MEMPERTAHANKAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN UMKM KOPI TOKTOK INDONESIA MELALUI BRANDING PRODUK 通过产品品牌保持印尼UMKM咖啡totok客户的忠诚

Melihat banyaknya usaha saat ini membuat persaingan semakin kompetitif, hal ini menyebabkan para pelaku usaha gencar melakukan branding produk untuk mendapatkan pelanggan baru dan mempertahankan pelanggan lama. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui branding produk yang dilakukan oleh UMKM Kopi Toktok Indonesia dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini yaitu metode deskriptif dan observatif. Hasil penulisan ini menunjukan bahwa branding produk sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesuksesan suatu usaha terutama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan, seperti yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Marketing Kopi Toktok Indonesia dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelaggan dengan cara membranding produk pada varian dan packaging. Kopi Toktok Indonesia sukses dalam membranding produknya dengan mengeluarkan berbagai macam varian, dan berbagai macam ukuran kemasan, hal ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kepercayaan kepada konsumen dan sebagai wujud suatu bentuk tanggung jawab dalam mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan Kopi Toktok Indonesia.

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) adalah sebuah sistem yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeteksi serangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak-pihak yang tidak sah pada sebuah jaringan. Namun, beberapa sistem IDS yang ada saat ini memiliki kekurangan dalam memberikan notifikasi kepada administrator jika terjadi serangan, terkadang administrator mungkin tidak dapat memantau jaringan setiap saat. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan serangan yang tidak terdeteksi pada jaringan dan memberikan celah bagi peretas untuk mengambil kendali atas sistem. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya Implementasi IDS menggunakan WhatsApp dan Telegram sebagai Media Notifikasi untuk memastikan keamanan jaringan yang lebih baik dan efektif. Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) adalah sebuah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan atau merancang sistem jaringan komputer. Metode ini memungkinkan pemantauan terhadap sistem yang sedang dirancang atau dikembangkan agar dapat mengetahui kinerjanya dengan lebih baik, Metode NDLC terdiri dari 6 (enam) tahapan yaitu Analysis, Design, Simulation Prototype, Implementation, Monitoring dan Management. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, disimpulkan bahwa IDS Snort dapat mengidentifikasi dan mendeteksi berbagai serangan, seperti ping attack (ICMP Traffic), Port Scanning, serta DOS/DDOS UDP Flooding yang ditujukan ke server berdasarkan rules IDS yang dibuat dan juga bash shell mampu merekam dan mengirimkan pesan alert ketika terjadi serangan melalui WhatsApp dan Telegram. Jumlah pesan alert yang terkirim berbeda tergantung pada jenis serangan, durasi serangan dan juga media notifikasi yang digunakan.

PENERAPAN METODE NAÏVE BAYES PADA KASUS GANGGUAN PSIKOLOGIS PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 在COVID-19大流行期间,天真的BAYES方法的应用

The COVID-19 pandemic is a type of deadly virus that has become a new cause of stress. Physical and psychological health is the hope of every individual. But not all individuals can enjoy this health because of contracting a disease. Stress experienced by individuals can affect physiological functions, namely there are 4 diseases in psychological disorders including stress, depression, anxiety disorders and social phobia. Therefore we need a web-based system using the nave Bayes method by paying attention to the symptoms experienced which will help psychological disorders in recognizing mental health against Covid-19 transmission during the pandemic. In this study, the data in question is psychological data due to the COVID-19 pandemic. There are many modern algorithms created to diagnose symptoms due to this pandemic, but here the researcher wants to prove that Naïve Bayes can also perform the diagnosis quite well. Nave Bayes has a high accuracy value so that it can be used for various purposes, including for document classification, spam detection and other classification problems. The use of the Naïve Bayes method in this study can be rated as a material for research evaluation. With the Naive Bayes method in the rating, it can be seen from the disease. The results of this study are a desktop program for the diagnosis of stress, depression, anxiety disorders, and social phobias during the covid-19 pandemic.

ABSTRAK Keamanan akses ke perangkat yang dituju merupakan elemen utama dalam layanan jaringan. Namun, masalah yang terjadi adalah bahwa port atau akses terbuka tidak dapat diakses tanpa otentikasi, yang dapat memungkinkan pengguna yang tidak sah untuk mengakses server. Ini adalah dasar untuk meningkatkan akses ke server yang telah dibangun tanpa harus menutup port yang digunakan. PREDIKSI TINGGI GELOMBANG LAUT JAKARTA UTARA MENGGUNAKAN MACHINE LEARNING: PERBANDINGAN ALGORITMA ARIMA & SARIMA 利用机器学习预测北雅加达海浪高度:阿里玛算法与萨里玛算法比较

Dalam melakukan prediksi gelombang laut beberapa hari kedepan memerlukan keakuratan yang tinggi. Maka dari itu, perkembangan Machine Learning dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi gelombang laut. Representasi keakuratan dari Machine Learning mengenai tinggi gelombang dapat menentukan keputusan kapal dalam melakukan rute pelayaran maupun memungkinkan nelayan berlayar atau tidak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Laut Jakarta Utara. Dalam menentukan perhitungan prediksi gelombang laut tersebut menggunakan algoritma ARIMA dan SARIMA. Hasil dari prediksi algoritma kedua Machine Learning tersebut dibandingkan yang kemudian akan mengambil hasil akurasi terbaik berdasarkan nilai RMSE yang dihasilkan. Data yang akan digunakan diambil dari beberapa tahun kebelakang (tahun 2015-2020) untuk melatih model agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. Hasil dari pengujian model yang telah dilakukan, didapat nilai RMSE & MAE model ARIMA berturut-turut sebesar 2,14 & 4,18 Sedangkan model SARIMA menghasilkan RMSE & MAE secara berturut-turut sebesar 4,52 & 8,18.

Maka dari itu, perkembangan Machine Learning dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kondisi gelombang laut. Representasi keakuratan dari Machine Learning mengenai tinggi gelombang dapat menentukan keputusan kapal dalam melakukan rute pelayaran maupun memungkinkan nelayan berlayar atau tidak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di wilayah Laut Jakarta Utara. Dalam menentukan perhitungan prediksi gelombang laut tersebut menggunakan algoritma ARIMA dan SARIMA. Hasil dari prediksi algoritma kedua Machine Learning tersebut dibandingkan yang kemudian akan mengambil hasil akurasi terbaik berdasarkan nilai RMSE yang dihasilkan. Data yang akan digunakan diambil dari beberapa tahun kebelakang (tahun 2015-2020) untuk melatih model agar mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik. IS/IT STRATEGIC PLANNING USING WARD & PEPPARD METHOD (CASE STUDY : STIKES BINA CIPTA HUSADA) 使用WARD进行IS/IT战略规划;Peppard方法(案例研究:strikes bina cipta husada)

STIKes Bina Cipta Husada (STIKes BCH) in its business operations has used information systems and information technology. However, the existing information system is still not integrated between one unit and another, causing data redundancy and slow operational processes. Strategic planning of IS/IT is needed to support strategic activities in STIKes BCH, because the lack of planning in the use and development of IS/IT can also impede the organization in achieving its goals and objectives. Therefore, this research focuses on Strategic Planning of IS/IT, which aims to use the output of this research as a reference for the 5-year strategic plan of IS/IT and improve the competitiveness in the education institution competition. The Ward & Peppard method was chosen in the process of IS/IT strategic planning because it has the advantage of relatively complete analysis tools, not only focusing on IS/IT conditions, but also considering internal and external business conditions and IS/IT management. The tools used to formulate the IS/IT strategy include SWOT, Value Chain, PEST, Porter's Five Force, McFarlan's Strategic Grid, and CSF. The result of this research is the IS Business Strategy, IT Strategy, and IS/IT Management Strategy that can be implemented in STIKes BCH.

Cinema is one form of entertainment that is increasingly popular and in great demand. More than that, film is a social text that simultaneously captures and talks about the dynamics of people's lives at the time the film was produced. Film descriptions and narratives can be said to be windows that are quite meaningful to see and understand social reality that occurs in a certain time and space. The film Two Blue Stripes is a film about teenage sisters. This film is interesting to study because it describes the reality of the problems of Indonesian youth. Teen associations have many positive and negative impacts depending on how a teenager chooses friends based on each individual. This study employed qualitative methods using data collection techniques including observation. In this study the observation method was carried out by collecting and sending to the research site. It can be concluded that the film Dua Garis Biru, which was shown in cinemas, had a great influence on the perceptions of adolescents in the area, such as negative perceptions. the impact of teenage association, especially sex outside of marriage, adolescence is a period of transition from childhood to adulthood and requires guidance from teachers and parents so that their sons and daughters do not fall into bad associations. PENERAPAN ALGORITMA NAÏVE BAYES UNTUK PREDIKSI PENJUALAN PRODUK ICONNET ICONNET产品销售预测天真的贝斯算法的应用

ICONNET, which is a product from PT Indonesia Comnets Plus for the retail customer segment, is a new internet provider. ICONNET intends to provide the best for the Indonesian people. They need to have a strategy in order to continue to increase sales of their products. In the sales process, one way to increase product sales is to know the history of product sales to customers. Is it in accordance with the sales target or not. So if the sales target has not been met, it can be used as a performance evaluation, especially for the marketing and sales team. Therefore, the authors created a sales prediction system by implementing the Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm which can be used to predict sales of ICONNET products based on previously recorded data. Testing the system with the black box method and performance testing. The resulting output is a web-based system. The percentage of accuracy test results are 89.189%. While the results of performance testing obtained a score with grade A (91%). It is hoped thet in the future this system can be developed with more attention to user needs.

Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia dalam Organisasi terutama mengenai penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan membantu pimpinan dalam mendapatkan data atau informasi tentang bagaimana kinerja karyawan selama bekerja. Apabila prestasinya masih di bawah standar, karyawan tersebut harus berupaya memperbaikinya. Sebaliknya, jika prestasi sudah sesuai standar, karyawan tersebut akan diberi penguat atau reinforcement agar bisa mempertahankan prestasinya. Penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan cukup penting bagi karyawan maupun perusahaan karena dari penilaian kerja menjadi pusat perencanaan karir bagi karyawan sekaligus mendapatkan promosi. Bagi perusahaan, penilaian prestasi kerja karyawan bisa menjadi motivasi untuk karyawan agar bekerja lebih baik lagi. Perusahaan biasanya memberikan reward kepada karyawan yang berprestasi. Di mana hal tersebut dilihat dari penilaian terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk mencapai dalam penilaian prestasi karyawan supaya lebih tepat sasaran maka perlu adanya sistem informasi evaluasi kinerja karyawan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process ( AHP ).
