The present study aimed to review the literature regarding Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). Basic and clinical updates were reviewed. Coronaviruses are infections of both clinical and veterinary significance. Coronaviruses are single stranded RNA infections with a lipoprotein envelope and enter the host cells by a Class I combination protein, for example, one that doesn’t require some other viral surface proteins for combination. Clinical presentation of patients with Coronaviruses included cough, fever, headache. The age of patients in some cases was as early as 112 days. As a conclusion, although, the existence of widespread of Coronaviruses, vital information remains to be elucidated.

: This study highlights the findings of a recent research effort where in-depth interviews and focus group discussion were employed to examine views of healthcare professionals on the likely impact of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) on healthcare leadership in Blinded region, Oman. In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) were chosen as appropriate methodologies to collect and analyze data. These methods suited the aim of the study and 12 (n = 12) healthcare professionals (8 male and 4 female) were recruited, having more than 10 years of experience in integrated management of childhood illness. In accord with the best practice of qualitative research methodology, a specific question was developed to initiate discussion and gather participant’s knowledge and perceptions. The focal question was whether IMCI strategy could have a positive impact on healthcare leadership. The study was carried out at Blinded Hospital, Sultanate of Oman in April, 2017. All participants approved of IMCI strategy and believed that there is a positive correlation between the strategy and improved child healthcare. In addition, all participants shared positive views on the impact of IMCI on leadership in the healthcare sector. Participants of the study strongly believed that IMCI strategy has: lead to enhanced strategic leadership and management at a macro level; improved Knowledge, Attitudes and Skills (KAS) of Primary Healthcare (PHC) workers, resulted in better prescription practices, prioritized the needs of Primary Healthcare (PHC) units, improved clinical practices and reduced unnecessary referrals.

That we use the nano silica and nano graphene to improvement the mechanical properties of light-curing dental fillings. Nanographene and nanosilica added to composite resin have been blended with resin composite and with precise weight ratios. The fillers formed by LED curing during three time periods 20, 25, 30 sec mold made in dimensions (6×3 mm). The results of the mechanical properties of the fillings containing of nano graphene (compressive strength test) showed that it is more than the compressive strength of nano silica. The reason for the high compressive strength of fillings containing of nano graphene is due to the roughness of the surface of the fillings nano graphene higher than the roughness of the fillings nano silica surface as shown in the AFM measurement of the atomic force microscope. All the results of the study are within the International Quality Standards (ISO 4049) for dental restoration materials. The increase of the time period of the curing is very important to improve the polymerization process which greatly advances the mechanical and physical properties. The study of mechanical properties has shown that the nano graphene filler to look at compressive strength is more than the compressive strength of nano-silica. The relative roughness of the RMS indicates that the surface of the formed, crystallized and super smooth solids is as indicated in the Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM).

: Shivering is a well-recognized postoperative complication. The objective of the current study is to evaluate the role of tramadol in decreasing post anesthetic shivering. About 80 patients ASA I and II adult patients, aged between 18-70 years, undergoing general anesthesia were enrolled in this prospective study. They were divided into 2 groups, group 1 (n = 40) received 1 mg/kg of tramadol towards the end of the operation while group 2 (n = 40) received normal saline. Shivering was evaluated during the postoperative period. No difference among patients regarding patient characteristics. In group 1, postoperative shivering was effectively prevented in 36 (90%) and 38 (95%) patient at 15 and 30 min, respectively and none of patients shivered at grade = 3 and grade = 2. However, in group 2, the incidence of shivering was 50 and 57.5% at 15 min and 30, respectively, the difference between 2 groups was statistically significant (p<0.05). Tramadol, when given at the end of the operation can decrease the incidence of shivering.
