China’s building energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total social energy consumption, so building energy conservation should not be underestimated. This paper analyzes the current energy consumption status in China, introduces the design principles of building energy conservation, analyzes the energy consumption of buildings, and puts forward certain energy-saving measures.

With the expansion of the population, the process of industrialization and urbanization, the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more serious, and the land problem has been paid more and more attention. After more than 20 years of research and practice, some researchers summed up the new concept of land engineering to solve the engineering problems on the land. From the background of land engineering appearing, indicating that the emergence of land engineering as a new field has its reality, land engineering becoming a new discipline has its necessity. This paper focuses on the concept of land engineering, clarifies the research content of land engineering, and the future development direction of integration with big data.

Under the new situation of accelerating the high-quality development of old industrial cities in China, industrial heritage, as an important material carrier of China’s industrial culture, carries the appearance and memory of the times of different historical development stages of the city, and is the main component element of urban culture. With the passage of time, the traditional industries that once promoted urban development have gradually moved to the urban core, and the old factory sites have decayed and been abandoned, resulting in disconnection with urban development and waste of urban land resources. As an important stock resource, how to better radiate the surrounding areas, promote industrial transformation and drive urban rejuvenation through protection and reuse is an important part of the research on industrial heritage. This paper comprehensively uses POI data kernel density analysis and SWOT analysis model, takes Zigong welding electrode factory as the research object, focuses on analyzing the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats faced in the development of third-tier industrial remains, and provides strategic suggestions for the reuse of urban industrial relics at the planning level.

The construction of the new urbanization in China has caused the population to flow from coun-tryside to city, and the land where human beings live is also changing. The land pollution caused by population and land change in the process of China’s new urbanization is the most critical problem threatening ecological security. This paper systematically sorts out the four development forms in the process of China’s new urbanization, and focuses on the land pollution level and pollution source under different development forms, to provide reference for the rapid development of new urbanization and the construction of ecological civilization. Identifying the evolution law of land pollution in the process of new urbanization, establishing the research system of land pollution in the whole process of new urbanization construction, and carrying out the corresponding land pollution control from the aspects of the mechanism analysis, effect evaluation and pollution control are the essential elements to guarantee our new urbanization construction

Yunnan is one of the ethnic minority settlements in China. The ethnic minority cultures are rich and colorful, and the architectural features of each ethnic group are unique. However, with the rapid development of society today, the acceleration of urbanization and the development of science and technology have impacted the characteristic dwellings of ethnic minorities. On the basis of literature analysis, this paper investigates the Tuzhang House of the Yi nationality in Mopi Village, Xinping County. By observing the site selection, architectural layout, architectural details and building materials of the Tuzhangfang, the relationship of the architectural structure and environmental adaptability of the Tuzhangfang is considered. And starting from the influencing factors of the modern change of Tuzhangfang, we discuss the protection measures and inheritance of Tuzhang-fang. The research shows that Tuzhangfang conforms to the mountainous environment in terms of site selection, architectural layout and architectural details, adapts measures to local conditions, integrates into the natural climate, saves land resources, makes full use of flexible building space, and uses local materials, using economical and environmentally friendly building materials. The outstanding ecological advantages have a certain reference value for the development of modern ecological buildings.
