetary policy framework, and optimize our country's monetary policy framework as a whole. It is recommended to legally clarify the subjects and procedures that can access CBDC data and edit CBDC algorithms to ensure that the traceability and editability of CBDC are not abused. As the global carbon emission trading market develops, the role of Monitoring, Reporting, and Verification (MRV) institutions is becoming increasingly important. This paper analyzes the tripartite evolutionary game among MRV institutions, local government, and enterprises within the carbon trading market context and explores the impact of various factors on market behavior through sensitivity analysis. We find that changes in carbon prices, market maturity, the rent-seeking cost of enterprises, penalty policies of local government, and the supervisory intensity of MRV institutions significantly influence the strategic choices of the participating entities. Notably, high carbon prices may lead to collusive behaviors between enterprises and local government, while strengthened supervision and a reasonable penalty mechanism can promote fairness and justice in the market.

Research on Lifecycle-based Financial Strategy on New Energy Enterprises: Take CATL as an Example 基于生命周期的新能源企业财务战略研究:以CATL为例

The emergence of energy security issues reflects the current global turmoil and division. The two energy crises and regional conflicts have put the global energy system in a severe winter. Energy security is not only the latest requirement for the high-quality development of countries under the "carbon neutrality" background but also an aspect of overall global progress. This study selects the leading enterprise in the new energy industry, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL), as the research object. Based on the life cycle theory and financial strategy theory, the paper analyzes the company's financing, investment, and profit distribution strategies and constructs a financial strategy matrix to study the problems existing in the company's current financial strategy. The research results show that there are issues such as unreasonable financing structure, insignificant investment benefits, and significant fluctuations in dividend distribution policies. Finally, targeted optimization suggestions are proposed, hoping to provide a reference value for peers.

Research on Antecedent Configuration of Smart City Governance Path: Qualitative Comparative Analysis of Fuzzy Sets Based on 30 Cities in China 智慧城市治理路径的前因配置研究:基于中国 30 个城市的模糊集定性比较分析

This study focuses on 30 typical cases of smart cities in China, constructing an analytical framework that includes seven explanatory factors: information infrastructure, administrative pressure, government attention, public service level, financial support, technical talent, and government-enterprise cooperation. Utilizing the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method, the study conducts configuration analysis of the influencing factors for the efficient construction of smart cities. The research reveals that government-enterprise cooperation and the public service level are crucial factors for achieving high construction efficiency in smart cities. These are collectively categorized into three construction models: "service innovation type driven by pressure," "multi-factor-induced type driven by technology," and "proactive follow-up type under fiscal incentives." The results of the study provide reference points for the construction of smart cities in different regions of China. Urban governments should undertake strategic and combinational construction actions based on their unique characteristics and resource endowments.
