The Effect Of Chicken Manure Doses On The Growth And Production Of Land Kale Plants (Ipomoea Reptans.Poir) 鸡粪剂量对甘蓝(Ipomoea Reptans.Poir)植物生长和产量的影响

The objective of this research was to determine the effect of the optimum dose of chicken manure on the growth and production  of  land kale plants. The research was conducted from July to August 2023 in Talimoro Village, Ermera sub-District, Ermera Municipality, at an altitude of 800 m. above the sea level. The experimental design used was a single factor Randomized Block Design (RBD), with 4 treatments repeated 4 times in 4 blocks, the dose of chicken manure with the symbol (A) and the dose/plant was as follows: A0 = No dose of chicken manure (Control) or 0 gr/plant; A1= Dosage of chicken manure 100g/plant; A2 = Dosage of chicken manure 200 g / plant; and A3 = chicken manure dose of  300 gr/plant. Thus, the total plots obtained 16 plot units.The results of the research showed that treatment with a dose of chicken manure of 200 gr/plant provided the best growth in all parameters observed, namely, number of leaves, plant height, stem diameter and leaf area and also the highest production yield, namely 4.51 Kg/plot or 23.00 tons. /ha, and the lowest production results were obtained in the treatment without a dose of manure (Control), namely 1.31 Kg/plot or 6.68 tons/ha and the optimum results were obtained in the treatment with a dose of 100 gr/plant chicken manure with a value of 2.86 kg/plot or 12.55 tons/ha.

The Effect Of Mulch Type On Eggplant Plants Production (Solanum Melongena L.) 覆盖物类型对茄子产量的影响

The aim’s of this research was to determine the effect of mulch type on the growth and yield of eggplant plants. This research was carried out from February to May 2018. In Fatuquero village, Railaco sub-District, Ermera Municipality, it is located at an altitude of 800 m above sea level. The design used in this research was a single factor Randomized Block Design, namely Mulch (M) which was repeated 4 times, namely M0 = No Mulch (control), M1 = Rice Straw Mulch, M2 = Black Plastic Mulch and M3 = White Plastic Mulch silver.  In general, the effect of mulch type provides very significant differences in all growth parameters and yield parameters. The research results showed that the silver white plastic mulch (M3) gave the highest yield, namely 8.03 kg/plot and the lowest yield was obtained in the treatment without mulch (M0) with a value of 4.83 kg/plot.

Cassava is a potential food ingredient that has quite good prospects in the fields of agribusiness and agroindustry. Cassava crackers are made from cassava which is processed into crackers, as well as being another alternative food that contains nutritional value. Based on data from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Timor-Leste in 2009-2010, cassava production reached 47,845 tons. However, cassava production has not been utilized optimally by the people of Timor-Leste as a food ingredient for the nutritional value food industry. therefore, it needs to be developed. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of adding soybean concentration to each treatment and to find out which treatment is best for each parameter used in the test. The method used in this research was a Completely Randomized Design (RAL) with 4 treatments, namely 0% soybean concentration compared to 1 kg of cassava, 10% compared to 1 kg of cassava, 20% compared to 1 kg of cassava, 30% compared to 1 kg of cassava. Each treatment was repeated 3 times. The resulting data will be analyzed using analysis of variance and if necessary, will be presented with a follow-up test of the least significant difference (BNT) at the 5% level.The results of the variance statistical test show that the addition of soybean concentration has a significant effect on the color, taste, aroma and texture of making cassava crackers. This research shows that the best results are 10% soybean concentration in color, taste, aroma and texture.

Study Application Of Soil Conservation Techniques Along Highway Openings 高速公路开口沿线水土保持技术应用研究

The objective of this research is to find out the methods used in soil conservation along the opening of the Tibar-Ermera highway and to find out the types of plants used in implementing soil conservation along the opening of the Tibar-Ermera highway. This research uses a descriptive or exploratory method referring to the method created by Vogel (1987) and Rugayah, et al (2004). This exploratory research will be carried out along the highway, to observe what soil conservation methods are used. Based on the results of observations along the opening of the highway, soil conservation techniques are applied along the Tibar-Gleno road, it is known that there are two methods, namely vegetative methods and mechanical methods or civil engineering methods. The vegetative method applied is planting vetiver grass, elephant grass, gamal and dadap hijo and the mechanical method is bench terraces and civil engineering methods are retaining walls and channels. And the types of plant species used in soil conservation include Vetiveria zizanioides L Nash, Pennisetum purpureum, Gliricidia maculate.

Presumably the influence concentration of sugar and agar-agar to the quality of pudding coconut. And affect the level of consumer preferences. The method used is an experimental research by using a completely randomized design (RAL), which consists of two factors, namely: Concentrations of sugar and gelatin with 300 gram 400 gram 500 gram while the factors gelatin with composition 7 g, 14 g, 21 g. While the variable that is used to measure the level of preference is the color flavor aroma and texture. Variables were measured in this study is using composition test by testing the level of preference are: color, taste, aroma, and texture. Rubber latex is a raw material for Indonesia's strategic plantations and is the largest contributor to the country's foreign exchange after palm oil. Several places in Indonesia have land conditions that are suitable for rubber plantations, one of which is the rubber plantation owned by Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. However, in recent years, income from Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember has continued to decline, so it is necessary to formulate an optimization strategy which is expected to have a positive impact and be able to increase rubber latex production in Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember. This research uses SWOT and QSPM analysis methods. The results of the research show that there are several factors that influence rubber latex production, both internal and external factors, from these factors several alternative strategies have been produced, including the use of protective umbrellas, producing high quality rubber raw materials, improving production facilities and infrastructure, optimizing technology. for production and promotion. A suitable strategy to be implemented at Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember is the use of protective umbrellas because the application is quite simple and can function to maintain the quality of production and the quality of rubber latex..

Plants living in extreme environments have developed significant adaptations in their reproductive organs to survive and reproduce. These adaptations include structural and functional changes in reproductive organs to overcome harsh environmental challenges such as drought, extreme temperatures, and infertile soil conditions. Examples of these adaptations include cacti with spiny stems and drought-resistant flowers, Arctic willows with their fast flowering times, and pine trees with their vigorous growth and efficient pollen cones. This research explores the mechanisms of plant adaptation in extreme environments, discusses the implications for plant survival and reproduction, and identifies structural and functional changes in reproductive organs in response to environmental stress.

The implementation of organic farming on marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT starts from the initial phase of cultivating marigold flowers using organic products, namely Rice Mol, Banana Weevil Mol, PGPR, POC and others. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of organic farming on marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT and to determine the process of processing products from marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT. The method used in this research is observation and interviews with related parties. The results of this research are the implementation of organic farming on Marigold flowers at the Singosari Agricultural Training UPT starting from the initial phase of Marigold flower cultivation using organic products, namely Rice Mol, Banana Weevil Mol, PGPR, POC and others. The processing of marigold flowers that has been carried out is that the flowers that have been harvested are processed in the form of washing, separating the flower heads, drying and packaging.
