Explore Broadband Near-Infrared Phosphor-Perovskite LaLuO3:Cr3+ 探索宽带近红外磷钙钛矿LaLuO3:Cr3+

In this work, a novel near-infrared (NIR) phosphor, LaLuO3:Cr3+(LLO:Cr3+), was synthesized by solid state sintered technology in reducing atmosphere. Under 460 nm excitation, LLO:0.01 Cr3+shows broadband NIR emissions between 700 nm and 1200 nm with peaking at ~880 nm. A full width at half maximum (FWHM) and a quantum yield (QY) of the phosphor is about ~160 nm and ~26.5%, respectively.

The mode-dependent characteristic of Rayleigh backscattering in a ring-core fiber is theoretically and experimentally demonstrated. Compared to few-mode fiber, the Rayleigh backscattering of high-order orbital momentum mode supported by ring-core fiber bears much resemblance.

Design of Dual Band Microstrip Filter Based on SIR 基于SIR的双带微带滤波器设计

As the core device in the field of communication, filter is developing towards miniaturization and high frequency. In this paper, a new dual frequency filter based on step impedance resonator is proposed. The resonant frequencies of the proposed stepped impedance resonator (SIR) dual frequency filter are 2.4GHz and 5.2GHz, and the isolation is greater than 20dB.

Distributed polarization crosstalk measurement based on optical frequency domain polarimetry 基于光频域偏振法的分布式偏振串扰测量

A distributed polarization crosstalk (DPC) measurement method for a polarization-maintaining device is proposed based on optical frequency domain polarimetry (OFDP). An interpolation resampling algorithm is presented to correct the phase error induced by the nonlinear frequency sweep of the laser. Furthermore, an iterative dispersion compensation algorithm is proposed to suppress the influence of the birefringence dispersion of the DUT. A comparative measurement result for a 500m-length PM fiber coil between the OFDP and the conventional optical coherence domain polarimetry (OCDP) method demonstrates that the OFDP method has a superior dynamic range of >10 dB and a much less measurement time. It shows promise for the dynamic measurement of DPC.

Novel Fundamental Concepts beneath Quantum Photonics 量子光子学下的新基本概念

For better understanding of quantum photonics, five novel fundamental concepts are presented. Some typical quantum phenomena such as quantum tunneling, double-slit interference, delayed-choice experiment, quantum eraser experiment and the “uncertainty” relations have been properly re-interpreted and the advancement on full-cosmic-scope relativity has also been introduced.

Satellite communication technology develops rapidly and becomes more and more mature, and plays an important role in many fields such as military, civil and commercial fields. This paper summarizes the development process and research status of typical satellite communication systems at domestic and international, introduces their payload forms, networking methods, system composition, etc., analyzes the gap between China's satellite communication system and foreign satellite communication system, and forecasts the development trend of satellite communication system.
