: Diseases of cardiovascular origin such as cardiomiopathies and channelopathíes are the main causes of sudden cardiac death and in some cases are difficult to diagnose during autoposy. We present an in silico analysis using bioinformatic tools, for the analysis of possibly pathogenic variants in genes associated with sudden cardiac death. Algorithms were used to predict pathogenicity, predicting the impact of SNPs on proteins, genomic specificity andprotein-protein interaction. We found that variants in the KCNH2, ANK3, TTN, CAV3 and DSP genes cause structural alterations, molecular, cellular and interstitial changes in the heart that can trigger sudden death.

: Ayurveda is a complete science. It is a Upveda of Atharvaveda & not deprived from forensic science. Forensic Science is the integral part of Ayurveda, Maharishi Charak wrote Charak Samhita, which is world first novel of medicine. Acharya Charak distributed whole medical science in different 8 sthanas (sections). He completely dedicated one section on forensic science by the name of Indriya Sthan. This sthan (section) contains total twelve (12) chapters & all chapters are well elaborated by forensic science regarding the prognosis of the patients & the diseases, where Acharya Sushruta, in his scripture Sushruta Samhita, not separately dedicated whole section for forensic science, but he didn’t missed it. Acharya sushruta illucidated part of forensic Science in his Sutra Sthan chapter 29, 30, 31&32. As Sushruta samhita mainly deals with surgical techniques. So Acharya Sushruta not spended complete one section for Indriya sthan (Forensic Science in Ayurveda). But the treatment of various poisons, symptoms of poisoner & investigations techniques & its defection methodsare well elaborated in his Kalpasthan. In Ayurveda

: This study was conducted to investigate the possibility of determining the length of the human body by the size of the mandible. The material of the study was craniological series of Azerbaijanis in number of 50 male mandibles from the museum collection. On each mandible 13 metric features were studied, and the body length of the individual (whose skull was studied) was known. The database of mandible metrics and body length was subjected to statistical analysis. The results of the correlation analysis showed that 6 mandible parameters had an acceptable relationship with body length in the context of regression analysis (r value>0.4). Using these dimensions and applying mathematical modeling it was possible to construct 1 equation of multiple linear regressions for reconstruction of human body length by mandible parameters. This equation can be used only as an additional research method.

Sildenafil is the sexual drug. Sildenafil is a new oral drug specially aimed at the cure of erectile dysfunction [1]. Sildenafil citrate is a discerning inhibitor of phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) and stayed the initial agent through this way of act for the cure of man erectile dysfunction [2]. Male erectile dysfunction (ED) is the determined or recurring incapability to reach, or to uphold till end of the sexual action, a suitable erection [3]. Sildenafil (Viagra) conventional Food and Drug Administration approval in March 1998 such as the earliest oral agent for erectile dysfunction [4]. Sildenafil workings such as a modest inhibitor of an enzyme of the phosphodiesterase type five class (PDE-5). Here are eleven forms of phosphodiesterase found over the body [5, 6]. Sildenafil is a weak vasodilator, resultant in lesser, transitory decreases in systolic (10 mmHg) and diastolic (7 mmHg) blood pressure (BP) when directed orally; no clinically important special effects on heart rate (HR) have been stated [7]. Sildenafil is quickly engrossed, by maximum plasma concentrations happening in one hour after oral admin then a mean fatal half-life of three to five hours [5]. Since the approval of sildenafil, several information of unexpected death amid patients preserved by this drug have upraised about worries concerning its care in patients with coronary artery disease [8].

The cannabis, also called hemp plant has been in existence on earth since eternity and grows well in almost everywhere in this world, but has been known chiefly as a reservoir of fibre for the fabrication of textiles and rope [1]. Cannabis derived term of the plant Cannabis sativa, Cannabis indica and, of venial implification Cannabis ruderalis [2]. Most of the people smoke marijuana in hand-rolled cigarettes called joints; in pipes, water pipes (sometimes called bongs), or in blunts (marijuana rolled in cigar wraps)[3]. The most regularly used illicit drug is Marijuana (22.2 million population has smoked this in past three years) in comformity with the 2015 National Survey on Drug Use and Health [4]. In 12 graders, the rate of use were maximum still: 35.6% had smoked marijuana during the year former to the assess and 2205% used in the past month; 6.0% said they used marijuana everyday or near-daily [5].

There are divers works on digit ratio as a subject matter insinuating that it expresses dimorphism in sexes. If this is true, it means that it could serve as a means of identification in forensic and population studies. Digit ratio has also been used to investigate interpopulation affinity stating tribal or population similarity. [2] It has been speculated that sexual differences in 2D:4D are mainly caused by the shift along the common allometric line with non-zero intercept, which means 2D:4D necessarily decreases with increasing finger length, and the fact that men have longer fingers than women (which may be the basis for the sex difference in digit ratios and/or any putative hormonal influence on the ratios [3-5].

The forensic suspected/questioned document is a very challenging ground. Hardly a day energy by deprived of some document playing a portion in the life of human lives. Questioned documents are verified consistently in forensic science laboratories for their genuineness. Human development has observed script organizations mean while early period also for footage determinations or as a means of communication. The script resources and tools used in the earlier comprised stone, wax, vellum, quills, leaf, wooden materials, etc. [1]. In questioned document cases, one of the current significant features contains the proof of identity and judgement of indicator (permanent and whiteboard) pen inks which are extensively used for numerous requests. These inks are finished up of colorants (i.e., dye or pigment), a solvent or thinners, resins, surfactants, lubricants, emulsifiers, and additives [2]. The most significant query for file specialists is to response whether the liquid ink used is similar or dissimilar in the manufacture of a document. Consequently, the present method delivers valued vision to the forensic expert production with questioned document inspections. It also helps in the connection of unidentified pointer inks to the enduring or whiteboard markers which can thin down the statistics of alleged samples [3].

Bacteria’s are the small single cellular primitive organisms on the earth (Rosenberg, E.2017). They are present ubiquitously, including exogenous and endogenous environment of almost all the living organisms existing on the earth. Many of these microbes are known to carry out various functions in the biosystems of the mammals for eg. Maintaining Skin pH (Linares, 2015), endogenous bacteria helps in digestion, metabolism processes, and in Melanogaster drosophila they help in choosing a partner for reproduction (Blum JE, 2013). Apart from the above mentioned functions they also help in degradation of complex organic substances. They are also very useful in the food industry to prepare cakes and breads to wine and alcohol (Breeze, 2018). Infact to be on more interesting part of these organisms that they are even present in extreme climatic conditions, these types of bacteria are known as extremophiles. The bacteria named Prologues fumarii grows in the temp. Of 80-113 deg C (Hafenbradl, 1997). Whereas, the bacteria named Psychrophiles can grow in very cold climatic conditions. Few of them are even noted to grow between the glacier layers (D'Amico et al, 2006).
