Simulation and experimental analysis on cast metal runs behaviour rate at different gating models 不同浇注模式下铸件运行行为率的仿真与实验分析

Visual assessment in casting is difficult to assess due to the opacity and the high working temperature. By using the simulation tool, it can be avoided through an examination on the melt runs inside the mould cavity, pressure variation, and runs velocity in the different areas of the gating framework. Assessments are conducted for decided gating design and the sprinter aspect proportions. The MAGMASOFT, a simulation tool is preferred to study the exceptional gating proportions to achieve the velocity, force exerted at the sprinter location, and ingates. A regression version is designed to pick out the real speed and the pressure of liquid metal exists in the mould hollow space. Further, the melt velocity dissected as a detail of distance covered concerning ingate for the distinct gating propositions. A high-speed thermal camera is used to verify the actual melt motion in different gating systems and contrasted with the simulated observation.

Naive Bayes and deep learning model for wireless intrusion detection systems 无线入侵检测系统的Naive Bayes和深度学习模型

In recent years, online data is exponentially increasing on day basis and accessing that data un-authentically is a major issue. The intruder or attacker is an individual or team who violates the rules of governess by accessing or modifying the data. To protect the online data, there must be a proper mechanism called intrusion detection system (IDS) to be implemented and followed in a right manner. This paper presents a hybrid model for IDS to detect the various attacks in NSL-KDD dataset. The hybrid model is built with a combination of naive Bayes and deep learning (NB-DL) approaches. The NB-DL is tested with benchmarked datasets, and it has scored high accuracy in detecting the attacks. Nowadays, combining two or more different machine learning techniques is popular as multiple methods performance is averaged or selected the best performance between and so on.

A deep learning approach to fault detection in satellite power system using Gramian angular field 基于Gramian角场的卫星电力系统故障检测深度学习方法

In this paper, an approach based on time series-to-image mapping is proposed for fault detection in a satellite power system (SPS). This approach exploits the possibilities of encoding the SPS time series data as images using Gramian angular fields (GAF). The resulting images are analysed by a convolutional neural network (CNN) for recognising faulty and normal conditions of SPS. Validation with NASA's advanced diagnostics and prognostics testbed (ADAPT) dataset has demonstrated that the combination of CNN with GAF results in better performance when compared to other image encoding methods such as spectrogram and recurrence plot (RP). The proposed approach yields an accuracy of 85.13% with precision 84% and F1 score 0.91 suggesting that encoding multivariate time series data to images using GAF is worth considering for SPS fault diagnosis when compared to other time series-to-image encoding based approaches.

Design and implementation of DVR as fault current limiter in DFIG during grid faults 电网故障时DVR作为DFIG故障限流器的设计与实现

The wind grid code requirements for low voltage ride through of various countries demand the DFIG to remain connected to the grid during the event of occurrence of voltage dip. Dynamic voltage restorer supports the grid and enables the uninterrupted operation of DFIGs during partial voltage sag. The increased depth of voltage sag causes rise in stator current and eventual increases in rotor current and dc link capacitance voltage of DFIG. This paper focuses on an enhanced topology of fault current limiting dynamic voltage restorer for supporting the grid and DFIG during fault currents caused by severe voltage dips. The optimal parameters design of fault current limiting dynamic voltage restorer for DFIG systems are discussed in detail. The novelty of the proposed control strategy of fault current limiting dynamic voltage restorer is justified by comparing its performance with the existing methods of fault current mitigations popular with wind farms such as crowbar protection and dc chopper methods. Analytical results of fault current limiting dynamic voltage restorer with DFIG in time domain prove to have the combined effect of both crowbar protection and dc chopper-controlled rotor protection during severe unbalanced grid faults.

Research on mathematical model of characteristic curve of surface perception by PVDF array based on Ferguson function 基于Ferguson函数的PVDF阵列表面感知特征曲线数学模型研究

The traditional 3D shape perception and reconstruction requires the use of relatively expensive 3D scanning equipment to obtain the coordinates of discrete feature points of the 3D shape. The reconstruction accuracy is determined by the scanning accuracy of the 3D scanning device, generally, the accuracy is low. In this study, based on the PVDF piezoelectric film sensing array, the 3D topographic feature point coordinate value is perceived and acquired. According to the feature point coordinate value, the feature curve fitting of the 3D shape is obtained, and the slope information of the 3D topography characteristic curve is obtained. The mathematical model of the feature surface of PVDF array surface topography based on Ferguson curve is studied to realise the surface reconstruction of 3D complex topography. Theoretical research shows that three-dimensional complex topographic reconstruction technique based on Ferguson curve for PVDF piezoelectric film array surface topography perception has the advantages of simple principle, easy implementation and high precision of shape reconstruction. It can develop intelligent structure with three-dimensional complex shape perception function.

This research is to examine the laminar, incompressible fluid with an inclined magnetic field on free convective Navier-slip flow through an inclined channel. In addition, the Hall current and Soret effects have also been considered. Dimensionless governing equations are derived by using the suitable transformations and the resulting governing partial differential equations are solved by using the spectral quasilinearisation method (SQLM). The influence of the flow parameters of the present study is explained in graphs. Physical quantities of the present study are shown in tabular form.

Test and research on mechanical characteristics of geotechnical filling engineering based on inclined soft ground 倾斜软土地基岩土填筑工程力学特性试验研究

In order to improve the analysis accuracy of the mechanical properties of soil filling in inclined soft soil foundation, the experimental research method of engineering mechanical properties of rock and soil filler based on inclined soft soil foundation was put forward. CEO-SLOPE software is used to simulate the deformation and stress of foundation and embankment in the process of rock-soil filling. The mechanical properties of bedrock and filling engineering in inclined soft soil are obtained. From the test results, it can be seen that the filling load will compacted the soil of the inclined soft foundation, leading to deformation phenomena such as expansion and sloshing at the foot of the slope.

The road traffic network in the urban interlaced zone is a collection of road sections and nodes. The difficulty in road traffic monitoring lies in the processing of traffic at the node locations. In this paper, the cell transmission model is used to monitor the extended geographical information of the urban interlaced zone. Using the cell transmission model, the channelisation and cell outflow capacity at the intersection are calculated. According to the timing of traffic signals in the interlaced zone, calculations are made on the road traffic volume and accurately monitoring the vehicle density. The simulation experiment results show that the model in this paper can accurately monitor the congestion information of the gradation road network and the uniform road network in the urban interlaced zone traffic network, and the monitoring results are close to the actual results, indicating that the research method in this paper has stronger applicability.
城市交错带的道路交通网络是路段和节点的集合。道路交通监控的难点在于节点位置的交通处理。本文采用小区传输模型对城市交错带的扩展地理信息进行监测。利用小区传输模型,计算了交叉口的通道化和小区流出容量。根据交错带交通信号的定时,计算道路交通量,准确监测车辆密度。仿真实验结果表明,本文模型能较准确地监测城市交错带交通网络中级配路网和均匀路网的拥堵信息,监测结果与实际结果接近,表明本文研究方法具有较强的适用性。

Study on material structure evolution of steam turbine rotor under thermal cycling fatigue load 热循环疲劳载荷下汽轮机转子材料结构演化研究

In order to improve the structural strength of the turbine rotor, the dynamic circuit and driving mechanical model of the turbine rotor are established under the thermal cycle fatigue load. The numerical simulation principle of the stress yield evolution process of the rotor structure is analysed. The closed vector method and Lagrange equation are used to establish the mechanical analysis and yield stress model, and the mechanical principle of the thermal cycle fatigue load of the rotor is analysed. On this basis, the yield stress evaluation model is established to realise the material structure evolution analysis. The results show that the method can provide higher accuracy and lower yield stress estimation results, with an average error of 15.74% lower than that of the traditional method, which shows that the method can improve the anti-interference ability of turbine rotor drive and the stress intensity of rotor material structure, with good convergence.
