Study of the influence of surface-active substances on the initial stage of copper electrodeposition 表面活性物质对铜电沉积初始阶段影响的研究

Рабочим электродом служил стеклоуглеродный электрод. Исследования показывают, что в кислом растворе сульфата меди (10-2 М CuSO4 + 0,5 M H2SO4) трехмерное электрохимическое осаждение меди происходит по механизму мгновенной нуклеации. Добавленные поверхностно-активные вещества влияют на процесс разряда ионизации, стандартный потенциал электровосстановления смещается в отрицательную сторону. Добавление ДЦУ приводит к уменьшению пика катодного тока, а КМЦ увеличивает. При потенциалах осаждения, соответствующих областям до пикового тока цикловольамперограмм (здесь все еще смешанная кинетика электроосаждения), число образующихся зародышей больше для чистого раствора, но при потенциалах спада тока, где имеет место диффузионный режим, плотность распределения зародышей (ПРЗ) выше для растворов с ПАВ. Наиболее сильное действие в данном случае оказывает добавка ДЦУ. В случае добавления смешанных добавок значения ПРЗ близки к таковым с КМЦ, что очевидно указывает на преимущественную адсорбцию КМЦ, тогда как ДЦУ в виде комплексов с ионами меди находится ближе к приэлектродной области.

Development of the technology for obtaining new hydrogel materials based on acrylic monomers 丙烯酸单体制备新型水凝胶材料的技术进展

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Almaty, Kazakhstan *Е-mail: grigoriy.mun@kaznu.kz Smart water-soluble polymers and hydrogels are capable to reversibly react to insignificant changes of the medium properties (pH, temperature, ionic strength, a presence of some substances, illumination, electric field). The reacting of a system is visible to the naked eye (the formation of a new phase in a homogeneous solution, or compression of the hydrogel). The properties of such polymers and hydrogels are considered. For the first time, the stimuli-responsive polymeric hydrogels based on N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAM), 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate (HEA) and acrylic acid (AA) have been synthesized by free initiation of radical copolymerization. The purpose of the research is to obtain stimuli-responsive cross-linked terpolymers based on N-isopropylacrylamide, 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and acrylic acid and study their physicochemical properties. The physicochemical methods such as scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, infrared spectroscopy, gravimetry, cathetometric and thermogravimetric analyses were used in this study. To determine the thermal and pH – sensitivity of the modified copolymer, the effect of temperature on the NIPAAMНEA-AA nets (in different pH media) was studied. They are characterized by a thermally induced collapse and a dependence on a medium pH. The interaction of copolymers with drugs such as lincomycin and gentamicin was studied for using the new copolymers as a drug carrier. To study the antibacterial properties and the transportation of physiologically active substances of hydrogel, the elimination of specially prepared bacteria by hydrogels with various medicinal ingredients were conducted.

Synthesis and flotation activity of reagent-collectors based on dithiocarbonyl and phosphoryl derivatives of amino alcohols 氨基醇二硫代羰基和磷酰基衍生物捕收剂的合成及其浮选活性

Bekturov’s Institute of Chemical Sciences”, Almaty, Kazakhstan 2JSC “Institute of Metallurgy and Enrichment”, Almaty, Kazakhstan *E-mail: s-w07@bk.ru Research has been carried out to study flotation activity of new surface active substances among dithiocarbonyl and phosphoryl derivatives of monoethanolamine and diethanolamine on the gold-bearing sulphide ore of the Bestobinskoye deposit of Kazakhstan. Among the synthesized compounds, effective collectors for selective enrichment of sulfide polymetallic gold ores were found. Sodium N-octyl-N-2-hydroxyethyldithiocarbamate (AA-41) and sodium O-2-(dimethoxyphosphoryl2-hydroxyethylamino)ethylxanthate (GF-2) were proposed as new flotation reagents. They were tested in flotation of gold-bearing polymetallic ore as additional collectors contributing to an increase in percentage of gold extraction in the collective concentrate in comparison with the factory basic regime in which a mixture of butyl xanthate (BX) and ditiophosphate butyl ether or butyl airoflot (BAF) was used. The results of flotation tests indicate that collective ability of GF-2 in combination with BAF provides a higher gold recovery to the concentrate – 90.8%, than gold recovery with BX and BAF is (87.7%). It should be specially emphasized that consumption of GF-2 in comparison with BX is lower on 33%. Synthesis methods of the AA-41 and GF-2 flotation agents were developed, and evidence of their structure was given by IRS and NMR 1Н, 13С. The principal technological scheme of GF-2 obtaining was developed. In synthesis of collector AA-41, one of the principles of “green” chemistry “catalytic systems and processes (as selective as possible) are in all cases better than stoichiometric ones” was used. The use of tetrabutylammonium iodide as catalyst in synthesis allows shorten the reaction time, reduce reaction temperature and increase the selectivity.
