The method of searching for article data sources was carried out through the Google Scholar database in the 2019-2023 period to retrieve relevant articles published in Indonesian. Occupational safety and health can have a major effect on employee work productivity. Productive employees have the ability to work, both from the expertise and skills they have.

The demand of the fuel oil in the world increasing with the rate population and industrial growth. The alternative solid fuel which is the main ingredient of that is coal, contains the high calorific value so that it can be replaced petroleum product and be used is briquette. In this study conducted proximate test on non-carbonized coal briquettes beetwen tapioca adhesive and Sago adhesive. In the study, the methods used approach issues of extracting research from established theories and data of observed objects. The analysis result of proximate test briquettes coal with tapioca adhesive on Balikpapan Formation, pulau balang Formation, kampung baru formation obtained the value of IM is 11,68% - 24,48 %, AC is 2,62 - 5,68 %, VM is 39,40 - 52,49 %, and FC is 12,95 - 46,32 %. whereas on coal briquettes with Sago adhesive on Balikpapan Formation, pulau balang Formation, kampung baru formation obtained the value IM is 13,11 - 30,57 % on, AC is 3,71 - 5,75 %, VM is 47,83 - 53,22 %, and FC is 10,47 - 41,34 %.

Health is not only about physical condition but also mental condition. Mental health is an integral part of every individual. A healthy soul is described as free from complaints and in a peaceful and calm state. The disease outbreak called Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) does not only attack physical health, but also has an impact on mental health. Those who work especially in an institution will affect its performance. Polkesyo as an educational institution as well as a Public Service Agency (BLU) requires employee mental health data as a basis for formulating appropriate policies so that they can anticipate future mental health problems. The aim of the study was to get an overview of the mental health of the employees of the Yogyakarta Ministry of Health Poltekkes. The research design is descriptive. Obtained 112 samples from 374 populations with a combination of snowball technique and saturated sampling using the Self Reporting Questionary (SRQ) instrument with google form. Data analysis technique uses frequency distribution. The results of the study were that most of the respondents were mentally healthy (58%). A small portion with mental emotional disorders is quite healthy, there are 33.9% and 8.1% are unhealthy. Emotional mental disorders are most often reflected in the form of feelings of insecurity and discomfort manifested by avoidance of certain people, places and activities (17.9%), feelings of anxiety, tension and worry (17%), and there are 1.8% even though they are small but very dangerous, namely thoughts of wanting to end one's life (suicide). The conclusion is that the mental health of most of the respondents is mentally healthy, a small portion is quite healthy and less healthy.

The research intended to produce a Lectora Inspire-based learning media and recognize its effectivity on students of Cookery XI Class at SMKN 4 Kota Jambi. It was a type of developing research. The subject was students of Cookery XI Class at SMKN 4 Kota Jambi. The model of the research development referred to ADDIE model by Lee And Owen, which consists of 5 stages, namely: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The method of data collection was observation, interview, questionnaire/ interview guide and documentation. The assessment of video propernesswas validated by media and content experts. The sample of the small class was 15 students and the big class was 30. The technique of data analysis was descriptive statistic. The result of the development research was a Lectora Inspire-based learning media properly used by students of Cookery XI Class not only in term of its suitability with the syllabus and lesson plan but also content and media aspects. The validation given by validators from content and media experts stated the properness in the scale of “Very Agree”. It was concluded that the Lectora Inspire-based learning media was usable for learning media. Based on the validation result, the media was tested to a small scale class and reached 91,42% of presentation result which was categorized in the scale of “Very Agree”. It was then tested in a field test with presentation result 89,79% which was categorized in the scale of “Very Agree”. As the result, it was clearly stated that the learning media of Preparation and Presentation of Indonesian Food was properly used as learning media for students of Cookery XI Class at SMKN 4 Kota Jambi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Leverage dan Profitabilitas terhadap Konservatisme Akuntansi. Penyajian Laporan keuangan perlu diadakan penerapan konservatisme akuntansi, Oleh karena itu untuk menerapkan adanya kefleksibelitasan dalam menyajikan laporan keuangan. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan publik atau emiten sektor keuangan sub sektor bank yang terdapat di BEI Tahun 2018-2020. Penelitian ini memilih sampel dari 10 perusahaan publik, setelah menjalankan tes asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, sebagian juga menunjukkan bahwa leverage dan profitabilitas ini berpengaruh positif terhadap konservatisme akuntansi. Dalam penelitian ini juga sampel yang digunakan yaitu dengan metode purposive sampling, yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh sampel yang representatif berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan.

Kesejahteraan individu merupakan kesejahteraan yang dirasakan oleh setiap orang sebagai individu sedangkan kesejahteraan masyarakat merupakan kesejahteraan yang dirasakan oleh semua orang dalam suatu kesatuan. Kesejahteraan pelaku usaha adalah merupakan kesejahteraan individu yang bergerak dalam kegiatan usaha. Ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penentu kesejahteraan pelaku usaha diantaranya yaitu peran pemerintah dan modal sosial. Pemerintah memiliki peran strategis dalam pemberdayaan pelaku usaha di Indonesia mengingat pelaku usaha dengan karakteristik UMKM memiliki peran penting dalam proses pertumbuhan ekonomi negara. Keberadaan modal sosial merupakan salah satu aset yang sangat penting dan menjadi alat perekat didalam pelaksanaan kegiatan usaha. Wujud nyata dari modal sosial dalam dunia usaha diwujudkan dalam bentuk kepercayaan, jaringan sosial, tanggung jawab dan kerjasama antar pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran pemerintah dalam pemberdayaan pelaku usaha, peran pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha dan mengkaji peran modal sosial dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha. Hasil kajian ini menunjukan bahwa peran pemerintah dan modal sosial dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan pelaku usaha.

Learning media is very useful in the teaching and learning process so that the achievement of learning objectives. Sisilabar media si one of the learning media tjat helps students understand the operational material for addition and reducing the form of algebra. This study aims to find out how the implementation of sisilabar learning media on student the learning outcomes of class VII at Susila Koting junior high school. The typr of research used is descriptive qualitative. The technique thet is taken in data is tests and documentation. The result in this study show positive results after the implementation of sisilabar media. This can be proven by the result pretest and posttest of student. This average pretest student score is 46.3 while posttest average result are 81.7 and tha percentage of completeness of student pretest result reaches 12.5% while the posttest reaches 87.5%. So it can be concluded that the learning in the operation material for addition and reducing algebra.

Penelitian ini bernama Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK). Penelitian ini dilakukan karena banyak ditemui siswa yang sering terlambat datang ke madrasah . Oleh sebab itu guru BK mencoba meningkatkan kedisiplinan ini dengan melakukan layanan Bimbingan Kelompok.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku kedisiplinan terlambat siswa datang ke madrasah kelas VIII 7 MTs Negeri 3 Demak melalui layanan bimbingan kelompok. Manfaat dari penelitian ini agar siswa yang terlambat dapat berkurang atau bahkan sampai tidak ada lagi siswa yang terlambat datang ke madrasah setiap harinya.Sumber data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dari subjek yang diteliti, yakni siswa kelas VIII 7 . Peneliti sebagai instrumen utama sekaligus sebagai observer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelaksanan tindakan layanan dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari 4 tahapan, yakni: (a) perencanaan; (b) pelaksanaan; (3) observasi; (4) refleksi. Pada siklus pertama peneliti melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok sesuai dengan tahapan pada umumnya. Pada siklus II peneliti menggunakan video sebagai medianya dan pembahasan topik ditujukan kepada akibat yang ditimbulkan serta upaya untuk tidak terlambat ke madrasah . Terjadi pengurangan siswa yang terlambat datang ke madrasah dengan menggunakan layanan bimbingan kelompok. Dari hasil penelitian disarankan kepada guru BK hendaknya mendata dan memantau siswa yang terlambat datang ke madrasah , karena masih ada guru BK yang bersikap acuh dengan ketidakdisiplinan siswa tersebut

The problem in this research article raises the issue of the household waste of the Namandoi hamlet community which pollutes the coast. Garbage is one of the opportunities for environmental pollution accompanied by a decrease in aesthetic quality. Garbage is not only a government problem but must also be a personal problem for the residents who produce the waste . The number of residents can also affect the increase in the amount of waste. In addition, the behavior of the community to dispose of garbage on the coast is also a habit that can have a negative impact. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of household waste that pollutes the coast due to people's behavior in disposing of household waste in the coastal area of Namandoi Hamlet. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive research. Methods of data collection through literature study, field observations, interviews and documentation in Namandoi hamlet, Nanahale village, Talibura district. The results in this study indicate that the community has good knowledge about the behavior of disposing of garbage, but is constrained by the availability of landfill facilities so that many people dispose of household waste in coastal areas. Therefore it is necessary to have village autonomy (according to Law Number 6 of 2014) villages have the autonomy to manage their own households, including managing waste into goods that have economic value for its citizens. Therefore it is necessary to form a special institution based on autonomy villages that can manage waste and provide benefits (such as health insurance and other guarantees) that can stimulate the residents of Namandoi Hamlet to be willing to manage waste.

Fish oil has a lot of potential for humans. However, this potential is obstructed by the fishy smell. Therefore, deodorization is carried out to overcome this problem. This article is a literature review that aims to review several methods that are commonly used in fish oil deodorization. The method in preparing this article was carried out by searching the Google Scholar and PubChem databases. The search results show that in general there are three types of methods in fish oil deodorization namely physical methods, chemical methods, and biological methods. The three methods have their own advantages and disadvantages, so before deodorizing it is necessary to know the purpose of the deodorization being carried out. Optimization of the combination method is needed to increase the value of fish oil and its processed products.
