Self-Healing Test Automation Framework using AI and ML 使用人工智能和 ML 的自修复测试自动化框架

Purpose: In the lifecycle of Product Development and Management, automated testing has become a cornerstone for ensuring product quality and accelerating release cycles. However, the maintenance of test automation suites often presents significant challenges, particularly due to the frequent changes in application interfaces that lead to broken tests. This paper explores the development and implementation of self-healing test automation frameworks that leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) techniques to automatically detect, diagnose, and repair broken tests. Methodology: By integrating AI/ML models capable of dynamic locator identification, intelligent waiting mechanisms, and anomaly detection, these frameworks can significantly reduce the maintenance burden associated with automated testing. The paper presents a comprehensive architecture of a self-healing test automation framework, detailing the AI/ML techniques employed and the workflow of the self-healing process. A real-world case study is included to demonstrate the practical application and benefits of the proposed framework. Findings: Evaluation results show substantial improvements in test suite reliability and reductions in maintenance time and costs. The AI/ML techniques used in the framework, such as dynamic locator identification and intelligent waiting mechanisms, proved effective in reducing the maintenance burden and improving the robustness of automated testing processes. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: This paper aims to provide insights into the potential of self-healing test automation frameworks to enhance the robustness and efficiency of automated testing processes. By adopting these frameworks, organizations can achieve more resilient and maintainable test automation strategies, ultimately contributing to higher product quality and faster release cycles.

Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the strategic human resource management and employee engagement in Australia. Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. This is basically collecting data from existing resources preferably because of its low cost advantage as compared to a field research. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings: In Australia, Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices have shown significant impact on employee engagement across various sectors. Studies consistently highlight that organizations implementing effective SHRM strategies, such as performance management systems and supportive leadership styles, experience higher levels of engagement among employees. Leadership, especially through transformational styles, plays a crucial role in inspiring teams and fostering a positive work environment. Aligning SHRM practices with a supportive organizational culture further enhances their effectiveness in promoting employee commitment and productivity. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Resource-based view (RBV) theory, social exchange theory (SET) & high-involvement management (HIM) theory may be used to anchor future studies on strategic human resource management and employee engagement in Australia. Organizations should tailor their SHRM strategies to align with their unique organizational goals, culture, and employee demographics. Governments can support SHRM and employee engagement initiatives through regulatory frameworks that encourage investment in employee development, fair labor practices, and work-life balance.

Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings: Transformative impact of digital transformation on organizational performance in Japan. Key findings reveal significant improvements in efficiency and productivity through automation and AI integration, alongside enhanced customer experiences through personalized digital interactions. Innovation has been accelerated by technologies like IoT and big data analytics, enabling agile responses to market demands. Despite these advancements, challenges such as legacy system integration and cybersecurity threats persist, requiring proactive leadership and workforce upskilling. However, challenges such as cultural integration issues, regulatory complexities, and managerial resistance can impede integration efforts and undermine anticipated synergies. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Resource-based view (RBV), agency theory & transaction cost economics (TCE) may be used to anchor future studies on the mergers and acquisitions: strategic fit and post-merger performance in Vietnam. Encourage organizations to enhance due diligence processes by integrating comprehensive assessments of cultural compatibility, strategic alignment, and operational capabilities. These partnerships enable firms to access resources and knowledge, driving innovation through joint R&D and technological advancements. In Turkey, alliances with multinational corporations and global partners accelerate technology adoption and best practices, boosting local firms' innovation capabilities and expanding market reach. Despite challenges like cultural differences and regulatory issues, effective alliance management can greatly benefit firms by improving competitiveness and innovation outcomes globally. Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Resource-based view (RBV) theory, transaction cost economics (TCE) theory & social network theory may be used to anchor future studies on strategic alliances and firm innovation in global markets in Turkey. Enhance organizational capabilities in alliance management through training programs and knowledge-sharing platforms that emphasize best practices in partner selection, negotiation, and collaborative innovation. The general objective of this study was to investigate the effect of IoT implementation strategies on competitive edge in the Rwandan telecommunication landscape. Specifically, the study determined the effect of information security on competitive edge in the Rwandan telecommunication landscape. Methodology: The research design that the study utilized is descriptive survey research. The target population for this study comprised 187 participants who are currently employed as staff at MTN Rwanda. A sample of 128 were determined using Slovin’s Formula. A stratified sampling technique was employed in the investigation. In this project, questionnaires with closed-ended questions and a five-point Likert scale style was used as the main data gathering instruments. The information was gathered via secondary data collected from a variety of sources, with individuals being requested to fill out questionnaires that were provided. Thirteen individuals made up the sample size for this initial inquiry. Using Cronbach's Alpha, the researcher conducted the reliability assessment. A group of accomplished professionals in the area of strategic management assessed the reliability and validity of the instruments. Using SPSS version 25, the researcher conducted a comprehensive analysis of the data using both qualitative and quantitative methods. The study used a correlation coefficient and a linear regression model. Data presentation was done in Tables and figures. Findings: The regression model reveals several significant predictors of competitive edge within the telecommunications landscape. Notably, integration with existing systems emerges as a substantial negative predictor (β = -0.395, p < .001), indicating that challenges in integrating IoT technologies with legacy systems may hinder competitiveness. In conclusion, the regression analysis highlights the critical role of integration with existing systems and data analytics in shaping competitive edge within the Rwandan telecommunications landscape. While challenges in integrating IoT technologies with legacy systems may pose obstacles, the transformative potential of data-driven decision-making emerges as a significant driver of organizational performance and competitiveness. Unique Contributions to Theory, Practice and Policy: Based on the findings, it is recommended that telecommunication companies in Rwanda prioritize investments in data analytics capabilities to enhance competitive edge and strategic decision-making. Additionally, efforts should be directed towards streamlining integration processes with existing systems to mitigate barriers and capitalize on the potential of emerging technologies, thus fostering innovation and sustainable growth within the industry. Impact of Digitalization on Firm Performance in the Manufacturing Sector: A Case Study of Nigeria 数字化对制造业企业绩效的影响:尼日利亚案例研究

Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the impact of digitalization on firm performance in the manufacturing sector: a case study of Nigeria. Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. This is basically collecting data from existing resources preferably because of its low cost advantage as compared to a field research. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings:  Digitalization has significantly impacted firm performance in Nigeria's manufacturing sector. It has enhanced operational efficiency, improved decision-making processes, and spurred innovation within firms. By embracing digital transformation, Nigerian manufacturing companies have bolstered their competitiveness and market positioning. Ongoing investment in digital capabilities is crucial for sustaining growth and success in the sector.  Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Resource-based view (RBV) theory, technology acceptance model (TAM) & institutional theory may be used to anchor future studies on the impact of digitalization on firm performance in the manufacturing sector: a case study of Nigeria. Nigerian manufacturing firms should prioritize investment in digital infrastructure, talent development, and organizational culture conducive to digital innovation. Policymakers should enact supportive regulatory frameworks and incentives to encourage digitalization adoption among manufacturing firms in Nigeria.

Purpose: The aim of the study was to investigate the strategic human resource management practices and organizational innovation: evidence from small and medium enterprises in India. Methodology: This study adopted a desk methodology. A desk study research design is commonly known as secondary data collection. Our current study looked into already published studies and reports as the data was easily accessed through online journals and libraries. Findings:  Research on SHRM practices and organizational innovation in Indian SMEs indicates a positive relationship between SHRM adoption and innovation outcomes. Training initiatives are particularly vital, enhancing innovation capabilities by building human capital. Additionally, fostering a supportive organizational culture promotes creativity and experimentation. Aligning HRM strategies with organizational goals and promoting continuous learning further enhances innovation performance. Overall, SHRM practices play a critical role in driving innovation and competitive advantage in Indian SMEs (Agarwal & Yadav, 2018). Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: Resource-based view (RBV) theory, social exchange theory & dynamic capabilities theory may be used to anchor future studies on the strategic human resource management practices and organizational innovation: evidence from small and medium enterprises in India.
