Luminescence Characteristics and Energy Transfer of Tm3+-Doped Calcium Fluoroborate Glasses for Fiber Amplifiers 光纤放大器用掺Tm3+氟硼酸钙玻璃的发光特性和能量转移

The conventional melt quenching method was employed to fabricate calcium fluoroborate glasses doped with Tm2O3 (CFBTm). Optical absorption and photoluminescence spectra were recorded in the UV, Vis, and NIR wavelength ranges. Judd-Ofelt (J-O) and free-ion parameters were computed based on the absorption band intensities and energy level positions. Utilizing the J-O parameters, various radiative parameters were determined for distinct excited states of Tm3+ ions in CFB glasses. Stimulated emission cross-sections (se) and effective bandwidths (Dleff) were calculated for the observed emission bands. The increase in Tm2O3 concentration resulted in an augmentation of emission peak intensities in the visible range, followed by a decline at higher concentrations. The quenching of emission intensities was attributed to energy transfer through cross-relaxation mechanisms. The NIR emission spectrum, excited by an 808 nm laser diode (LD), exhibited a peak at 1.47 mm corresponding to the 3H4-3F4 transition, with the intensity of the NIR emission peak increasing with the concentration of Tm2O3. Furthermore, Beer-Lambert and McCumber theories were applied to assess the absorption and emission cross-sections for the prominent 3F4–3H6 transition at the 1.82 mm emission wavelength.

The Growth of Capture Fisheries in Pamekasan Regency, Madura Island 马都拉岛帕梅卡桑摄政捕捞渔业的增长

"Groupers, snappers, emperors, and fusiliers are important reef fisheries both economically and ecologically, particularly in Indonesia and the Asian region. However, in some areas, they are still being overfished, and their stocks appear to be declining as a result." As a result, it is critical to comprehend their viewpoint. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the fishery output of some reef fish species in “Indonesia's Fisheries Management Area (FMA) 715” based on life history and spawning potential. Pamekasan Regency should implement an effective capture fisheries strategy to create jobs, ensure food security, and promote economic development. Pamekasan Regency is located along the shore of the Indonesian island of Mathura. The goal of this study was to design a capture fisheries development strategy for Pamegasan Regency. The SPSS matrix analysis methods were employed. This study drew on a wide range of data sources, including statistical data, surveys, and interviews. Key individuals were interviewed, and 30 fishermen were polled. Overfishing was discovered in the waters for Phamegasan Regency, according to the research. Diversification of fishermen owned by families enterprises, establishment of fish auction locations, oversight of fishing gear, expansion of the fish processing industry, warming mitigation, fishing resource studies, extension, and coastal community expansion are some of the capture fisheries growth methods we advocate. These strategies' implementation can be used as a subsequent fisheries strategy. The Pamekasan Regency Government should perform more intensive training and exercises to improve the abilities of salt farmers in Pademavu Sub-District, Pamekasan Regency, through the Fishing Service and other related agencies. The goal of this study's result analysis is to acquire an exhaustive overview of the topic without looking to the specific elements of the topic of research. For the statistical analysis, we used SPSS software version 16.this analysised Cronbach's alpha value for the model is 0.999.

Major depression, also referred to as major depressive disorder, is a more severe kind of depressive disorder called clinical depression. The essence of life, water, is a fundamental natural resource. The availability and quality of groundwater have been impacted by India's growing urbanisation. The Krishnagiri groundwater has been reduced by 60%, according to the Central Ground Water Board, and additional research could result in salt water intrusion. In order to evaluate the quality of the groundwater in Krishnagiri City, this study was conducted. The appropriateness of groundwater for industrial, household, agricultural, and drinking needs depends in large part on its quality. Evaluation of the suitability of the district of Krishnagiri's northern and eastern groundwater for irrigation and drinking. In the study region, samples of groundwater were taken. By assessing physicochemical factors like pH, TDS, TH, sulphate, chloride, calcium, and magnesium, groundwater quality has been assessed. MCDM is used to evaluate the water quality, and the results show that it is generally suitable for irrigation in most models. The alternative in this method has been used by the Krishnagiri Taluk, Pochampalli Taluk, Uthangarai Taluk, Hosur Taluk, Denkanikottai Taluk, and Bargur Taluk. The evaluation parameters are pH, TDS, TH, Sulphate, Chloride, Calcium, and Magnesium. Six randomly chosen locations were chosen from the six mandals that make up Krishnagiri town, and 18 groundwater samples were taken and their physicochemical characteristics were examined. The algorithm for selecting priorities is created using the well-known ARAS decision-making process. Since Krishnagiri Taluk is ranked top, the district's water quality is the best in the region. A drum brake consists of a rotating cylinder that is pressed against by a set of shoes or pads, which creates friction. Cast iron is the typical material for this. When the brakes are applied, friction develops on the drum's inner surface, slowing or stopping the wheel's rotation and bringing the vehicle to a halt. The development of heat, especially in the braking systems of automobiles, is the primary issue that must be dealt with. Brake drums for cars are typically constructed of cast iron. Multi-material brake drums, such as those with a Nickel alloy coating over cast iron, have replaced traditional brake drums. The behavior of these two setups needs to be investigated. Brake drum modeling is being done in CREO, and ANSYS will be used for structural and thermal analysis. Stress, strain, and heat dissipation % are just few of the factors we'll be comparing. Additionally, we have conducted nickel coating experiments on cast iron using an electroplating procedure, varying the layer thickness from 10 to 15 to 25 microns.

The Defense manufacturing industry and marine sectors is a strategically important sector in India. The observation determined the extent in which up-skilling fabrication welding in the craftsman’s training institute for employment in the 21st century workplace. The findings of this data study showed that responded well up-skilling equip fabrication welding for upcoming employment. A general lack of weld knowledge in metal joining technology, amongst the concerned personnel, can lead not only to uneconomic production but also to catastrophic failure of structure welders/ fabricators /welding engineer to meet demands of the manufacturing industry facing global challenges. The research s therefore recommends that up-skilling of fabrication welding trade craftsman should be permanent in training institutes to have employable skill in the present day defense manufacturing with marine sectors. Weld Quality Management (WQM) - new System should take the necessary actions in furthering the need to build qualified personnel’s and meet the demands of the global challenges faced by the welding industry. This research, affords a building insight of the Defense manufacturing & marine sectors and its success and “welding in the world”.
