Mode-Dependent Characterization of Rayleigh Backscattering in Ring-Core Fibers 环芯光纤中瑞利后向散射的模式依赖特性

The mode-dependent characteristic of Rayleigh backscattering in a ring-core fiber is theoretically and experimentally demonstrated. Compared to few-mode fiber, the Rayleigh backscattering of high-order orbital momentum mode supported by ring-core fiber bears much resemblance.

Research Status of Typical Satellite Communication Systems 典型卫星通信系统的研究现状

Satellite communication technology develops rapidly and becomes more and more mature, and plays an important role in many fields such as military, civil and commercial fields. This paper summarizes the development process and research status of typical satellite communication systems at domestic and international, introduces their payload forms, networking methods, system composition, etc., analyzes the gap between China's satellite communication system and foreign satellite communication system, and forecasts the development trend of satellite communication system.
卫星通信技术发展迅速,日趋成熟,在军事、民用、商用等诸多领域发挥着重要作用。本文总结了国内外典型卫星通信系统的发展历程和研究现状,介绍了其有效载荷形式、组网方式、系统组成等,分析了中国卫星通信系统与国外卫星通信系统的差距,并对卫星通信系统的发展趋势进行了预测。

New Efficient Four-Dimensional Trellis Coded Modulation Format 新的高效四维网格编码调制格式

Two new four-dimensional modulation schemes, 4DTCM-SP-128QAM and 4DTCM-SP-128TQAM, are proposed with lower BER. The simulation show that they can obtain 2.53dB and 1.33dB gain respectively with great potential used in long-haul optical transmission system.

We experimentally demonstrated a simplified NPE mode-locked fiber laser supporting both quasi-coherent noise-like and conventional soliton pulse emission in a single laser cavity. The dual-color pluses were separated and analyzed in detail.

Design of Dual Band Microstrip Filter Based on SIR 基于SIR的双带微带滤波器设计

As the core device in the field of communication, filter is developing towards miniaturization and high frequency. In this paper, a new dual frequency filter based on step impedance resonator is proposed. The resonant frequencies of the proposed stepped impedance resonator (SIR) dual frequency filter are 2.4GHz and 5.2GHz, and the isolation is greater than 20dB.

In this work, a novel near-infrared (NIR) phosphor, LaLuO3:Cr3+(LLO:Cr3+), was synthesized by solid state sintered technology in reducing atmosphere. Under 460 nm excitation, LLO:0.01 Cr3+shows broadband NIR emissions between 700 nm and 1200 nm with peaking at ~880 nm. A full width at half maximum (FWHM) and a quantum yield (QY) of the phosphor is about ~160 nm and ~26.5%, respectively.

Study of CIGS Absorber Thickness and Gradient Bandgap effect on Device Performance CIGS吸波器厚度和梯度带隙对器件性能影响的研究

This paper uses wxAMPS software to carry out simulation calculation about the influence of parameter changes on device performance of copper indium gallium selenide (CIGS) thin film solar cell, with structure of soda lime glass substrate/Mo thin film bottom electrode/CIGS absorber layer/CdS buffer layer/i-ZnO thin film high resistance layer/AZO thin film transparent conductive layer. With different absorption layer thickness, we simulate the gradient distribution of the band gap of the CIGS thin-film absorption layer in the solar cell. By calculating the device efficiency with the minimum band gap at different positions, we have found the most suitable position of the minimum band gap for this model is near the front absorption layer and the device efficiency with absorption layer thickness 1.5um is similar to that of 2um, which means the thin absorption layer of the solution method can be effective.
