Atmospheric vortices are one of the new issues that have attracted the attention of scientists today. The Holy Qur'an refers to atmospheric vortices in the first verse of Surah Takweer as the extinguishing and wrapping of the sun, in the eighth verse of Surah Qayamat as the dimming of the moon, in the first verse of Surah Najm, the eighth verse of Surah Mursalat and the second verse of Surah Infatar is mentioned as fading, darkening and scattering and collapsing of heavenly lights and stars. One of the types of death of stars is turning into vortices and black holes; Vortices are one of the most important astronomical phenomena that occur after the death of large stars. Vortices and black holes are the strangest objects in the world that do not reflect any light and do not bring us information; In addition, most vortices and black holes are the last stage of life of the brightest stars in the world; The main goal of this research is to explain the existence of the problem of spatial vortices in the Qur'an and compare it with modern science. What adds to the importance of this research is encouraging readers and researchers of today's world to study the Holy Quran and inviting them to discuss the issues of the day. The chosen method in this research is a library and analytical one, which first quotes Quranic verses from authentic books of interpretations and other books of modern science, then analyzes those verses and the ideas of scientists and the works and benefits derived from it. And it has been pointed out.

The Qosh Tepa irrigation canal stands as a significant project in Afghanistan, poised to transform thousands of hectares of arid land into self-sufficient sources of agricultural products. This canal ranks among the largest in the region, diverting water from the Amu River to the Kaldar district of Balkh province. It spans 285 kilometers in length, with a width of 108 meters and a depth of 8.5 meters, extending to the Faryab Andakhoi district. The canal boasts a capacity of 6,500 cubic meters of water per second and 20 billion cubic meters annually, intending to convert 550,000 hectares of dry land into fertile farmland. The canal's completion is planned in three phases. The first phase covers 108 kilometers from the Amu River in Kaldar district to Daulat-Abad district in Balkh province. The second phase spans 177 kilometers from Balkh's Daulat-Abad district to the Faryab Andkhoi district. Finally, the third phase involves supplying water to agricultural lands. Upon the successful implementation of this project, Afghanistan will achieve not only agricultural self-sufficiency but also become an exporter to other countries. This article discusses the Qosh Tepa canal in two parts: the first section focuses on identifying the canal, while the second emphasizes its economic value and importance.

In the current era, with the increasing growth of technology and communication, media and social networks have not had an impact on the evolution of social and political life, especially in developed societies. The development of media communication, in addition to being the basis for the consolidation of communication between citizens, has also led to the socialization of politics. On the one hand, social media has played an important role in the political personality development and election campaigns of politicians, and on the other hand, it has been important in the discussion of the political development of societies. Governments have used media and social networks to manage and influence public opinion. Nowadays, government agencies attach importance to the use of mass media in order to gain the satisfaction of the people and to inform the public about their functions and services through social media. In addition to providing good facilities for social and political life, social media has also brought consequences and concerns. Research shows that the role of media and social networks on politics increases with the passage of time and the number of its users also increases. The library method was used in the preparation and research of this article.

Empowerment and gender equality are crucial for the socio-economic development of any community, especially the tribal communities in India. Tribal women face multiple challenges such as low literacy, poor health, lack of access to productive resources, and violence. They also have limited participation in decision-making and political processes, despite their significant role in collecting and managing minor forest produce. To address these issues, various policies and measures have been taken at the national, state, and local levels, but there are still gaps between policy and practice. The patriarchal structure of the society and the household hinders the empowerment of tribal women and their agency. Therefore, there is a need for affirmative action and equitable progress to ensure that tribal women have equal opportunities and rights in all spheres of life. This paper reviews the existing literature on the status and role of tribal women in India, the nature and dimensions of change in their lives, and the challenges and prospects for their empowerment and gender development. The paper also suggests some recommendations for enhancing the empowerment and gender equality of tribal women in India.

This research delves into the complexities of corporate governance within the Indian IT sector, focusing on the perspectives and awareness levels of retail investors. It explores the evolution of corporate governance practices, influenced by global trends and local market dynamics, in leading IT companies such as Infosys, Wipro, and TCS. The study employs a comprehensive survey to assess the demographic profile, investment patterns, and corporate governance awareness among IT professionals in the Delhi NCR region. The findings reveal a youthful demographic with a cautious investment approach and varying degrees of engagement with corporate governance issues. Notably, a strong relationship is observed between professional roles and the understanding of corporate governance norms, particularly Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement. The study underscores the importance of corporate governance awareness in shaping investment decisions and highlights the need for transparent and accountable governance practices to align with investor expectations. It contributes valuable insights to the discourse on corporate governance in Indian IT firms, providing a foundation for enhancing investor-friendly governance frameworks.
