Evaluation method of ship navigation safety in routing waters based on stream reasoning 基于流推理的航线水域船舶航行安全评价方法

In order to use the data of personnel, ship, environment and management during ship navigation more effectively and conduct real-time assessment of navigation safety, this paper proposed a method for evaluating ship navigation safety based on SR in routing waters. Firstly, the safety assessment elements of ship navigation were reduced based on RSCIE and the assessment ontology was constructed by combining expert knowledge. Then the ship navigation-related streaming data collected in real time was integrated by semantic Web technology, and the SR engine was used to infer the navigation safety. Finally, the ship navigation safety in a certain routing water system in Nanjing was evaluated and the method presented in this paper was compared with the other two methods based on cloud theory. The results show that the proposed method has better timeliness, higher detection rate and lower false alarm rate.
为了更有效地利用船舶航行过程中的人员、船舶、环境和管理数据,对船舶航行安全进行实时评估,本文提出了一种基于SR的航线水域船舶航行安全评估方法。首先,基于RSCIE对船舶航行安全评价要素进行精简,并结合专家知识构建评价本体;然后利用语义Web技术对实时采集的船舶导航相关流数据进行整合,利用SR引擎对船舶导航安全进行推理;最后,对南京某航道水系的船舶航行安全进行了评价,并与其他两种基于云理论的方法进行了比较。结果表明,该方法具有较好的时效性、较高的检出率和较低的虚警率。

ICWGT-IVFS multi-level safety assessment model for quayside container crane metal structure 岸旁集装箱起重机金属结构的ICWGT-IVFS多级安全评价模型

In order to increase the accuracy and reliability of the safety assessment results of quayside container crane metal structureꎬ an evaluation index system and evaluation criteria were established for metal structure of quayside container crane. Subjective and objective weights of the indexes were determined by analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) and entropy methods. An improved CWGT method ( ICWGT) was worked outꎬ and the combination weights were integrated by the ICWGT. On the basis of an improved VFS (IVFS)ꎬ an ICWGT ̄IVFS multi ̄level evaluation model was built. A practical example was given to verify the effectiveness of the model. The results show that ICWGT can overcome the drawback of negative weight coefficientꎬ and that the ICWGT ̄IVFS model can avoid the inconsistencies between indicator standard and system criterion of quayside container crane metal structureꎬ which is helpful in improving the accuracy of metal structure safety evaluation of quayside container crane.
