Study on the Simulation Technique for Urban Electromagnetic Environment Supported by GIS GIS支持下的城市电磁环境仿真技术研究

Electromagnetic radiation environment is one of the important environmental factors. In resent 20 years, the applications of electromagnetic technology became more and more popular. However, electromagnetic environment makes some negative impacts on the surrounding environments and human health, and Environmental Management and Research Department pay a lot attention to it. It will make a great significance if we study of the simulation technique for urban electromagnetic environment which supported by GIS. This paper presents some key technologies of the electromagnetic environment simulation, including terrain rendering, city building modeling and volume data superposition, basically realize the visualization of volume data (electromagnetic fields) based on city building model and real time mapping of virtual scene data.
电磁辐射环境是重要的环境因素之一。近20年来,电磁技术的应用越来越广泛。然而,电磁环境对周围环境和人体健康造成了一定的负面影响,引起了环境管理与研究部门的高度重视。研究GIS支持下的城市电磁环境仿真技术具有重要意义。本文介绍了电磁环境仿真的地形绘制、城市建筑建模和体数据叠加等关键技术,基本实现了基于城市建筑模型的体数据(电磁场)可视化和虚拟场景数据的实时映射。

Design and Study on Exploration Data Management System on MapGIS 基于MapGIS的勘探数据管理系统设计与研究

A large quantity of data in earthquake, well-log, grilling, geology and other non-seismic geophysics, has been accumulated during long period of petroleum prospecting. These data are stored in papery document and managed in low efficient manual management. This paper proposed this petroleum exploration information man-agement system which adopts SQL Server2000 as database server and combines B/S and C/S model based on MapGIS. By the combination of data layer, management layer and application layer, it realized exploration information management and sharing. The experimental experience shows that this system ensures the exploration information be better applied and developed, and provide better decision-making for the leaders.
在长期的石油勘探过程中,积累了大量的地震、测井、烧烤、地质等非地震地球物理资料。这些数据存储在纸质文档中,并以低效率的人工管理方式进行管理。本文提出了以SQL Server2000作为数据库服务器,结合B/S和C/S模式的基于MapGIS的石油勘探信息管理系统。通过数据层、管理层和应用层的结合,实现了勘探信息的管理和共享。实验结果表明,该系统保证了勘探信息得到更好的应用和开发,为领导提供了更好的决策依据。

Using GIS to Analysis Runoff Change in Land Utilization of Foping, Nature Reserve, Shanxi Province 基于GIS的山西佛坪自然保护区土地利用径流变化分析

Land use is an indicator of the interaction between human and the environment on the earth surface. Recently, an increasing attention has been paid to the issue of impact of land use and land cover change on environment and water quality. In this paper, we analyzed the land use and land cover change by using RS and GIS, and simulated its implications in runoff from 1991 to 2000 using SCS model in the Foping Nature Reserve, Shan 'xi Province. Our results showed that this region were main plantation, woodland and grassland. Woodland area increased significantly, while plantation and grassland area decreased, which would greatly affect runoff. Meanwhile, the results show that woodland area and land cover area are negatively correlated with the runoff.
土地利用是地表人类与环境相互作用的一个指标。近年来,土地利用和土地覆被变化对环境和水质的影响问题越来越受到人们的关注。利用RS和GIS分析了1991 - 2000年佛坪自然保护区土地利用和土地覆被的变化,并利用SCS模型模拟了其对径流的影响。结果表明,该地区以人工林、林地和草地为主。林地面积显著增加,人工林和草地面积减少,对径流影响较大。林地面积和土地覆被面积与径流呈负相关。

Mobile Spatial Information Service Based on Intelligent Map Agent 基于智能地图代理的移动空间信息服务

This paper analyzes the existing spatial structure of mobile information services and the current new characteristics of the service, proposes a new service model. The model adopts a unified deployment solution of spatial data. It extends the spatial data management and lightweight computing to the embedded computing devices, and enhanced the service flexibility and scalability. The design of mobile side achieves the integration of spatial data management, mobile computing and wireless communication, and it can meet the various needs of spatial information mobile services. The paper introduces the composition of the new model and the key contents, and pointing out that this model is the inevitable trend of spatial information mobile services.
本文分析了现有移动信息服务的空间结构和当前服务的新特点,提出了一种新的服务模式。该模型采用空间数据统一部署方案。它将空间数据管理和轻量级计算扩展到嵌入式计算设备,增强了业务的灵活性和可扩展性。移动端设计实现了空间数据管理、移动计算和无线通信的一体化,能够满足空间信息移动业务的多种需求。本文介绍了新模式的组成和关键内容,指出该模式是空间信息移动服务发展的必然趋势。

Design and Realization of MapSUV Rural Land Surveying Palm Mapping System MapSUV农村土地测绘系统的设计与实现

The original surveying tools and methods are backward and low efficient and they will also generate lots of errors in the National secondary land surveying. MapSUV rural land surveying palm mapping system (MapSUV palm mapping system) based on 3S techniques, combines MapGIS rural land surveying database management system. It supports the spatial location information collection and attributes data entry. By combining with GPS receiver, it ensures high accuracy in small volume, which greatly facilitates land surveying. This paper main researched system structure, function module design and key techniques. It introduced the practical process of map spot attribute checking and map spot boundary. Then it gave the application assessment. The results shows that this system greatly improves the work efficiency of outdoor surveying and shorten the time of land surveying, database build and updating.

Design and Study on Management Tools of Land Data Center for Integration of Urban and Rural Areas 城乡一体化土地数据中心管理工具的设计与研究

The rapid development of urbanization requires land management business should change the former single systematic pattern, and advance to integration of functions and data sharing. In order to meets the requirement, this paper presents a new thinking for land management pattern, and management tools of data center for integration of urban and rural areas. The tools were based on MapGIS, which have made the management of multi-subjects, multi-areas, multi-sources and multi-measurement data possible. The techniques of this system are designed accord with national related standard. Experimental result shows that the tools have obvious technical advantage in land resource business integration management.
城市化的快速发展要求土地管理业务应改变以往单一的系统模式,向功能集成和数据共享方向发展。为满足这一需求,本文提出了土地管理模式的新思路和城乡一体化数据中心的管理工具。这些工具以MapGIS为基础,实现了多主体、多区域、多来源、多测量数据的管理。该系统的工艺设计符合国家相关标准。实验结果表明,该工具在土地资源业务一体化管理中具有明显的技术优势。

Provincial Land Utilization Database Construction Analysis 省级土地利用数据库建设分析

According to the requirements of provincial land management operation, this paper introduced a method to build municipal land usage database on country level land usage database building. It realizes provincial land usage data updating, transfer and application management. This paper analyzed provincial land usage database construction requirements from data, software and hardware environment, database, etc. It also designed the mathematic base, land usage data feature, data dictionary and metadata. All the database construction process has been listed, including database configuration management, system optimization and security maintenance. at last, it presents some database applications which provides reference for the provincial land usage database construction.
