Employee Admissions Information System Web-based at CV Galerindo Nusantara 基于CV Galerindo Nusantara网站的员工录取信息系统

CV Galerindo Nusantara company still uses manual methods in the recruitment process, namely prospective employees must come to the company to apply for work and still use paper so that companies need a computerized system that can facilitate employee recruitment activities. Based on these problems the authors seek solutions to make it easier for companies to overcome these problems. In developing this system, the author uses the waterfall method, namely the work of a system that is carried out sequentially or linearly. The results of the web-based employee recruitment information system at CV Galerindo Nusantara which was created by the author are to produce a system that can make it easier for prospective employees and companies to carry out computerized employee recruitment activities as well as time efficiency and make it easier for prospective employees to access information systems.

Abstract - Conventional filing of SPMI documents is a problem experienced by STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura, archiving in this way can result in documents being lost or scattered, in addition to causing difficulties in finding documents during internal and external audits. This study aims to assist institutions in improving their filing systems, so that SPMI data or documents can be stored properly and easily obtained when needed. In designing the information system SPMI STIMIK Sepuluh Nopember Jayapura, using the waterfall method and data modeling using data flow diagrams, while in system testing using the blackbox method and user acceptance test. This research produces an SPMI information system that can be used to archive all types of documents owned by the internal quality assurance agency Based on table 2, as many as 86% of the answers of respondents who answered were very correct (SB), as many as 12% of respondents who answered correctly (B) and 2% answered doubtful or neutral.

Evaluation of Information Technology Governance in Banking Companies Using BSC and COBIT 4.1 使用BSC和COBIT 4.1评估银行公司的信息技术治理

Abstract - The era of industrial revolution 4.0, the progress of companies to achieve their vision and mission goals, is largely determined by the role of information technology, especially banking companies such as BPR PMM, the problem is that BPR PPM has not fully realized the importance of managing a business change, in order to maintain the company's existence. To determine the maturity level of the application of information technology in a company, it is necessary to conduct a thorough evaluation. In this study, there are seventeen processes in Cobit 4.1 that are solved on an internal balanced scorecard perspective. Cobit is a framework that is very well used in measuring the effectiveness of the application of information technology, while the balanced scorecard (BSC) is a framework that is very suitable to be applied to measure or assess the performance of a company. The combination of the two frameworks can provide a clear picture of internal perspectives that can be used by company leaders in improving information technology governance. This study resulted in a conclusion that the company maturity level in terms of business change management based on Cobit 4.1 and the internal balanced scorecard perspective has an average value of 2.90 at level 3 with defined categories.

The writing of the Semester Final Project with the title Analysis of the Parking Payment System for Adi Soemarmo Airport Solo was compiled based on the results of observations at the exit gate of Adi Soemarmo Airport Solo. Transactions on parking payments often cause problems due to several factors, especially the time or process is quite long because sometimes the money given is too large then the cashier takes too long to give change, besides that sometimes passengers do not prepare the money they want to pay in advance and often passengers pay in a situation of insufficient money and this causes queues or jams at the gate exit. The research objective given by the author later is to provide the best solution for airport parking payment systems. In addition to making it easier for passengers, this will greatly facilitate cashiers when carrying out work operations. This payment application system is called u-nik or electronic money. Where u-nik functions to transfer the money balance data contained in u-nik to a computer using a system called AINO. So that payments occur without spending additional cash. With the existence of non-cash payment transactions using the AINO system, it is hoped that it can facilitate and provide speed in making parking payment transactions without the need to carry cash.

Attendance is an important factor in maintaining the quality of an employee's performance in a company. With technological advances such as nowadays, the ease of attendance can also be carried out easily, the use of the old attendance system is also considered less effective in today's era, employees need efficiency in the absent process, as implemented by Indosurya Finance's Solo Baru branch which has left the old system attendance , where the previous abscess system used the signature system, the block card system, and the fingerprint system. In this old system, the majority of employees worked not only in the office having difficulty meeting clients outside the office at any time, because they had to come to the office if they wanted to be absent. Therefore the company replaced it with a new system, namely using an application called Great Day HR. With a modern employee attendance system like this, it can help companies make arrangements for existing human resources and the purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of an attendance system using Great Day HR for the future. The method in this research is through observation, interview, documentation, and literature study. The system design is made with context diagrams, HIPO, DAD, input output design, hardware requirements analysis, software requirements analysis. By using this online attendance system employees can perform attendance efficiently and effectively according to the needs of each employee. The final result of this online attendance system is an attendance recap data from each user owned by Indosurya Finance employees.

The UNS Hospital E-Patient Application for Online Registration of UNS Hospital Patients is an application belonging to the UNS Hospital that can be used by old UNS Hospital patients to register for polyclinic visits online. Analysis of the "E-Patient Hospital UNS" application system from the results of an interview with the Head of the UNS Hospital Electronic Data Installation, which is the person in charge of the management of the application. The author also uses the results of the application user survey from January 1, 2020 s.d. November 27, 2020 to determine the level of customer satisfaction in conducting system analysis. The purpose of this system analysis is to find out how much the function or usefulness of this application system is to unravel or minimize the problems that become obstacles related to registration of polyclinic patient visits at UNS Hospital.

PT. PAN BROTHER is a multinational company that produces textiles headquartered in Jakarta, Indonesia. This company was founded in 1969. This company produces various kinds of clothing. Currently, PT. PAN BOTEHR, especially the branch in Boyolali, namely PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera has conducted attendance by using a finger print machine and a computerized scanner. Employees who wish to take annual leave, maternity leave, official permits, and sick leave are already using a web-based system, by means of employees inputting attendance on a computer provided by the company. However, there are still employees who lack knowledge of science and technology and are still an obstacle to implementing the web-based system. This system can actually be accessed using a smart phone, so that employees do not need to ask attendance staff for help when inputting leave. And to recap the attendance report of HRD employees must also look for employee leave documents that are still in paper files, so that this can slow down the withdrawal of reports on a monthly basis. With this problem, the Company made an innovation by creating an online-based web application for inputting employee leave and the author also conducted research on the application of this web-based system using literature study and field studies in field objects. It is hoped that with this research, the system can be used by all employees to be more effective in inputting absences due to leave and can help alleviate the performance of HRD staff to be more flexible and efficient and reduce absenteeism reporting errors due to employee leave.

PAN BOTEHR, especially the branch in Boyolali, namely PT. Prima Sejati Sejahtera has conducted attendance by using a finger print machine and a computerized scanner. Employees who wish to take annual leave, maternity leave, official permits, and sick leave are already using a web-based system, by means of employees inputting attendance on a computer provided by the company. However, there are still employees who lack knowledge of science and technology and are still an obstacle to implementing the web-based system. This system can actually be accessed using a smart phone, so that employees do not need to ask attendance staff for help when inputting leave. And to recap the attendance report of HRD employees must also look for employee leave documents that are still in paper files, so that this can slow down the withdrawal of reports on a monthly basis. With this problem, the Company made an innovation by creating an online-based web application for inputting employee leave and the author also conducted research on the application of this web-based system using literature study and field studies in field objects. Unforgettable User Defined Seed Phrase for Cryptocurrency Wallets 难忘的用户定义的加密货币钱包种子短语

In this paper I have discussed a new method of enabling a cryptocurrency wallet user to define his own unforgettable seed phrase. An algorithm named SEEPT (Seed Phrase Transformation) is provided and illustrated with a real user defined seed phrase as input and a BIP39 standard seed phrase generated as output through cryptographic transformations. Discussed in detail is how an unforgettable seed phrase can be generatedfrom a set of names or words that are specific to a user’s personal life. Explained in detail as to how a wallet user can reconstruct his seed phrase on demand without depending on any storage, thereby relieving him from the burden of memorizing it frequently or storing it digitally on a computer hardware or physically on a paper or metal media.

Nyoongar people have lived in the South West of Western Australia for at least 50,000 years. During that time, they experienced significant climate change, including wide variations in temperature and rainfall, and hundreds of metres’ difference in sea levels. Nyoongar people have a long memory, and climate change is described in their stories and in the knowledge they hold about how life was lived in earlier times. There are artifacts and places that have been manipulated to be productive despite severe drought. COVID-19 disrupted the writing of this article, and the authors felt it appropriate to include Nyoongar responses to the threat of epidemic disease brought by Europeans early in their settlement of the area. This review collates existing material generated through Koodjal Jinnung (two-way seeing), a research method that incorporates traditional knowledge and contemporary social and natural sciences about Nyoongar history, to create a description of the resiliency of Nyoongar people under threat from climate change. The article identifies key values and resilience factors underpinning the successful implementation of behavioural and technological mechanisms to negotiate severe climate change and the threat of epidemic disease.

Critical Indigenous ways of knowing: Research, narratives, and self-actualisation 关键的土著认识方式:研究,叙述和自我实现

Abstract:The process of Indigenous research methodologies has existed within the Anishinaabe worldview for over a millennium. The Anishinaabe-centric author presents and highlights a pathway of Indigenous research methodologies, and critically analyses research, pedagogy and attachment through an Indigenous research methodology. Indigenous research lives within the Anishinaabe language as a cultural process for understanding purpose, in addition to understanding the specific gifts unknown to the researcher. This article identifies Anishinaabe Gikendaasowin as a manner of centring oneself within one’s cultural worldview. Indigenous research methodologies contain intrinsic processes of critical cultural construct development, critical content analysis,ceremony and cultural attachment. This article further explores colonial worldview impacts on Indigenous peoples and the misapplication of that research and its influence on educational paradigms. Finally, an Anishinaabe scholarly exemplar is presented that provides tangible steps for incorporating spirit knowledge into positive, innovative and pedagogical Indigenous lessons.Indigenous research sovereignty requires consent when researching our Anishinaabe sacred practice-based evidence. As a result, Indigenous research methodologies will often start with the act of cultural grounding. Cultural grounding in research is not a new concept. In the Anishinaabe language, manidoo waabiwin can translate into seeing things in a spiritual way. This spiritual wayis the bridge to understanding, appreciating and attaching to a construct or phenomenon within an Indigenous way of knowing journey. There are many different manners to grounding one’s spiritual research work that range from offering tobacco to the aatsokaanug (inadequately translated as spirits), and to the participation in cultural activities, both of which will often promote spiritual awareness or manido waabiwin. This critical Indigenous research methodologies article highlights Anishinaabe Gikendaasowin, or Anishinaabe knowledge or ways of knowing that centres within Anishinaabe worldview. This article is embedded in Anishinaabe knowledge and can be considered Anishinaabe-centric.
