In this paper we analyze the type and frequency of malocclusions in a group of 100 health children with complete primary dentition. Bjork's method for epidemiological registration was taken as a basis. Of the examined children, 78% had some malocclusion type. The most frequent was the increased horizontal overbite. In vertical overbite relation we find anterior open bite, increased overbite, anterior open bite, increased overbite.

In this paper a comparison of sedation effectiveness, vomiting incidence and postoperative sleeping time with three sedation schemes: Chloral hydrate exclusively, hidroxicine chlorhydrate the night before and 15 minutes before chloral hydrate administration and hidroxicine chlorhydrate 15 minutes before chloral hydrate. We find that there is no significant differences between these three sedation schemes in sedation, degree of postoperative sleeping time and vomiting incidence, therefore we can expect an effective sedation degree using any of these sedation methods.

Since a great number of teeth could be rehabilitated and not extracted, in this paper we analyze the relation Perio-protesis by the point of the biology of marginal periodontal ligament, and the different options to establish this relations when are lost by decay or traumatism. We discuss the contraindications to avoid greater problems than benefits when intend to rehabilitate lost teeth.

The present study was realized to determine the frequency variety and concentration of old and new health disease in patients attending a school of Dentistry, classification to an age variable. This paper ends a series of articles about estomatological changes associated to an aging process. The main findings indicate that when patients grow older an increment in variety and number of pathological personal background. The results suggest a very well defined difference in the prevalence and concentration among subjects over and under 50 years. The risk factor was 1:1 in patients older than that. The importance of considering the Clinical history in patients as a determining factor in the global dental evaluation, for the decision. making in treatment planning.

We present a case of Amelogenesis imperfecta associated with Dentinogenesis imperfecta, affecting the primary dentition which is rehabilitated under general anesthesia. Dentinogenesis imperfecta is a tooth abnormality which presents clinical, radiological and histological characteristics, they should be recognized by the dentist who will determine the treatment depending on age and grade of affection. In the primary dentition we recommend the use of stainless steel crowns do to it's resistance and easy adaptation which will remain in the mouth until it's normal exfoliation.

Have been studied a 47 years old woman who present a facial deformity related to right hemifacial fat atrophy in dermal and subcutaneous tissues. This clinic finding with others from radiologic and electromyographic explorations are suggesting of Romberg's syndrome. We have done the more important differential diagnosis and reviewed the present surgical techniques for treatment.
