Multiple kernel learning method for network anomaly detection 网络异常检测的多核学习方法

The source data of intrusion detection system (IDS) are characteristic of heavy-flow, high-dimension and nonlinearity. A frequent problem in IDS is the choice of the right features that give rise to compact and concise representations of the network data; the other is how to improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of IDS under the small sample conditions. In order to delete the redundant and noisy features, improve the performance of IDS, we present an efficient IDS based on multiple kernel learning (MKL) method. Kernel methods are the effective approaches to intrusion detection problems. MKL methods combined with support vector machines (SVMs) can overcome some practice difficulties of IDS such as irregular data, non-flat distribution of the samples, etc. Experiments on the KDD Cup (1999) intrusion detection data set show that MKL methods have a higher detection rate and a lower false alarm rate compared to single kernel methods.

Automation system for optimization of vulcanization accelerator production 硫化促进剂生产优化自动化系统

This paper presents the design, development and implementation of an automation system of batch process suitable for vulcanization accelerator production applications. The unique feature of the accelerator production process is that it has complex nonlinear, time-varying and large time-delay characteristics. Based on its kinetics characteristics and technical analysis of the batch process, adaptive fuzzy PID controller is adopted to optimize the production performance. The hardware and software platform built on the multifunction process control equipment and SIMATIC PCS7 allows the real-time execution of the advanced process control techniques. Results obtained by the simulation execution of the proposed algorithms are also presented. The final experimental results show that it meets the control requirements of batch process for vulcanization accelerator production well.

Stock management system based on principle of ERP and its algorithm design 基于ERP原理的库存管理系统及其算法设计

As an advanced management thought and system that is widely used in modern enterprises abroad, Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) has also been used in many enterprises at home. It is worthwhile to study on how to apply it further in domestic enterprises. In the light of the current management model in the domestic aviation enterprise, inventory is relatively independent and partially complete as an important and critical part of ERP. In view of this, it brought forward the objective to establish an advanced inventory management system available to the enterprise, elaborated requirement analysis and system design, proposed the system's structure and functions, discussed the key problems to be solved and algorithm design, and put emphasis on the exploration of the interface technique with high-rack warehouse system. The result has shown that it is crucial to choose an applicable objective and design in the further application of the advanced ERP thought and method.

Analytical structure characterization and stability analysis for a class of Mamdani fuzzy controllers 一类Mamdani模糊控制器的解析结构表征及稳定性分析

We study how the components of a general class of Mamdani fuzzy controllers dictate the controller's input-output relationship. The controllers can use input fuzzy sets of any types, arbitrary fuzzy rules, arbitrary inference methods, either Zadeh or the product fuzzy logic AND operator, singleton output fuzzy sets, and the centroid defuzzifier. We theoretically prove that regardless of the choices for the other components, if and only if Zadeh fuzzy AND operator and piecewise linear (e.g., trapezoidal or triangular) input fuzzy sets are used, the fuzzy controllers become a peculiar class of nonlinear controllers. This necessary and sufficient condition becomes a sufficient condition if the product AND operator is employed instead. Taking advantage of this new structure knowledge, we have established a necessary and sufficient local stability condition for the fuzzy control systems. It can be used not only for the stability determination, but also for practically designing a fuzzy control system that is at least stable at the equilibrium point even when model of the controlled system is mathematically unknown.

Decomposition of reduced character of Chinese Guqin notation 中国古琴谱的约简特征分解

Reduced notations have great historical and artistic value, which are composed of reduced characters. In the paper, the approach of reduced character interpretation is discussed. Reduced character decomposition is the key step of this approach. A method of two-stage heuristic search is proposed for the decomposition. The first stage search is applied to extract candidate radicals from a character. And the second stage search is used to find a radical combination that best matches the character among the candidate radicals. The radical distance measure is essential to the search. A novel radical distance measure is presented in the paper. Experimental results show our method has a good performance in reduced character decomposition.

An algebraic method for managing reliability in propositional logics 命题逻辑中可靠性管理的代数方法

The aim of this paper is to expound an original algebraic model for managing information with different degrees of unreliability. This model is conceived as an extension of classical propositional logics in which each propositional formula is associated with an unreliability value, and results in an approach quite different from that of probabilistic logics. In our model, the logical notions of tautological consequence and consistency of a set of formulae are reformulated on behalf of the foreseen unreliability values. The core of the paper is related to the discovery of a remarkable relation between these unreliability values associated to tautological consequence and the calculation of the reduced Groebner basis of a polynomial ideal. In this way, our method for assigning these unreliability values to information and reasoning turns out to have a straightforward translation into algebraic terms.

Joint detection of cyclostationary and energy in cognitive radio 认知无线电中周期平稳与能量的联合检测

Spectrum sensing is one of the most important technologies in the implementation of cognitive radio system using dynamic spectrum resource management. Since the performance of the widely used energy detector based approach will experience a significant loss under a small noise fluctuation, especially in low SNR, we proposed a two-step spectrum sensing in this paper. With dual-threshold energy detection for the primary band and cyclostationary detection for the confused area, the joint detection is proved to be good performance while there is noise uncertainty, and it has low computation requirement than cyclostationary detection.

A decision-making method based on Linguistic Aggregation operators for coal mine safety evaluation 基于语言聚合算子的煤矿安全评价决策方法

In this paper, we propose a new multi-expert decision-making method based on induced OWA operators for coal mine safety evaluation. Aggregation operators are crucial to decision-makers when they make decisions. The Ordered Weighted Aggregation (OWA) is the most common operator to aggregate the arguments that are the exact numerical values. However, the decision-makers may have vague knowledge about the decision information, and can't estimate their decision information with exact numerical values. Later, some new families of OWA operators appeared, e.g., a Linguistic Ordered Weighted Geometric Averaging (LOWGA) operator and a Linguistic Hybrid Aggregation (LHA). Based on the induced operators, we propose the new method for coal mine safety evaluation. For this paper, the method is straightforward and has no loss of information, because we not only consider the weight of the factors affecting coal mine safety, but also take the ordered position of the factors in aggregation process and the weight of the experts.

Optimized Gabor filter parameters for uniform texture flaw detection 优化了均匀纹理缺陷检测的Gabor滤波器参数

The problem of automated defect detection in uniform textured materials is investigated. A new approach for selecting Gabor filter parameters is proposed. The optimized odd symmetric Gabor filter is designed to match with the texture features of defect-free fabric image. The performance of the scheme is evaluated by using an offline test database with 60 uniform texture images. The experimental results exhibit accurate flaw detection with low false alarm. And the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed method are confirmed.

A refined weighted K-Nearest Neighbors algorithm for text categorization 一种用于文本分类的改进加权k近邻算法

Text categorization is one important task of text mining, for automated classification of large numbers of documents. Many useful supervised learning methods have been introduced to the field of text classification. Among these useful methods, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm is a widely used method and one of the best text classifiers for its simplicity and efficiency. For text categorization, one document is often represented as a vector composed of a series of selected words called as feature items and this method is called the vector space model. KNN is one of the algorithms based on the vector space model. However, traditional KNN algorithm holds that the weight of each feature item in various categories is identical. Obviously, this is not reasonable. For each feature item may have different importance and distribution in different categories. Considering this disadvantage of traditional KNN algorithm, we put forward a refined weighted KNN algorithm based on the idea of variance. Experimental results show that the refined weighted KNN makes a significant improvement on the performance of traditional KNN classifier.
