Enlightenment of Development of Japanese and German Agricultural Management Main Body to China 日本、德国农业经营主体发展对中国的启示

As shown in the agricultural development experience of various countries in the world, the agricultural operating entity has become an effective means to increase the agricultural production efficiency and establish a scientific management model. Promoting the continuous improvement of the modern agricultural management system is not only an important means for solving the three rural issues in China, but also a key measure to enhance China's agricultural competitiveness. This paper introduced the basic situation of agricultural operating entities in Japan and Germany, summarized their advanced experience, and finally came up with feasible recommendations for enhancing the competitive advantages of agricultural operating entities in China.
世界各国农业发展经验表明,农业经营实体已成为提高农业生产效率、建立科学管理模式的有效手段。推动现代农业经营体制的不断完善,既是解决中国三农问题的重要手段,也是提升中国农业竞争力的关键举措。本文介绍了日本和德国农业经营主体的基本情况,总结了他们的先进经验,最后提出了提升中国农业经营主体竞争优势的可行性建议。

Comparative Study on the Effect of Ethephon Treatment on the Growth of Two Grape Varieties Kyoho and Shine-Muscat 乙烯利处理对两个葡萄品种京穗和喜马斯喀特生长影响的比较研究

[Objectives] This study aimed to study the effect of ethephon treatment on the growth of two main grape varieties Kyoho and Shine-Muscat. [Methods] Two-year-old Kyoho and Shine-Muscat grape plants transplanted in the film-covered steel-framed greenhouse were used as the test materials. They were pruned horizontally and linearly. In the late growth period, the new shoots were sprayed with ethephon (1 500×). During the germination period, 10 plants were randomly selected for each variety to investigate the germination situation. Before flowering, 20 new shoots with uniform growth were randomly selected for each variety to investigate the growth. During the fruit maturity period, 10 clusters of fruits were randomly selected for each variety to determine the related indices of fruit quality. [Results] After the treatment with ethephon, the germination, new shoot growth and fruit quality differed between the two varieties. Overall, the thickness of main stem, main vine and new shoot of Shine-Muscat was greater than that of Kyoho, and the length of new shoot of Kyoho was significantly greater than that of Shine-Muscat. [Conclusions] The growth of Shine-Muscat was more robust. There was little difference in the ear weight of natural fruit setting between the two varieties. Shine-Muscat showed high sugar and low acid contents than Kyoho.

Current Situation and Application of Commercial Complex in Metro Stations: A Case Study of Nanchang City 地铁车站商业综合体的现状与应用——以南昌市为例

With the rapid development of China’s urbanization process, people put forward higher requirements for the efficient use of limited land resources. Facing the huge pressure brought by factors such as land, transportation and environment, the means of transportation on the ground have long been unable to meet the needs of people in modern cities. Metro is favored by people because of its high speed, stability and large capacity, and has become the best choice to relieve congestion in the public transportation system. How to efficiently use land resources while constructing urban metro systems? This article sorts out the current status of commercial construction in Nanchang metros to study the application value of commercial complex in the metro stations of Nanchang, so as to provide some useful references for related theoretical research.

Occurrence Regularity and Control Measures of Powdery Mildew in Strawberry 草莓白粉病的发生规律及防治措施

Powdery mildew is a major disease of strawberry. It harms both plants and fruits, seriously affecting the quality and yield of strawberry. This article briefly introduces the harms and occurrence regularity of powdery mildew in strawberry and summarizes the corresponding control measures, with a view to providing a certain scientific reference for the prevention and treatment of the disease.

Determination of Aroma Composition of Santalum album linn by Solid-phase Microextraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry 固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法测定檀香的香气成分

[Objectives] This study aimed to determine the volatile components in Santalum album linn and gradually clarify the aroma composition of S. album linn. [Methods] Solid-phase microextraction method was used to obtain the volatile components of S. album linn. The aroma components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and their relative contents were calculated using the area normalization method. [Results] In a dry state at room temperature, 39 chemical components were identified from S. album linn, mainly olefins (91.15%), alkanes (3.00%), alcohols (2.56%), esters (2.19%), ketones (0.55%), aldehydes (0.41%) and heterocyclics (0.14%). [Conclusions] This method has the advantages of low sample consumption, easy operation, rapid identification of aroma components and high sensitivity, and can effectively separate and determine volatile components in S. album linn, realizing the rapid identification of different S. album linn varieties and providing technical support for further research on Chinese medicinal materials.

Production Mode and Economic Benefit of Improved No-tillage Intercropping with Potato in New mode Citrus Orchard 新型柑橘园改良免耕马铃薯间作生产模式及经济效益

[Methods] Based on the climate and soil conditions in Zhaoqing, this experiment explored the improved mode of no-tillage intercropping winter potato with citrus in the new high-ridge, wide-row and dense-plant cultivation mode citrus orchard. Taking the conventional tillage and film-mulched intercropping as the control, it studied the adaptability of intercropping, evaluated the quality, and analyzed its economic benefits. [Results] The early emergence rate of improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation was slightly higher than that of conventional tillage and film-mulched intercropping, but the difference of final emergence rate was not significant, indicating that improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation could provide excellent potato emergence environment. Under the conventional tillage and improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation mode, the change trend of the potato's plant height, main stem thickness, crown diameter and number of leaflet is the same. The change rule of the crown diameter of the film-mulched intercropping cultivation method is similar to that of the plant height, both have a large increase in the late growth stage. The potato yield of improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation were 22 747.5 kg/ha, and the proportions of potatoes of each grade were 11.85%, 35.61%, 37.63% and 14.91%, respectively. The content of dry matter, Vc, soluble protein, starch and amino acid in the main nutrients of the potato under the improved no-tillage intercropping model is not significantly different from that of the film-mulched intercropping cultivation. The changing trend of reducing sugar content showed that the reducing sugar content of no-tillage intercropping cultivation was the highest (0.466%). Through evaluating the eating characteristics of potatoes from the flavor, taste, texture and appearance after chewing, the three cultivation methods have little difference. In the no-tillage intercropping cultivation technology, the growth of potatoes consumes part of the nutrients in the soil between the rows of the citrus orchard, but it does not exerts a significant impact on the surrounding citrus trees. Compared with the film-mulched intercropping cultivation, the improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation method does not require the expense of mulched, the cost of fertilizer is low, and labor costs are saved, so a net income of 27 075 yuan/ha can be obtained. [Conclusions] From the perspective of orchard intercropping, it has achieved the effect of improving soil utilization and increasing output without reducing the edible quality of potatoes.

The potato yield of improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation were 22 747.5 kg/ha, and the proportions of potatoes of each grade were 11.85%, 35.61%, 37.63% and 14.91%, respectively. The content of dry matter, Vc, soluble protein, starch and amino acid in the main nutrients of the potato under the improved no-tillage intercropping model is not significantly different from that of the film-mulched intercropping cultivation. The changing trend of reducing sugar content showed that the reducing sugar content of no-tillage intercropping cultivation was the highest (0.466%). Through evaluating the eating characteristics of potatoes from the flavor, taste, texture and appearance after chewing, the three cultivation methods have little difference. In the no-tillage intercropping cultivation technology, the growth of potatoes consumes part of the nutrients in the soil between the rows of the citrus orchard, but it does not exerts a significant impact on the surrounding citrus trees. Compared with the film-mulched intercropping cultivation, the improved no-tillage intercropping cultivation method does not require the expense of mulched, the cost of fertilizer is low, and labor costs are saved, so a net income of 27 075 yuan/ha can be obtained. Analysis on the Binary Marginal Characteristics of Chinese Bamboo and Rattan Products Export [Objectives] To analyze the changes of export binary margins of Chinese bamboo rattan products, so as to clarify its export model, and further promote the healthy development growth of Chinese bamboo rattan products export.[Methods] Based on the export trade data of bamboo and rattan products from 2008 to 2018 in UN Comtrade database, the binary marginal decomposition method was employed to analyze the export growth pattern of bamboo and rattan products between China and 22 major trading partners.[Results] This paper shows that the export growth pattern of bamboo and rattan products between China and the target countries during the investigation period was dominated by extensive margin, supplemented by intensive margin, indicating that the export growth of Bamboo and rattan products is mainly driven by the increase of export types of bamboo and rattan products, and the potential of export intensive margin needs to be further explored. [Conclusions] It is necessary to continuously increase export type of bamboo rattan products, build an information platform for bamboo rattan trade, and strengthen the ability of dealing with trade barriers, and strengthening technology innovation of bamboo and rattan industry, so as to improve added value of bamboo and rattan products, and form an intensive model of export growth of bamboo rattan products.
我国竹藤产品出口二元边际特征分析[目的]分析我国竹藤产品出口二元边际的变化,明确其出口模式,进一步促进我国竹藤产品出口的健康发展增长。[方法]基于UN Comtrade数据库2008 - 2018年竹藤产品出口贸易数据,采用二元边际分解方法,分析中国与22个主要贸易伙伴的竹藤产品出口增长格局。[结果]研究发现,调查期内中国与目标国家的竹藤产品出口增长格局以粗放型边际为主,集约型边际为副,说明竹藤产品出口增长主要是由竹藤产品出口种类的增加带动的,出口集约型边际的潜力有待进一步挖掘。[结论]应不断增加竹藤产品的出口种类,搭建竹藤贸易信息平台,增强应对贸易壁垒的能力,加强竹藤产业的技术创新,从而提高竹藤产品的附加值,形成集约化的竹藤产品出口增长模式。

Effect of Foliar Application of Selenium Fertilizer on Yield, Selenium Content and Heavy Metal Contents of Waxy Maize 叶面施硒肥对糯玉米产量、硒含量和重金属含量的影响

[Objectives] This study aimed to explore the effect of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer on the yield, selenium content and heavy metal contents of waxy maize, thereby providing reference for the scientific application of selenium fertilizer on waxy maize. [Methods] Different varieties of waxy maize (Guitiannuo 611, Guinuo 615 and Guiheinuo 609) were used as test materials. They were sprayed with different concentrations (0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 g/L) of water-soluble selenium fertilizer (Xinxibao) at the big flare stage, and the effect on the yield, selenium content and heavy metal contents of the waxy maize was analyzed. [Results] Foliar application of different concentrations of selenium fertilizer showed no significant effect on the yield and yield components of waxy maize. As the concentration of selenium fertilizer increased, the grain selenium content of different varieties of waxy maize increased. Among them, the increase of Guinuo 615 was the largest, of which the selenium content reached 0.265 mg/kg, 2.82 times that of the control (water). The cadmium and arsenic contents of different varieties of waxy maize decreased with the increase of the concentration of selenium fertilizer sprayed. Among the waxy maize varieties, the cadmium and arsenic contents of Guitiannuo 611 dropped the most significantly, up to 52.94% and 77.78%. In waxy maize, the correlation coefficients between selenium content and cadmium, arsenic contents were -0.550 9 (P<0.05) and -0.853 0 (P<0.01), respectively. [Conclusions] Spraying exogenous selenium fertilizer had no obvious effect on the yield of waxy maize. However, the increase of the concentration of exogenous selenium fertilizer could significantly increase the selenium content and reduce the cadmium and arsenic contents in grains of different varieties of waxy maize.
