Introduction Performance of Aornia melanocarpa in 4 Districts of Tianjin 天津四区黑桃的引种性能

[Objectives] To enrich the species resources of Tianjin, Aornia melanocarpa was introduced and cultivated in 4 districts of Tianjin. [Methods] Two consecutive years of observation in 2018-2019 and research on the phenological period, high yield and fruit economic traits in 4 districts of Tianjin were carried out. [Results] The A. melanocarpa of the Linhai Jiayuan Experimental Site in Jinghai District has larger single fruit weight, higher nutrient composition, stronger plant growth, higher yield and storage stability, so this site can be used as a main planting base for large-scale planting of A. melanocarpa; the experimental site of Tianjin Agricultural University East Campus and the experimental site of Cuiping Lake Science Park of Jizhou District have a sour and astringent taste but relatively low yield, need to be processed as by-products in combination with market prices to determine whether to plant; the experimental site of Tianjin Agricultural University West Campus has low yield, small fruit and poor taste, and the planting effect is the worst among the four experimental sites. [Conclusions] From the overall economic traits of fruits, the fruits produced in the experimental site of Jinghai District have sufficient weight, high solid-acid ratio, and relatively high nutrient content, thus this experimental site can be used as large-scale cultivation base for A. melanocarpa.
【目的】为丰富天津市的物种资源,在天津市4个区引种栽培黑桃。[方法]2018-2019年连续2年对天津市4个区进行物候期、高产及果实经济性状研究。[结果]静海区临海嘉园试验场黑桃单果重较大,营养成分较高,植株生长较强,产量和贮藏稳定性较高,可作为黑桃大规模种植的主要种植基地;天津农业大学东校区实验场地和吉州区翠屏湖科技园实验场地,味道偏酸偏涩,但产量相对较低,需结合市场价格作为副产品加工后再决定是否种植;天津农业大学西校区试验地产量低、果实小、口感差,种植效果最差。【结论】从果实的整体经济性状来看,静海区试验地所产果实重量充足,固酸比高,营养成分含量较高,可作为黑栎的规模化栽培基地。

Effects of Nano Chinese Herbal Medicine Feed Additive on Growth Performance, Meat Quality and Disease Resistance of Chickens 纳米中草药饲料添加剂对鸡生长性能、肉品质和抗病性的影响

[Objectives] To explore the effects of nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive on growth performance, meat quality and disease resistance of chickens. [Methods] Chickens were fed with nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive developed by Hunan Polytechnic of Environment and Biology, including 120 chickens in the treatment group and 120 chickens in the control group (CK). The growth performance indices (body weight gain, feed to gain ratio and slaughter index), meat quality indices (pH value, color, drip loss, shear force) and disease resistance indices (morbidity and mortality) of the chickens in the treatment and CK groups were recorded and determined, respectively. [Results] The inclusion of 2% nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive in the diet significantly increased the growth rate, reduced the feed-to-gain ratio and improved the meat quality of the chickens. Supplementing Chinese herbal medicine could increase the pH value and reduce the drip loss and shear force of chicken meat. At the same time, the body’s immune function, antioxidant level and resistance against diseases of the chickens fed with nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive were improved. [Conclusions] The inclusion of nano compound Chinese herbal medicine feed additive in the diet can improve the growth performance, meat quality and disease resistance of chickens.
