Exploration of Intelligent Teaching Means of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of “Mass Entrepreneurship” 大众创业 "背景下高校思想政治教育智能化教学手段探索

The concept of “great ideological and political education” requires comprehensive ideological education to better achieve the educational goals of “innovation and entrepreneurship.” This article analyzes and explores the intelligent teaching methods of ideological and political education in universities under the background of “innovation and entrepreneurship,” and constructs an intelligent teaching system of ideological and political education in universities under this background. The experimental results show that the stability of the system reaches 95.2%, and the learning efficiency of students has been improved by 11.5%. This work provides important application guidance for big data analysis and IoT sensor data.

Alignment of University Competencies With Global Skill Measures 大学能力与全球技能衡量标准的一致性

This study analysed two internationally recognised measurements of professional skills: the Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) and the Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp 2.2). This analysis aimed to establish a baseline and reference point for a comprehensive understanding of these two scales with the objective of exploring the most relevant competencies and assessing their potential benefits in fostering a technology-driven environment in higher education institutions in Saudi Arabia. The research yielded significant findings regarding the essential competencies that university students should possess, drawing insights from the two assessments and identifying gaps in existing manuals. The research outcomes include valuable insights and best practices that can empower a new generation of university learners to effectively engage with the requirements of Education 4.0.

Frameworks for Developing a 6G Communication Network to Intensify the Modern Vocational Education System 开发 6G 通信网络以强化现代职业教育体系的框架

A modern technology-supported vocational educational system significantly affects the quality of vocational training and contributes to the innovation and economic development of the regional area. The visualization literature analysis was adopted with the purpose of exploring the theoretical framework for developing a 6G-assisted network to realize the multi-party participation in the modern government-industry-education Integration system. The literature review showed the network should involve all cooperation entities into the communication system to intensify all coordination guided by the triple helix theory, should be strong enough to store all kinds of resources to support the optimized sharing, be efficient to track student training processes and learning data to provide scientific evaluation to student development in personal qualities and competencies, be supportive to develop a cooperating culture to form a healthy ecosystem in which all enterprises actively participate and invest in vocational education.

Building Resilience and Mitigating Impacts of Uncertainties in Technical and Vocational Education and Training in Kenya 增强肯尼亚技术和职业教育与培训的复原力并减轻不确定性的影响

Technical and vocational education and training (TVET) has emerged as an avenue through which Kenya aims to fast track her ambition for upper-middle-income economy status, together with the realization of the Big 4 Agenda. However, like other sectors, the TVET sector has shown its vulnerability to sudden and disruptive events manifested by the inability to conduct online training in the wake of the novel Covid-19 pandemic. Such vulnerability has necessitated the need for TVETs to embrace change in training to build resilience in TVET institutions. The Leagile framework has proven to be a stochastic dynamic decision-making tool to handle excursion events in the modern supply chain occasioned by uncertain and turbulent markets. The article adopts a self-completion survey via SMS that targets TVET trainers drawn from TVET institutions in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. Data is collected using a structured questionnaire administered via SMS. The multiple regressions analysis results confirm that Leagile pedagogy positively and significantly influences resilience building.

The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has threatened the capability of academic institutions to continuously deliver quality education despite the worldwide lockdown implemented to curb the transmission of the dreaded disease. As a result, institutions are forced to take advantage of supplementary digital technology to support online learning. Recognizing that an expert-based approach is deemed necessary to carefully execute the decision-making process of utilizing digital technology, this paper provides a new perspective of assessing the constructs of digital technology utilization with the use of fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL). Among the constructs considered, burnout (BO), technostress (TS), goal incongruence (GI), and reflexivity (RE) are found to be effects of other causal constructs. These findings offer crucial insights into the evolving literature of COVID-19 on education, particularly on informing the design of initiatives and measures to support the use of digital technologies as may be necessary.

Practice of PE Teaching Reform in Colleges and Universities Under the Background of Multimedia Internet 多媒体网络背景下高校体育教学改革的实践

Multimedia network technology refers to multimedia network teaching based on text data communication, which can make better use of sports resources in college physical education teaching. Multimedia technology combines computer and video technology. It refers to the combination of two or more sounds and images to form a system that can transmit information. When the initial key changes slightly, the hash bit change rate of the scheme is greater than the threshold value of 0.451, which shows that the hash algorithm in this paper has good key sensitivity. The more sensitive the perceived hash is to the change of the key, the more difficult it is for the attacker to estimate the key, and the better the security of the hash key. Therefore, the above experiments can prove that the hash algorithm in this paper is safe. The appearance of sports network distance education in this paper provides a broader stage for schools and makes greater contributions to the improvement of the overall physical quality of citizens in the whole society.

Measuring TPACK in 2-Year Public College Faculty 两年制公立大学教师TPACK的测量

Two-year public colleges educate more than 50% of all U.S. undergraduates, yet graduation rates (29%) fall far below their 4-year counterparts (63%). It is critical for students of 2-year public institutions that their faculty have the appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) to effectively guide students toward graduation. This study uses technological pedagogical content knowledge (TPACK) theory to evaluate faculty KSAs. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses are used to demonstrate reliability, validity, and the 7-factor structure of the data. This instrument may be useful in pre-employment KSA assessment for potential new faculty, as well as identifying professional development opportunities for incumbent faculty.

Using Project-Based Learning Through the Madrasati Platform for Mathematics Teaching in Secondary Schools Madrasati平台在中学数学教学中运用项目式学习

This study investigated the effect of using project-based learning (PBL) through the Madrasati Platform on third-grade secondary students' mathematical achievement, problem-solving skills, and attitudes towards mathematics in a public school in Saudi Arabia. The experimental group received PBL instruction, while the control group received traditional instruction. Pre- and post-tests and surveys were used to assess the groups. Results indicated that the experimental group had significantly higher scores on the mathematical achievement and problem-solving skills tests and more positive attitudes towards mathematics than the control group. The study concludes that PBL through the Madrasati Platform can effectively enhance mathematics education and highlights the need for further research on technology-based platforms.

Simulation Experiment and Teaching Research of a Land-Based Ship Engine Room 陆基舰船机舱仿真实验与教学研究

In order to make up for the shortage of scientific research experiments and teaching in land-based engine room laboratory, a simulation system is designed and developed using B/S mode to simulate scientific research experiments, teaching and operation processes, and designed algorithms to simulate the propulsion characteristics of the main propulsion diesel engine. A large number of experiments were carried out, and the relationship curve between output power and fuel consumption rate of the main engine was obtained in the laboratory. Apache JMeter was used to test the pressure of the simulation system deployed in Dalian Maritime University Cloud. It is found that under the test conditions, the average response time of sample request is 330 ms, which is far superior the design standard of 2 s. There is no abnormal response to all requests, and all indicators fully meet the requirements of the project team. The simulation system fills the gap in the application of panoramic interactive technology in Marine engineering education, and provides a reference for the exploration of "intelligent +" experiment and teaching mode in maritime university laboratories.

Evaluation on Innovation and Development of University Education Management Informatization Construction Under the Background of Big Data 大数据背景下高校教育管理信息化建设创新与发展评价

The purpose of this article is to discuss the innovation and development of university education management informationization construction in the context of big data. Through a comprehensive comparison of innovative and traditional university education management information systems, it reveals the advantages of the innovative model in terms of flexibility, efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and personalized learning. The questionnaire survey and comparative analysis reveal the positive impact of big data on education management. However, it also reveals the limitations of the innovative informationized education management model, which requires more technical input and security. Finally, future research suggestions such as integrating data from multiple sources, promoting personalized education, and incorporating artificial intelligence are proposed to promote the innovation and development of information technology construction for education management in universities. This study provides insights and guidance for university administrators and researchers.
本文旨在探讨大数据背景下高校教育管理信息化建设的创新与发展。通过对创新模式与传统高校教育管理信息系统的综合比较,揭示了创新模式在灵活性、高效性、数据驱动决策、个性化学习等方面的优势。问卷调查和对比分析揭示了大数据对教育管理的积极影响。然而,这也暴露了创新的信息化教育管理模式的局限性,需要更多的技术投入和安全保障。最后,提出整合多源数据、推进个性化教育、融入人工智能等未来研究建议,以促进高校教育管理信息化建设的创新与发展。本研究对高校管理者和研究者具有一定的启示和指导意义。
