Sistema Experto para la Gestión de Daños en Vías Pavimentadas y en Afirmado 专家系统的损害管理在铺设和肯定的道路

Considering the diverse type of damages that can be generated on paved or compacted roads, and the necessary actions to solve this situation, it is definitely an important project to be solved for the national road maintenance. The aim of this paper is to present the ROAD Expert System development, designed to support the management and prevention of damage in the physical conditions of the national road network. This work is divided in three parts: first, it presents the basic theory of expert systems and systematic literature review (SLR); second, it presents the methodology used to develop the expert system; and the end third, it presents the system. With the development of this work, concluded that the expert systems (ES) facilitate the management of road maintenance and can reduce the costs associated with external consults.

Implementación del Algoritmo Trace Alignment Empleando Técnicas de Programación Paralela 使用并行编程技术实现跟踪对齐算法

En este articulo se refiere un algoritmo del campo de la mineria de procesos, Trace Alignment, cuyo objetivo es detectar anomalias en una secuencia de patrones e identificar patrones comunes. El analisis de las trazas generadas por los procesos de negocios puede tardar un tiempo considerable, teniendo en cuenta que una gran parte de los procesos, hoy en dia, se encuentran informatizados. El algoritmo en cuestion es paralelizado empleando el paradigma de memoria compartida, especificamente OpenMP, CUDA y OpenCL. El diseno paralelo propuesto cuenta de dos etapas: una primera donde se paraleliza la construccion de la matriz de similitud y una segunda donde se alinean pares o conjuntos de trazas a la misma vez. Los resultados obtenidos indican que, con el diseno propuesto, los mejores tiempos se obtienen empleando OpenMP para todos los juego de datos propuestos.

Una revisión literaria del Problema de Carga del Pallet 托盘装载问题的文学回顾

Actualmente, las empresas enfrentan una competencia agresiva, por lo que implementar estrategias para alcanzar la competitividad es elemental. En este sentido, en Logistica, el uso adecuado de los recursos es imprescindible. El impacto en la ganancia que tienen el almacenaje y el transporte, conlleva la implementacion de acciones para contrarrestarlo. Un paletizado efectivo puede contribuir a reducir costos. El Problema de Carga del Pallet (PLP) procura la optimizacion del espacio del pallet para lograr cargar maxima de producto debidamente empacado. El uso practico y beneficios del PLP han dado pie a su estudio en la busqueda su solucion. Este articulo presenta una revision literaria de 30 estudios para mostrar las caracteristicas principales y los metodos de solucion propuestos para proveer la base teorica y las maneras como se ha tratado el PLP. Con el entendimiento de estas propuestas de solucion, se busca tener el sustento para elaborar un modelo nuevo.

Paralelización del Algoritmo Criptográfico GOST Empleando el Paradigma de Memoria Compartida 使用共享内存范例的GOST加密算法的并行化

El articulo refiere el proceso de paralelizacion del algoritmo criptografico GOST. La investigacion realizada persigue como objetivo, reducir el tiempo de ejecucion del algoritmo. El estudio no se encuentra enfocado al analisis de fortaleza del algoritmo criptografico, donde se hace enfasis es en el metodo empleado para disminuir el tiempo de ejecucion de los procesos cifre y descifre. Para ello se realiza un diseno paralelo basado en la metodologia de Ian Foster, el cual es aplicado a dos implementaciones usando tecnicas como: OpenMP y CUDA. Las comparaciones realizadas teniendo en cuenta, tanto al algoritmo secuencial como las implementaciones paralelas, demuestran una significativa reduccion de tiempo, sin importar la tecnica empleada. El mejor resultado se logra empleando CUDA.

La Industria Química: Importancia y Retos 化学工业:重要性和挑战

Chemistry has always been present in the life of human beings to meet their needs and improve their quality of life. The chemical industry is now a major industrial sector present in most countries, which drives economic growth, creates jobs and provides various products; however it causes environmental pollution and uses non-renewable natural resources. Thus, the concept of green chemistry occurs in response to environmental problems whose structure is sustainability, its main objective is to harmonize the chemical to natural resources and prevent the generation of emissions. There is a major challenge for the chemical industry. This is to find alternative energy sources and become less dependent on oil, natural gas and coal. So the use of biomass for the production of liquid fuels is a good source of energy. Although other challenges are the care and conservation of water and nanomaterials.

Simulación de un Robot Hexápodo Bioinspirado en el Tenebrio 模拟一个受拟步虫启发的六足机器人

Insects are an essential foundation in the study of reactive robotics because they possess both biological and moving features that are of interest to implement bio-inspired robots, keeping into account their performance in different areas. However, hexapods animals have omnidirectional and stability, due to their formation as a tripod support, which creates their feet in order to take a step, allowing them to overcome different obstacles with ease at constant speed. In this project it has been implemented an insect Tenebrio locomotor system, thanks to the ease to see their movements. Legs movement of insects is analyzed in all trajectories, lands, and views. Furthermore, formulation of both parameters, equations, and constraints are performed by limiting the various links of each of Tenebrio´s leg. This was realized through image analysis. Finally, the information was collected and implemented in MATLAB in order to determine the characteristics of movement, as well as its stability and drive.

Producción, Reservas y Sostenibilidad de la Energía en Venezuela 委内瑞拉的能源生产、储量和可持续性

El proposito del presente trabajo esta relacionado con la evaluacion de los recursos energeticos de Venezuela y su posicionamiento estrategico mundial, referido principalmente a la produccion y consumo de energia primaria y reservas. Asi mismo se han evaluado los recursos energeticos renovables con la finalidad de identificar oportunidades para el desarrollo de la energia sostenible. Los resultados indican que Venezuela posee recursos fosiles para mas de 130 anos de explotacion, lo cual lo convierte en una potencia energetica relevante en el contexto mundial. La potencialidad aprovechable de las energias renovables duplico la produccion de recursos fosiles en 2011. En la actualidad, el aprovechamiento de estas fuentes es inferior al 2 % del total disponible, lo que deja abierto un amplio rango de posibilidades para la diversificacion de la matriz energetica nacional mediante tecnologias limpias o sostenibles

Los Cursos Masivos en Línea en Coursera y su Empleo Potencial en los Programas de Ingeniería en América Latina Coursera的大量在线课程及其在拉丁美洲工程项目中的潜在就业

Massive Open Online Courses have changed the way in which education is conceived, especially in certain subjects and countries. The authors present a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the languages and topics covered by the courses of Coursera, a leader in this field. We demonstrate that there are many courses with potential impact in the engineering careers in Latin-America. The topics are not restricted to Information and Computer Engineering, but they also include Mechanical, Civil, Hydraulic, Electric and Electronic Engineering. We show that several hundreds of courses are relevant for engineering. This number is growing and this is also the case of number of courses in the languages with more importance to our region.

Transformación del Q-Learning para el Aprendizaje en Agentes JADE 将Q-Learning转化为JADE代理学习

Increased interaction between computer systems has modified the traditional way to analyze and develop them. The need for interaction between the system components is increasingly important to solve joint tasks, which individually would be very expensive or even impossible to develop once. Multi-agent systems offer an interesting and complete distributed architecture to execute tasks cooperate. The creation of a multi-agent system or an agent requires great effort so methods have been adopted as the deployment patterns. The pattern creates Proactive Obsever_JADE agents and include in each endowed with intelligence behaviors can evolve using machine learning techniques. The reinforcement learning is a machine learning technique that allows agents to learn through trial and error interactions in a dynamic environment. Reinforcement learning in multi-agent systems offers new challenges arising from the distribution of learning, such as the need for coordination between agents or distribution of knowledge, which should be analyzed and treated.
