The advent of the era of big data and the development of the Internet and computer technology have brought new tools for risk early warning to the bond market. From the perspective of micro risk information of the company’s internal operation, this paper uses data mining technology to find out the key factors affecting the maturity of corporate bonds, and establishes a method to predict bond default. Using the extreme gradient boosting algorithm, it is found that the main influencing factors of whether the bond defaults are the year-on-year growth rate of operating revenue and asset liability ratio in this paper. And then we establish a binary logistic regression model of the bond. The binary logistic regression model can predict whether the bond defaults.

Today, the internet-based cross-border e-commerce trade has become a mainstream way of trade. The rise of cross-border e-commerce trade not only plays a role in promoting domestic products and inspiring the spirit of innovation, but also brings new development opportunities to the domestic market and promotes the economic and cultural exchanges between various countries and regions. By virtue of its geographical advantages adjacent to Russia, Heilongjiang Province has gradually become the bridgehead and hub of China’s trade with Russia. Now, under the promotion of the national “One Belt and One Road” strategy, the development of cross-border e-commerce in Heilongjiang Province has entered a new stage, but there are still a series of problems in the trade system, logistics system and talent training of cross-border e-commerce. Based on the introduction of the characteristics and current situation of cross-border e-commerce development in China, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of cross-border e-commerce development in Heilongjiang Province under the background of “One Belt and One Road” and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, so as to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce in Heilongjiang Province.
