of the mechanisms for managing the environmental and economic security of the state and its regions is determined. Tools for implementation of the state ecological and economic rent policy have been formulated. Methodical approaches to determining the level of ecological and economic security of regions are defined. The directions of development of the state system of environmental management at the regional level are also determined. Applied tools for the implementation of the state policy of ensuring the ecological and economic security of the regions have been developed. It is noted that the environment is one of the key factors that shape the needs and interests of society. An approach to the study of ecological and economic security, which is based on ecological and economic needs and interests, has been formed and substantiated. During the period of economic reforms and intensive industrial development, there was a significant deterioration in the quality of the natural environment. From these conditions, the ecological function of the state from the point of view of national security is considered. The main goal of ensuring environmental and economic security is defined. The necessity of development and implementation of the strategy of state management of ecological and economic security is substantiated. It is proved that the management of ecological and economic safety of projects and programs should be based on the scientific concept of safe development. It is determined that the model of sustainable development of Ukraine provides for the need for a balanced solution of social and economic problems, provided that the environment and natural resource potential are preserved with the priority of the environmental component. A review of the current state of development of environmental projects in Ukraine is carried out. The possibilities of applying the approach to building environmental project management systems are considered.

expectations of the population in the use of robotic technologies, the possibility of a complete change in the way of life of modern society due to the invention of artificial intelligence, and innovations in the field of genetic engineering have been determined. The main obstacles and opportunities that affect individual and collective practices of using the latest technologies are highlighted, as well as strategies to promote their spread and acceptance among the population are defined. The authors analyze a specific example of the Chernivtsi region, using the results of surveys and observations of the development of innovations in this region as a research database. The results of the sociological research demonstrated that despite significant difficulties in the level of material support of the population, it has a sufficient level of knowledge about innovative technologies. Moreover, on many issues regarding their use in various spheres, regarding which the practice in Ukraine is not yet developed, a loyal and positive attitude was revealed. The study is based on the methods of sociological analysis and empirical data in order to understand what factors influence the opening of new opportunities for innovative technologies in a certain region. The results of the study will help to develop effective strategies for promoting innovative development in the region and in other similar contexts
