Gain Compensation of Massive MIMO for Shifting from 4G to 5G Mobile Communications 从4G向5G移动通信过渡的大规模MIMO增益补偿

Massive MIMO becomes a key technology for the fifth generation (5G) of mobile communications that will improve major performances such as higher data rates, more reliability, lower latency and more channel capacities. Along with the requirement of higher frequency bandwidth in 5G, the most referred frequency band is in the range of 26-28 GHz which has an extremely short wavelength. Thus it naturally causes the shortening of the signal distribution distance due to the large signal attenuation. Comparing with the 4G mobile communication, the overall performance of 5G could be inferior to 4G by higher frequency band but it can be compensated by using more number of antennas for massive MIMO integrating with more antenna gain for each antenna element. In this paper, the study of gain effect to improve the performance of 5G communications is presented. The key performances in terms of throughput and spectral efficiency are examined to be a useful guideline for further designing on 5G massive MIMO.

Comparing LACP Implementation between Ryu and Opendaylight SDN Controller Ryu和Opendaylight SDN控制器LACP实现的比较

Software Defined Network (SDN) is one of the recent trends in computer networks research. One of the issues faced by SDN deployment is the compatibility with the existing network infrastructure. One of them is the ability to handle Link Aggregation Control Protocol (LACP). This paper’s objective is to compare LACP implementation in Software Defined Network between two different SDN controller, Ryu, and Opendaylight. The experiment conducts in Mininet simulation and real hardware experiment. The parameters being observed are aggregation throughput and switchover-time. The results show that Ryu and Opendaylight have nearly the same aggregation throughput. While the switchover-time using Opendaylight is much faster rather than Ryu.

9 March 2016 Solar Eclipse Effects F2 Layer Peak Electron Density at Conjugate Points over Southeast Asia Region 日食对东南亚地区共轭点F2层峰值电子密度的影响

In this paper, the effect of March 9, 2016 solar eclipse on the F2 layer peak electron density (NmF2) at conjugate points in Southeast Asia is presented. NmF2 is calculated from the F2 layer critical frequency (foF2) that is manually scaled from three ionosonde stations in Southeast Asia region. Two ionosonde stations are in Thailand, namely Chiang Mai $(18.76^{circ} N, 98.93^{circ} E$, Dip $12.7^{circ} N)$ and Chumphon $(10.72^{circ} N, 99.38^{circ}$E, Dip $3.2^{circ} N)$. One station is in Indonesia, namely Kototabang $(0.2^{circ}mathrm{S}, 100.32^{circ}$E, Dip $10.1^{circ} S)$. These ionosonde stations are located at conjugate points in Southeast Asia. The daily interquartile range (every 15 minutes) of NmF2 data from 4$^{th}$ March to 15$^{th}$ March 2016 were analyzed the NmF2 variations during before and after the solar eclipse day on 9$^{th}$ March 2016. Besides, the monthly median, the upper boundary and lower boundary of NmF2 compared with the observed ones were used for analyzing the anomalous variations. The results of this study indicate that the NmF2 value increases during 2 days before and after the eclipse day while it decreases on solar eclipse day for all 3 stations.

Finger Movement Detection Based on Multiple EMG Positions 基于多个肌电图位置的手指运动检测

The use of ElectroMyoGraphy (EMG) has been widely applied to many applications. To further develop more sophisticated applications, the more advanced techniques of EMG detections have to be studied. So far there are a few works to study the detection of finger movements using EMG. However, they cannot provide the exact solution of finger detection using only one EMG position. Therefore, this paper presents the finger movement detection based on multiple EMG positions. The investigation is carried out by using Myoware muscle sensors to record EMG signals. The measured EMG signals are captured and processed in a low computational processing unit. The results indicate the successful finding of finger movement detection based on multiple EMG positions.

Stabilization Of Quadrotor on SO(3) With Robust Proportional-Derivative to Compensate CoG 基于SO(3)鲁棒比例导数补偿力矩的四旋翼镇定

In this paper, a robust PD controller for a quadrotor is presented. This controller is proposed for stabilizing the quadrotor with uncertain position of center of gravity (CoG), when the origin of quadrotor is placed in CoG. The exponential coordinates parameter is used to represent the attitude in dynamic and proposed control system, to avoid complexities and ambiguities associated with other attitude representations such as Euler angles or quaternions. The simulation results indicate that by designing an upper bound compensator for the uncertain position of CoG, the proposed control system can stabilize the hovering condition without the knowledge of the position of CoG.

Parallelized Execution of Serenity Framework Based Automated Test: A Case Study 基于Serenity框架的自动化测试的并行执行:一个案例研究

Software testing is one of the most important parts of the software development cycle. One of the important software testings to conduct is regression testing. Regression testing is done to verify that no new errors arise as a result of incorrect corrections so that the quality of the software being tested is maintained. The regression testing process is an important process to be carried out on a software product. The use of the automated test is considered as an effective approach for regression testing because the manual regression testing process for each release of software changes will be vulnerable to tester mistake. Serenity framework is one of a framework for conducting automated testing, that is structured, has an automated test report generation feature, and is easy to use. However, in the previous research, the execution of automated tests is done serially which is inefficient in terms of time. To overcome this problem, a parallelization approach is presented in this research. With this parallelization, the regression test has been successfully carried out in a more efficient way and in a more effective way compared to the manual regression tests and the serial test execution.

High Bandwidth Contactless Rotary Transmitter Design Optimized for Baseband Transmission 针对基带传输优化的高带宽非接触式旋转发射机设计

This paper describes a novel system engineering approach of a rotary transmitter with a free rotating center. First, the basic architecture is classified and compared with common rotary transmitter designs. Second, a basic model is used to develop an optimizing strategy for the physical channel, to achieve channel characteristics suitable for baseband transmission systems. Furthermore, difficulties of a multichannel architecture are outlined before developing suitable solutions. Finally, the concept is verified practically with the help of a 1000Base-T Ethernet rotary transmitter.

PMU Installation to Increase The Accuracy of State Estimation 安装PMU以提高状态估计的准确性

State estimation provides state information that subsequently is used in the supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) application function including load forecasting, optimal power flow, automatic generation control and security analysis. So, it is necessary to pay attention in the accuracy of state estimation. However, today most of power system state estimation is provided by conventional measurement. State estimation by conventional measurement has limitation in terms of accuracy. The limitation due to errors in measuring the measurements quantities, asynchronous measurements, and low in sampling rate of conventional SCADA measurements. Those error can be covered by installing several synchronous PMUs in the power system. In this paper, the power system already had 116 existing conventional measurements. So, that the system state is observable. The disadvantages of conventional measurements is demonstrated by dynamic phenomena of load fluctuation during 30 seconds simulation, and those measurements are asynchronous time stamp. The result shows mean absolute error (MAE) of the simulated system is between 10% to 12%. Then by adding several PMUs in buses (1,10,12,28). The MAE of the simulated system decreased is between 0.004% to 0.05%.

Those error can be covered by installing several synchronous PMUs in the power system. In this paper, the power system already had 116 existing conventional measurements. So, that the system state is observable. The disadvantages of conventional measurements is demonstrated by dynamic phenomena of load fluctuation during 30 seconds simulation, and those measurements are asynchronous time stamp. The result shows mean absolute error (MAE) of the simulated system is between 10% to 12%. Then by adding several PMUs in buses (1,10,12,28). Power Allocation for Group LDS-OFDM in Underlay Cognitive Radio 底层认知无线电中LDS-OFDM分组功率分配

Low density signature orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (LDS-OFDM) is a promising multiple access that increases spectrum utilization. In LDS-OFDM, each subcarrier can be accessed by more than one user, however, it is limited to dc users. Each user spreads its symbols in a number of dv subcarriers. In this paper, we propose power allocation for LDS-OFDM in underlay cognitive radio to increase throughput for each secondary user (SU) by manage the power weighting of each user in every subcarrier. The simulation results confirm that our proposed algorithm can increase the throughput of SU compare to equal power weighting. Grouping on allocation resource will affect the outage probability and SU’s throughput.

Knowledge Management System for Internal Audit 内部审计知识管理系统

Currently, knowledge becomes an asset to the organization. They can be more effective and efficient by utilizing knowledge in their organizations. An internal audit is a unit that has a vital role in all industries, including in higher education. This study aims to determine the KM system that internal audit needs to implement using Becerra Fernandez and Sabherwal method. Three critical KM processes have to be implemented in Internal Audit to improve effectiveness and efficiency. There is socialization for knowledge sharing, externalization for knowledge capture, and routines for knowledge application. In implementing the KM Process, Internal audit is supporting by KMS feature likes discussion forum, document management, and article management to implement KM processes.
