Status Of Utilization Of Hearing Aids (Ha) By Learners With Hearing Impairment In Kenya 肯尼亚听力障碍学生使用助听器(Ha)的情况

This study intended to establish the status of utilization of HA among learners in primary schools for Deaf learners and to explore the problems encountered by these learners while utilizing hearing aids. The study was carried out in two primary schools in Kenya and adopted descriptive survey research design approach. Purposive sampling technique was used to select the two schools that the study was carried out in. A sample of learners with hearing impairment and a headteacher from each school were selected purposively. Stratified random sampling was then used to select the learners. Two stratus were established, one stratum had learners with Has while the other had learners who were not utilizing HA. Simple random sampling was then used to select the sample population from the two strata. Data was collected from students using questionnaires and reviewing documents while interviews were conducted on the head teachers. Quantitative data was analyzed using SPSS and inferential statistics were done to establish the relationships between variables while qualitative data from interviews was edited and arranged into themes.

The objective of this thesis is to employ modern analytical methodologies to conduct a thorough study of incidents. It also helps to identify the main human elements that contribute to major mining accidents in India. The main goals ofthis study are to determine the significance of human factors in mining accidents, investigate these factors, and integrate different models and methods for comprehensive factor analysis. It evaluates the impact of humandecisions and actions, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricate relationships involved in theseincidents. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Human Factors Analysis andClassification System (HFACS), and Bow Tie Risk Management were all used in the investigation.

Integrating Microservices and Microfrontends: A Comprehensive Literature Review on Architecture, Design Patterns, and Implementation Challenges 整合微服务和微前端:关于架构、设计模式和实施挑战的全面文献综述

Purpose: This paper discuss the current trends in the combination of microservice and microfrontend as well as the architecturalstrategies and implementation issues. The rationale for the research is thus to examine how these technologies aid theimprovement and growth of today’s web applications. Design/Methodology/Approach: An analysis of existing literature published over the last decade of scholarly articles, articles ofindustry and conference proceedings were done. Thus, the work under discussion focuses on the architecture of differentpatterns, design, and tactics concerning microservices and microfrontends’ implementation. A comparative analysis was alsomade to compare the benefits, disadvantage as well as the effect on performance of these integration techniques. Findings/Results: From the analysis, it can be seen that microservices and microfrontends enhance modularity, scalability, andmaintainability of Web applications considerably. There have been certain specific complications which have rich remedies inform of design patterns like Backend for Frontend and Server-side Composition. However, problems like enhanced difficultyof the coordination, dependencies management, and guarantee of the proper interaction between services remain. Originality/Value: Therefore, this paper has reviewed and presented an updated literature review of microservices andmicrofrontends integration, together with the current trends for future studies. The presented survey provides usefulinformation for scholars interested in utilizing these architectures to advance the domain of web application design. Paper Type: Literature Review

The paper presents the idea that revolves around women’s safety, Women have mostly become a victim of Workplace and public place harassment which in turn are leading them to quit their passion and dream jobs. Women safety night patrolling robot is Engineered with an intention to solve this exact problem. With obstacle sensing abilities and night vision cameras embedded with GPS and Bluetooth module, makes it an effective yet easy to implement device which will address the issue in the most effective way. All its features are properly coordinated with the help of a microcontroller which will not only make it smart but also portable. By giving women a reliable shield, it helps them feel brave enough to take control of their own lives and follow their dreams without being stopped by harassment. Basically, it marks a new time where women everywhere feel included and safe. Furthermore, the paper presents experimental results and discussions, highlighting the system's capabilities in patrolling, sound detection, obstacle sensing, and live video streaming for real-time monitoring and response which addresses future enhancements, emphasizing the potential for further improvements in deploying a fully-fledged security robot with extended coverage and enhanced efficiency.

Tracking an object's current condition is frequently the first and most important step in cultural heritage preservation. It takes a lot of time and effort to complete this operation, especially for large-scale items like buildings. As a result, interest in new, more effective strategies that simplify the process and lessen the financial impact of surveying actions is developing. Before the actual restoration of the façade can begin, professionals must map the damages and determine the necessary remedial actions. Here, the foundation is provided by three-dimensional drawings that show each individual stone. These plans typically come from traditional surveying. To minimise the work on site, a photogrammetric technique is frequently utilised. However, manual, timely processing is used to handle still images, including point measurements and picture registration. Incorporating structure-from-motion, dense image matching, point cloud registration, laser scans, terrestrial imaging, and photos from a UAV platform, created orthographic projections from which the drawings could be created, we presented Taj Mahal here.

So, our thing is to concentrate on developing a system for textbook, videotape, and audio analysis- grounded depression identification. This system will be created using sentiment analysis and natural language processing ways. Depending on the feelings deduced from stoner input, the application will classify textbook, audio, and visual signals as positive or negative.

Legal Framework Of Human Trafficking 人口贩运的法律框架

The long legal proceedings and the procedures adopted for trafficking cases creates a disinterest in the minds of the survivors and witness and they may turn hostile. There is a need for speedy disposal of the human trafficking cases and the compensation to be granted at the earliest so that the survivors will be in a position to lead a decent life. The lack of interest among the enforcement authorities is the major setback for the country to tackle this serious human rights violation issues. Need of the hour is that the Government should take serious measures to tackle these illegal activities and introduce the necessary amendments to the ITP Act to include all the trafficking related offences, client, traffickers, exploiters racketeers all should be brought under the purview of serious offenders and stringent punishment for the offenders should be incorporated in the Act. Women should be respected and her life and dignity to lead a respectful life should be recognized and the attitude of treating women as a commodity to be eradicated from the minds of people.Trafficking in people, especially children, is like modern-day slavery and needs a comprehensive, cross-sectoral response to solve its many complicated aspects. Since the victims' rights and respect are violated, the problem needs to be looked at from the point of view of child rights in order to be wiped out.
