USE OF KECOMBRANG FLOWER EXTRACT (ETLINGERA ELATIOR) AS AN ALTERNATIVE FOR DETERGEN SURFACTANT TO MAXIMIZE THE POTENTIAL OF LOCAL PLANTS OF NORTH SUMATRA 使用 KECOMBRANG 花提取物(etlingera elatior)作为清洁剂表面活性剂的替代品,最大限度地发挥北苏门答腊当地植物的潜力

Detergent is a chemical compound used to wash clothes. Unfortunately, detergents contain the dangerous substance LAS (Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonate). Detergent waste containing LAS can pollute rivers, thereby hampering Sustainable Development Goal number 6, namely clean water and sanitation, even though many Indonesians still use river water as a source of clean water. Therefore, an environmentally friendly substitute for LAS is needed, such as the saponin contained in the kecombrang plant, which is a local plant from North Sumatra. Saponin is a nonionic surfactant and has the potential to be used as a cleaning agent. From the formulation of the problem, the objectives of this research are: 1) to find out liquid detergent formulations that are environmentally friendly and in accordance with SNI 06-4075-1996 by minimizing the use of LAS and replacing it with kecombrang flower extract from North Sumatra; 2) prove the potential for the saponin content in kecombrang flowers from North Sumatra to be an ingredient in making liquid detergent that can replace LAS. The research uses quantitative analysis chemical methods, namely carrying out formulations in making detergent products. There are four detergent formulations with varying ratios of kecombrang flower extract and LAS of 1:1 (formula 1), 2:1 (formula 2), 3:0 (formula 3), and 0:3 (control formula). Research stages: 1) extraction of kecombrang flowers; 2) making detergent; 3) testing saponins in combrang extract; 4) detergent quality testing. The research results show that formula 1 is recommended as the best formula because it has a pH value of 11.7; specific gravity 0.99 g/ml; as well as organoleptic test results (homogeneous shape, color and distinctive odor) which are in accordance with SNI (Indonesian National Standardization). Combrang extract has also been proven to contain saponin which forms foam, thereby increasing the detergency power of detergent.

ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA KEDAI KOPI ABAH BLITAR Abah Blitar 咖啡店的营销策略分析

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh Kedai Kopi Abah menggunakan analisis SWOT. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan bertujuan menganalisis data dengan cara mendeskripsikan atau mengilustrasikan keadaan yang sebenarnya terjadi secara jelas. Hasil penelitian dari analisis SWOT ini menunjukan bahwa Diagram SWOT Kedai Kopi Abah berada pada kuadran 1 sehingga dapat menggunakan strategi yang memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang yang dimiliki. Strategi yang perlu dilakukan adalah mendukung kebijakan pertumbuhan yang agresif (Growth Oriented Strategy). Sedangkan jika dilihat berdasarkan matriks SWOT didapat strategi yakni Banyak melakukan promosi pada anak muda muda dengan meng-highlight kualitas produk, dan layanan free wifi untuk menarik minat anak muda yang suka nongkrong. Menambah varian dan mempertahankan lokasi yang strategis sebagai kelebihan untuk menghadapi pesaing yang lebih unggul, membuat desain interior yang sesuai dengan selera anak muda, dan mempekerjakan tenaga keuangan untuk khusus melakukan pengelolaan keuangan.
本研究旨在利用 SWOT 分析法确定 Kedai Kopi Abah 可采用的营销策略。本研究采用描述性定性研究方法,旨在通过清晰描述或说明实际情况来分析数据。SWOT 分析的研究结果表明,Kedai Kopi Abah 公司的 SWOT 图表位于第 1 象限,因此可以利用其优势和机会采取相应的战略。需要采取的战略是支持积极的增长政策(增长导向战略)。同时,从 SWOT 矩阵来看,其战略是通过突出产品质量和免费 Wifi 服务,向年轻人进行大量宣传,以吸引喜欢闲逛的年轻人。增加变体,保持战略位置优势,以面对更优秀的竞争对手;设计符合年轻人口味的室内装饰;聘用财务人员,专门从事财务管理。
