Azhari Bakar Bread Factory is an MSME domiciled in Rejowinangun, Kotagede, Yogyakarta. In the production process, this factory can produce 7807 pieces of bread in a month, of the total production that month 57 pieces of bread are defective. To reduce defects, quality control is needed. Quality control aims to produce products in the form of goods or services that comply with the desired and planned standards, as well as improve the quality of products that do not comply with predetermined standards and possibly maintain appropriate quality. This research uses the Six Sigma and Kaizen methods by showing factual data and comparing it with existing theories to find things that need to be added, improved, or maintained. This research found that the sigma process capability calculated for 1 month was 2.97 with a possible damage of 3661.21 for one million production. From these results, it can be said that the company has not implemented quality control completely properly and correctly because it is still far from the target level of 6 sigma, therefore the company needs to carry out quality control on defective products. XYZ is a company operating in the textile industry and producing rayon fabric. In the production process, defects were still found in the period October 2023 – March 2024. Rayon fabric production was 286973m, consisting of defects in final weft 11643m, wavy 8391m, unwoven 7569m, double weft 6173m, stretch weft 8126m. Based on the problem, it can be solved using the six sigma method and FMEA with the DMAIC stage used to control quality from the initial process until a proposal for improvement is found. Obtained from the calculation results, the average sigma is 3.39 with an average DPMO of 29046.87 in production approval. The Pareto diagram of the most dominant defect percentages is final weft defects 27.8%, wavy 20.0%, loose weft 19.4%, non-woven 18.1%, double weft 14.7%. One of them is the application of an accounting information system to enter, process or report a company's accounting. This application can produce data processing quickly and accurately. This will of course save time and also reduce errors that occur when work is done manually. Like cooperatives, cooperatives must use an accounting information system so that work can be done quickly and accurately. PGRI Kosera's activities in Central Java are in the savings and loans sector. The savings and loan recording process at Kosera PGRI Central Java is not very effective, and because the recording process is repetitive, there is still too much risk of inaccurate and quick misinformation to be reported using Ms. Excel still requires previous data processing from bookkeeping, both deposits, loans and installments, resulting in delays in submitting reports to management. Therefore, in a computerized system that can process membership data, journals, savings transactions, loans and installments, reports made by the Kosera Pgri Cooperative will be valid in programming languages, especially in calculating installment interest costs and financial reports. . Design and Development of Interactive Learning Media in Graphic Design Subjects is a research that aims to develop effective and practical interactive learning media on basic graphic design topics. This research uses the ADDIE development model, which consists of five development stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.At the analysis stage, this research understands the problems found in the use of learning media in graphic design subjects, such as the limited use of print media and the need for more interactive and interesting media. At the design stage, this research develops a learning media design that involves multimedia elements such as text, images, graphics, sound, video, animation and comprehensive simulations. At the development stage, this research develops multimedia-based interactive learning media, which can provide certain forms of interaction that allow users to interact actively with the program. Hospitals and polyclinics are professional health care institutions whose services are provided by doctors, nurses and other health experts. As the function of hospitals becomes increasingly vital, every community member is expected to know the locations of the hospitals and polyclinics closest to where they live to anticipate undesirable events. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a technology that is currently a very essential tool in storing, manipulating, analyzing and displaying natural conditions with the help of attribute data and spatial data. GIS can represent the real world on a computer monitor just as a map sheet can represent the real world on paper. Under these conditions, this system is very useful in making it easier for the health service to manage and review the location of hospitals in the city of Semarang, so that in the future it can be in line with programs from other agencies involved in managing city spatial planning. The aim of this research is to build a geographic information system with an integrated database, especially to find the locations of hospitals and polyclinics in the city of Semarang. So it can provide information to users who want to find hospital locations in the city of Semarang.

Indonesia is a country consisting of many islands and isolated areas that have not been reached. These isolated areas have not been supported by health facilities. Therefore, the prevention of disease in the area is difficult to be solved. These problems can lead to the spread of the disease becomes wider and it can increase the number of deaths and physical disabilities. The presence of a web-based geographic information systems is able to help in overcoming the spread of the disease in a particular area. The geographic information systems can be applied to mark an area in determining the points of the transmission. Using the current health facilities, the data can be performed on the information systems and to find the areas that do not have proper health facilities. Geographic information system is produce the spread of diseases that determine how the diseases spread and help the areas that do not have health facilities to receive medical countermeasures from the parties concerned. This research aims to analyze the strategy for developing laying chicken businesses in Batang Regency. This is because the current obstacles faced by chicken farming entrepreneurs will have an impact on business continuity, so a strategy design that is right on target is needed. Therefore, further analysis is needed on the business processes carried out in order to be able to compete with competitors competitively. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data was taken through direct observation, interviews and taking documents from chicken breeders in Batang Regency. The method used in this research is a purposive sample, namely taking samples with a specific purpose. This research uses primary data. The validity of the data in this research uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis in this research is qualitative with a descriptive analysis and interpretation approach. The results of the analysis prove that chicken breeders are in quadrant 1 position or support aggressive strategies to be able to develop and survive amidst increasingly competitive competition.
