Effectiveness Application of Interactive Learning Media on Creative Thinking 互动学习媒体对创造性思维的有效应用

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of interactive learning media on creative thinking in physical education sport and health subjects. This study uses a pre-experimental design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The sample taken in class X OTKP 2 at SMKN 2 Buduran Sidoarjo totaling 38 students. For data analysis using SPSS 25 which consists of descriptive analysis, normality test, homogeneity test, andpaired sample t test. The results obtained from the pretest and posttest in class X OTKP 2 students at SMKN 2 Buduran Sidorjo there is a difference in value or an increase in value where the value comes from before being given treatment and after being given treatment.
本研究旨在探讨互动学习媒体对体育、运动与健康学科学生创造性思维的影响。本研究采用一组前测后测设计的实验前设计。样本来自于Buduran Sidoarjo SMKN 2 OTKP 2班共38名学生。使用SPSS 25进行数据分析,包括描述性分析,正态性检验,齐性检验和配对样本t检验。Buduran Sidorjo SMKN 2的X班OTKP 2学生的前测和后测结果显示,在接受治疗前和接受治疗后,价值有所不同或有所增加。

Salat Dhuha Improves Blood Pressure: A Randomized Controlled Trial Salat Dhuha改善血压:一项随机对照试验

The prevalence of hypertension increases with age, more than 1 in every two elderly has hypertension, dominated by women. The primary prevention of hypertension is a worldwide public health concern. Salat dhuha is a moderate-intensity physical activity. Salat 2 movement cycles demonstrated improved systolic and diastolic blood pressure in adults. Our study purpose was to assess the effect of 2 and 8 movement cycles (rakaat) of salat dhuha to improve systolic and diastolic blood pressure in healthy Muslim elderly women. Muslim elderly women in a government senior residence (aged 60-74 years) participated in a 6 weeks controlled trial. We completed formal physical, clinical, and blood assessments before admission. Participants with hypertension history were excluded. The participants were randomized into 2 groups. The intervention group performed 8 rakaat of salat dhuha (n=13) and the control group performed 2 rakaat of salat dhuha (n=13). Two participants were dropped out of this study. At baseline and at the end of 6 weeks, a blood pressure examination is recorded. Parametric and nonparametric methods were used to analyze the data. The baseline characteristics of the two groups of participants were homogeneous. Compared to the control, the 8 rakaat of salat dhuha achieved a significant reduction in systolic and diastolic blood pressure (P0.05) at the end of the 6-weeks period. The findings show that salat dhuha has significant potential to improve blood pressure.

Effect of Exercise Intensity in Glut4 Expression on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Rat 运动强度对2型糖尿病大鼠Glut4表达的影响

Glucose transporter4 (GLUT4) is the main glucose transporter in skeletal muscle. Impaired GLUT4 expression plays a role in the disorders of glycemic homeostasis such as Type- 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM). Exercise can increase the GLUT4 expression in skeletal muscles so that glucose can get into the cells faster. The intensity of exercise is an important factor in reducing blood glucose levels in patients with T2DM. This study used stored biological material of gastrocnemius muscle from 15 T2DM models of Wistar rats. Rats were divided into three treatment groups namely P0 (no exercise, control), P1 (moderate-intensity continuous exercise), and P2 (vigorous-intensity continuous exercise), and treated for 8 weeks. Glut4 expression was determined by real time-PCR. The relative expression of the Glut4 gene was calculated using the Livak formula. Moderate-intensity exercise increased Glut4 expression by 2.39 times while vigorous-intensity exercise increased Glut4 expression 2.56 times compared to control. The vigorous-intensity continuous exercise expressed higher Glut4 expression than the moderate- intensity continuous one.

Counseling and Education on Diet for Communities During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Banda Aceh 班达亚齐2019冠状病毒病大流行期间社区饮食咨询和教育

Counseling and education about Covid-19 to the public is important, especially the mode of transmission, clinical symptoms, severity of disease and prevention efforts as well as how to increase body immunity through healthy eating patterns and vaccinations. The need for macronutrient and micronutrient nutrients and fluids can increase the body#39;s immune system which plays a role in fighting Covid-19 infection. Dietary education to the public is a reference for daily nutritional needs and nutritional therapy for Covid-19 patients. Enteral or parenteral nutritional formulas can be recommended for consumption. Infectious diseases increase the risk of malnutrition. In the case of Covid-19, there is an increase in energy requirements due to increased work of the respiratory muscles, fever, cough, and mechanical ventilation. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, community behavior and eating patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic and to provide counseling on Covid-19 preventive efforts. Collecting data by non-probability sampling purposive technique from 15 to 30 September 2020 at 8 Integrated Healthcare Center in Banda Aceh, with a total sample of 664 respondents. The type of research is observational analytic cross sectional design. The results of the study were that the dominant age was over 60 years as many as 261 respondents (39.3%), the most gender was female 464 respondents (69.9%), housewife work was 252 people (38%), the most comorbid diseases were hypertension 235 people (35.4%), Diabetes mellitus 219 people (33%). Good knowledge about Covid-19 was 564 respondents (82.2%), correct behavior was 493 people (74.2%) and correct eating patterns were 400 respondents (74.2%). There is a relationship between knowledge and behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic (P value = 0.000) and there is a relationship between knowledge and diet (P value = 0.039). It was concluded that knowledge affects people#39;s behavior and eating patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Neuroma of the Hand in Basketball Player: A Case Report 篮球运动员手部神经瘤1例

Traumatic neuroma is a non-neoplastic overgrowth of axons and Schwann cells at the proximal site of nerve disruption as a form of thwarted axonal regeneration. It is growing from a severed, partially resected, or injured nerve as a result of trauma or surgery. Traumatic neuroma of the hand is a rare disorder; it was first reported in the medical literature as early as 1811 when Odier described “nerve tumors” which develop at the site of nerve transaction. We reported a twenty-two-year old male patient suffered from a traumatic neuroma of the hand due to basketball injury, who diagnosed by clinical examination and plain X-ray. The patient was treated by surgical excision of the neuroma, and patients could return to competitive sport on the fourth months after surgical treatment.

Physical Activity Intensity, Total Modes, and Neck Muscle Stiffness 体力活动强度,总模式和颈部肌肉僵硬

Background: Neck muscle stiffness is the most common finding of neck pain. The effect of physical activity on neck muscle stiffness is still showing various results. Currently, working from home as the result of COVID-19 pandemic had changed the daily physical activity of each person, including medical students. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity intensity along with total modes of activity and frequency of neck muscle stiffness events. Methods: This is an observational study with cross-sectional study design. Simple randomized sampling was used in this study. Data collection utilized modified EPIC-PAQ2. Data calculated and converted to MET-hour/week and units to assess physical activity intensity and total modes. Results: Physical activity intensity and total modes of activities showed no statistically significant relationship with the frequency of neck muscle stiffness in preclinical medical students in Faculty of Medicine, University of Sumatera Utara. Sex parameter showed significant relationship. Male category showed odd ratio of 0.358 (OR = 0.358, 95% CI) for developing more frequent neck muscle stiffness. Conclusion: More accurate studies have to be conducted to adjust confounding factors on the incidence of neck muscle stiffness.

Results: Physical activity intensity and total modes of activities showed no statistically significant relationship with the frequency of neck muscle stiffness in preclinical medical students in Faculty of Medicine, University of Sumatera Utara. Sex parameter showed significant relationship. Male category showed odd ratio of 0.358 (OR = 0.358, 95% CI) for developing more frequent neck muscle stiffness. Intensitas Paparan Debu Zinc Oksida pada Tempat Latihan Terhadap Performa Atlet Angkat Besi Jawa Tengah 爪哇中部举重运动员在健身房暴露在氧化锌粉尘上的强度

Aktivitas olahraga saat ini menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang marak disemua kalangan masyarakat  dimulai dengan lari pagi sampai dengan kebutuhan prestasi. Salah satunya dengan berlatih angkat beban yang sering disebut dengan fitness. Untuk menunjang keberhasilah seorang atlet diperlukan tempat latihan yang bersih dari debu. Adanya debu di tempat latihan maupun perlombaan perlu diperhatikan. Salah satunya tempat latihan atlet angkat besi. Dalam latihan dan perlombaan angkat besi dibutuhkan bubuk magnesium yaitu Zinc Oksida untuk penghilang licin pada saat mengangkat beban. Penggunaan Zinc Oksida terus menerus pada saat latihan mengakibatkan penurunan terhadap performa atlet dan kualitas fisiologi paru-paru atlet. Gangguan fisiologis paru dianalisis dari nilai Forced Volume Capacity (FVC) menggunakan spirometer digital dengan standar ETS / ARS. Tingkat debu yang dihasilkan oleh studi sebesar  17.921 mg / m3 melebihi ambang batas. Dari pengukuran fisiologis paru, menghasilkan 33,33% atlet yang menderita gangguan pernapasan restriksi ringan dan penurunan fisiologi yang menyebabkan penurunan performa atlet disebabkan oleh penggunaan Zinc Oksida di tempat latihan.

Korelasi Antara Lompat Vertikal Dengan Performa Sprint 60 Meter Pada Atlet Taekwondo dan Karate

Taekwondo dan Pencak silat merupaka dua contoh cabang olahraga seni bela diri yang saat ini sedang berkembang saat ini. Maka dari itu, tujuan daripada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur serta mengetahui korelasi antara performa lompat vertikal dengan sprint 60 meter pada atlet Taekwondo dan Pencak silat. Seluruh peserta, dibagi menjadi dua kelompok berdasarkan kecabangan mereka, yaitu kelompok Taekwondo (TKW), dan kelompok Pencak silat (PKS). Seluruh peserta diwajibkan untuk melakukan pemanasan secara statis dan dinamis selama minimal 15 menit. Setelah sesi pemanasan selesai, kelompok TKW memulai pertama untuk sesi pengukuran anthropometry, lompat vertikal, dan sprint. Kelompok PKS lebih unggul dalam melakukan performa loncatan, yaitu 57,33 (± 7,73) cm dibandingkan dengan kelompok TKW sebesar 55,78 (± 4,30) cm. Sedangkan untuk hasil sprint 60 meter, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara sprint 60 meter antara kelompok TKW dan PKS (p = 0,007), dimana kelompok PKS (7,94 ± 0,15) detik lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan kelompok TKW (8,48 ± 0,49) detik. Hasil dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi antara performa lompat vertikal dengan performa sprint 60 meter, pada atlet Takewondo dan Pencak silat.Taekwondo and Pencak silat are two examples of martial arts sports that are currently being developed. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to measure and determine the correlation between vertical jump performance and 60 meter sprints in Taekwondo and Pencak silat athletes. All participants were divided into two groups based on their branches, namely the Taekwondo group (TKW) and the Pencak silat group (PKS). All participants are required to warm up statically and dynamically for at least 15 minutes. After the warm-up session was over, the TKW group started the first session for anthropometry measurement, vertical jump, and sprint. The PKS group was superior in jumping performance, 57.33 (± 7.73) cm compared to the TKW group of 55.78 (± 4.30) cm. As for the results of the 60 meter sprint, it shows that there were a significant difference between the 60 meter sprint between the TKW and PKS groups (p = 0.007), where the PKS group (7.94 ± 0.15) seconds is faster than the TKW group (8, 48 ± 0.49) seconds. The results in this study indicate that there were a correlation between vertical jump performance and 60 meter sprint performance, for Takewondo and Pencak silat athletes.

Analisis Gerak Teknik dan Performa Memanah Nomor 70 Meter Recurve Atlet PPLP Panahan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap kinerja gerak teknik dan performa memanah jarak 70 meter recurve putri pada kejurnas antar PPLP di Semarang tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan variabel: gerak teknik memanah dan kemampuan fisik memanah. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu; (1) angket, yang berisi kisi-kisi analisis kinerja gerak teknik memanah yang telah divalidasi oleh ahli biomekanika dan teknik memanah; (2) handycam, untuk melakukan pengamatan. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah atlet panahan putri yang mengikuti kejurnas panahan jarak 70 meter recurve antar PPLP di Semarang tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 3 atlet. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kinerja gerak teknik memanah pada tahap cara berdiri (stance), memasang ekor panah (nocking), posisi setengah tarikan (set up), menarik tali (drawing), penjangkaran (anchoring), menahan sikap memanah (holding), membidik (aiming), melepaskan anak panah (release), gerak lanjut (followthrough) berada pada kategori baik. (2) Performa atlet memanah PPLP DIY masih kurang, terlihat dari hasil perolehan skor pada setiap rambahan selalu menurun. This research aimed to reveal the capability of technical movement and the performed by female archers to shoot arrow in 70 meters recurve distance on the championship among PPLP in 2015 in Semarang. This research was a descriptive quantitative research with variables the technical movement and the physical ability of shooting arrow. The instruments used are: (1) questionnaire, containing the blue print of analysis of the capability of technical movement in shooting arrow which has been validated by the expert of biomechanic and the technique of shooting arrow; (2) handycam, to carry out the observation. The research subjects is female archers who joined the championship among PPLP in Semarang in 2015 totaling 3 archer. The result of this research shows, (1) technical movement of shooting arrow on the phase of stance, nocking, set up, drawing, anchoring, holding, aiming, releasing and follow through is classified in “good” category; (2) the performance of the athletes of archery of PPLP is not maximum, it can be seen from the decrease tendency in obtaining additional score.

Efek Akut Pemberian Asam Amino Citrulin Alami Terhadap Kekuatan Otot 天然Citrulin氨基酸对肌肉力量的急性作用

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa efek akut asam amino sitrulin alami terhadap kekuatan otot. Metode penelitian dengan desain -post test controlled group design.  Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiwa IKOR FIK  dibagi secara acak menjadi 2 kelompok  yaitu kelompok kontrol  dan kelompok sitrulin. Perlakuan pada kelompok sitrulin berupa pemberian jus semangka 428 ml (600-700 g daging buah semangka) kandungan sitrulin sebesar 1 mg. sedang pada kelompok control diberikan placebo yaitu air sirup. Jus semangka ataupun air sirup diberikan 60 menit sebelum dilakukan tes kekuatan otot yaitu kekuatan otot tungkai, punggung, bahu dan genggam tangan dengan menggunakan Dynamometer. Data  dianalisis diuji T-test dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian: rerata kekuatan otot total diperoleh dari hasil penjumalahan kekuatan otot punggung, tungkai, bahu, genggam tangan. Retata kekuatan otot total kelompok kontrol 362,98±87,26 kg, kelompok perlakuan critrulline alami (semangka) 378,46±128,23, p=0,782. Tidak terdapat perbedaan efek akut asam amino sitrulin alami terhadap kekuatan otot
