Calculi in a Meckel's diverticulum 梅克尔憩室结石

A case is presented in which calcified ring shadows demonstrated radiologically were subsequently shown to lie in a Meckel's diverticulum. The calculi are considered to have originated as gall-stones which formed the nuclei for f˦coliths formed in the diverticulum.

Summary

    A brief review of the literature and pathology of Crohn's disease is given.

  • 2.

    The varying radiological appearances in Crohn's disease in 13 patients have been reviewed.

  • 3.

    Two cases showed dilatation of the terminal ileum although involved by Crohn's disease, and one of them showed an ulcer crater. One case showed deformity of the c˦cum due to fibrosis, while radiologically the terminal ileum was normal, although it was involved by the disease.
