[A structural approach to discourse ethics]. [话语伦理的结构方法]。

Discourse ethics continues the Kantian tradition of ethical universalism. The communicative discourse rationality is its philosophical paradigm. Part A formulates the normative principle of equal coresponsibility of all members within the argumentation community. When we are seriously arguing, we have not only acknowledged our membership in the real communication community, but as well the moral duty to approach the conditions of the ideal communication community step by step. In our daily life, the ideal norms of discourse ethics cannot be realized totally. Therefore, part B analyses all these restrictions and aspects of individual and global responsibilities. With these two levels, structure of part A and B, the discourse ethics combines abstract deontic ethics of principles with history-oriented ethics of responsibility.

[Restriction of ethics in medicine]. [医学伦理的限制]。

The influence of bioethics upon medicine as a new discipline is seen in a change of the style of the medical discourse, but also in a substantial change of medicine. The latter consists in the integration of patient's subjectivity into medical knowledge proper. As a result, bioethics cannot be confined to elaboration and justification of guidelines alone, but it questions the very self-image of medicine.

The development of the embryo can be regarded as a process of teleological self-control. The teleological state of the embryo manifests itself as a unity of essence-being, process, and potentiality. It is an expression of the embryo's end-in-itself character. This character forbids experiments with human embryos in which they are exclusively used and consumed as objects.

Subject matter are actual case reports dealing with somatic symptoms in child development. Related thoughts on child psychiatry and development psychology are being discussed with due respect to the understandable reluctance of the parents in revealing and reflecting details of the development of child and parents. A future goal should be to keep child development under a closer surveillance for a longer period of time with special focus on the parent-child and the inter-parent relationship.
