Ocular adnexal marginal B-cell lymphoma (OAMZL) is the most common type of primary lymphoma of this anatomical site. OAMZL is a rare entity, accounting for 1-2% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas. A pathogenetic link with chronic infection by Chlamydia psittaci has been demonstrated in some geographical areas. Because of its rarity and the paucity of focused studies the clinical management of OAMZL is still controversial and uniform guidelines are not presently available.

Histiocytic Sarcoma (HS) is a rare hematologic malignancy that belongs to the group of histiocytic and dendritic cell neoplasms. The causal etiology of HS is unknown. The clinical course is very aggressive.

Interdigitating Dendritic Cell Sarcoma (IDCS) is a very uncommon neoplasm embedded in the group of histiocytic and dendritic cell neoplasms. IDCS is a diagnosis of exclusion, being mandatory the preclusion of follicular dendritic cell sarcoma, histiocytic sarcoma, melanoma, and metastases, among another neoplasm. The clinical course is aggressive. BRAF V600E has been reported in IDCS.
