Entering the school represent further developmental task for children which they need to manage. It is the long term process. The process of entering the school includes certain requirements and stress from the school and parents’ side. The advantage is if the child has projections on necessary performance for particular tasks because the motivation is not lost. This is the reason why it is necessary to support school readiness of children by various stimulating programs. There are similar programs, but no one is focused on investigation of impact on natural sciences acquirement through empirical cognition on school maturity.Entering the school represent further developmental task for children which they need to manage. The biophysics is included into beginning of University studies of medical and non-medical study programs as basic subject for other theoretical and (pre)clinical subjects. It is generally considered as difficult subject. The aim of our study was: 1. To find out whether students are able to use high school physical knowledge for solving problem tasks focused on medical topics. 2. To find out whether level of physical knowledge acquired on high school affect student’s ability to solve simple model tasks from medical practice. There were 177 the 1st and the 2nd year students of Health Care study program and 271 the 1st year students of medical study program solving original didactic test. The first part was focused on problem solving task with medical topic. The second part included classic physics tasks. Both parts of test were possible to solve using similar physical high school knowledge. We find out that students’ problem is to apply knowledge of high school physics to solve problem tasks from practice. Although between both student groups were showed statistically significant differences in classical physics knowledge (p < 0.001), there was not significant differences in overall success of students in solving applied tasks (p = 0.1).The biophysics is included into beginning of University studies of medical and non-medical study programs as basic subject for other theoretical and (pre)clinical subjects. The article contributes to the results presented previously, related to the goals of physics and science education, the role of teamwork in physics education and the ideas related to the concept formation within physics education. In this contribution, we present the results of the research from the last years in the role of individual work of a pupil in ISCED 3 and ISCED 2 physics education. We develop the main idea that „pupils must do, what they want, at least sometimes“. In the light of personality model of R. C. Cloninger, and the orientation The Learning Sciences presented by the group of researchers around R. K. Sawyer, we treat a team school physics project developing science inquiry, engineering practices, collaborative design, and entrepreneurial practices. In each of them, we discuss epistemic focus, idea generation, activity, knowledge seeking, evaluation of inventions and new knowledge building, each as a creative process. The review of the literature and the experience from the pilot research on pupils of the age of 12-13 are presented. The article contributes to the results presented previously, related to the goals of physics and science education, the role of teamwork in physics education and the ideas related to the concept formation within physics education. R. At present, they are an integral part of teaching IT technology. In terms of visual well-being, the use of data projectors and interactive boards is problematic. When using them, it is often necessary to partially darken the classroom. This article addresses this issue, especially in terms of how the use of this method in teaching increases pupils’ visual stress. Therefore, several illumination measurements were performed at different stages of teaching, including analyses of the spectrum of different light sources. These variables are one of the basic parameters in determining the visual well-being and offer the possibility of involving pupils themselves. The illumination level is measured with the aid of a luxmeter at the point of vision and in its immediate vicinity. Workplace illumination was measured in daylight and in artificial lighting and depending on the distance from projection devices. All measured values were compared to the relevant standard. The paper shows cross-curriculum relations betwee...
