A chievement of educational goals is seen from the role of leadership and work discipline of the administrative staff. The facts in the field of leadership carried out by the head of the regional coordinator at the Regional Coordinator for Education in the Sumber District, Cirebon Regency, have not been going well so that it will have an impact on the work discipline of administrative personnel. This study aims to determine the effect of the leadership of the regional coordinator on the work discipline of administrative personnel in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and documentation. The technical data analysis used descriptive analysis and the chi square test. Based on the results of the questionnaire calculation at the KORWIL for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency, that: 1) The Leadership of the Regional Coordinator for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is very strong, 2) The Work Discipline of Administrative Personnel at KORWIL in the Education Sector, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency is very strong, 3 ) It was found that there was an influence between the leadership of the regional coordinator on the work discipline of administrative personnel in the Regional Coordinator for Education, Gempol District, Cirebon Regency, which was classified as positively related to the good category. This paper aims to reveal a school branding model based on Pesantren in SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This research uses a qualitative approach with a type of case study. SMA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo is one of the formal schools based on pesantren which applies Branding Image in enhancing its image. The results of the research on the Branding Image model which is applied in Islamic boarding school-based schools Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo are through 4 main things which include; marketing communication (marketing commonication), consumption experiences, social influences and figures and charisma of kyai .

The education that parents want for their children today is not only having intellectual intelligence, but also being balanced with spiritual intelligence. So this study aims to determine how much influence the leadership of madrasa leaders on religious cultural habituation in MTs Al-Nur Cirebon City. This type of research is quantitative research. The subjects of this study were students and teachers taken only 38 people by means of the stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, questionnaires with Likert scale models and documentation studies. The validity test was carried out using the construct test technique and the Pearson Product Moment correlation technique. While the reliability test is used by the Alpha method formula. The number of valid items for the madrasah headship variable is 33 items, while the number of valid items for the religious cultural habituation variable is 31 statement items. Prerequisite analysis test uses normality test, linearity test. Then the data are analyzed using a simple linear regression formula. The significance level is set at 5%. Based on the results of calculations and analysis, it was concluded that the magnitude of the influence of madrasa head leadership on religious cultural habituation was relatively low with a correlation coefficient r of 0.390. While the contribution of the influence of madrasa head leadership to religious cultural habituation in MTs Al-Nur Cirebon City was only 15.2%. This research was intended to reveal in-depth the management of educational innovations in the Islamic Primary Full Day School Cahaya Qolbu Subang. This research was a qualitative field research. Data collection techniques used in-depth observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through inductive analysis methods to draw conclusions about events or things from the data that have been collected, and compare them and then generalize or be drawn towards general conclusions. Data analysis techniques were done through inductive analysis methods to make conclusions from the collected data, and compare them then generalize them or conclude them in general. The research findings showen that the management of educational innovations was carried out through the process of management of school resources to realize educational goals through curriculum innovations applying correlated curriculum, human resource innovation through personnel management. Learning innovation was done by integration between curriculum of school and madrasa. This innovation emphasized integration in the application of learning methods to maximize all student domains and integrate active participation and involvement in the learning environment, namely schools, homes and communities.

The principal carries out his duties and responsibilities as a leader, how the role of the principal will greatly influence the development of the Qur'anic learning process at school.This study aims to examine the influence of school principal leadership on the development of Al-Qur'an Reading (BTQ) students in the Nahdlatul Ulama Vocational High School (SMK NU) Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu. This research method is quantitative. The study population was all students of SMK NU Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu in the academic year 2018/2019 which were 123 students. From this population, 32 students were selected to be sampled with stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that the principal's leadership significantly influenced the development of reading and writing Al-Qur'an (BTQ) students at SMK NU Raudlatul Muta’allimin Singaraja Indramayu. Profesionalization of Education Management is a strategic sector in developing quality of education as an effort for improving the human resource in the era of millennium developmental goals. On the other hand, Indonesia has low competitiveness caused by low of quality of human resource. Whereas education and educator, educational staff, and institutional management are spearhead in developing quality of human resource. In general, the objective of this research is to formulate a calculation method of performance accountability as an application of principles and theory of strategic management on education activity in IAIN Syekh Nurjati. The method used in this research is non-experimental quantitative research, namely analytical descriptive method. The conclusion of this research are (1) Calculation method of performance accountability used by IAIN Syekh Nurjati refer to recent rules. From point of view of strategic management theory, the two models have a low analysis accuracy. (2) Performance accountability of activity, program, and policy in institutional management of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, all of them are very successful category. (3) Formulation of calculation method of perfomance accountability of IAIN Syekh Nurjati refer to theory of strategic management which in line with characteristics of Strategic Planning of IAIN Syekh Nurjati 2015-2019 and is inaccordance with UNESCO new paradigm of higher education institution (World Declaration on Higher Education for the Twenty First Century: Vision and Action) which is made as reference of new concept of higher education institution development in Indonesia. (4) In management of IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon, it’s relation are very strong, strong, very strong, and very strong. Further more there are several recommendations, namely (1) On calculation of perfermance accountability for IAIN Syekh Nurjati needed calculation of degree of relationship or influence between policy variables, program, and activity as variables of strategic implementation. Abstract According to the mandate of the Act, education is to develop character and achievement holistically. It seems that this educational goal does not reach expectations. It can be seen from the rise of elementary school students’ moral decadence. In addition, learning achievement is still lagging when compared in a global context. This condition is quite apprehensive. Therefore, it is necessary to create a religious culture. There are interesting things, however, that happen in State Primary School Pasirkaliki 1 Cimahi and Primary School Hj . Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang. Both schools create a religious culture and implicate good manners and achievement of student learning outcomes. This research is based on Lickona's theory. The research method is qualitative descriptive. The instruments are in-depth interviews, in-depth observation, and documentation. The analysis is conducted through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The research findings show that (1) students’ religious culture and good character in elementary education in Java Island both in State Primary School Pasirkaliki 1 Cimahi and Primary School Hj . There are interesting things, however, that happen in State Primary School Pasirkaliki 1 Cimahi and Primary School Hj . Isriati Baiturrahman 1 Semarang. Both schools create a religious culture and implicate good manners and achievement of student learning outcomes. This research is based on Lickona's theory. The research method is qualitative descriptive. The instruments are in-depth interviews, in-depth observation, and documentation. The analysis is conducted through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion. The research findings show that (1) students’ religious culture and good character in elementary education in Java Island both in State Primary School Pasirkaliki 1 Cimahi and Primary School Hj . Abstract Islamic religious learning should not be merely delivering material, but also instilling values and implementing it. In fact, s o far the learning of Islam in schools is more limited to knowledge, because it is not managed properly, so it does not change behavior. However, something different happened in State Elementary School Mega Eltra, learning of Islamic religion through the habituation of the dhuha prayer could already be carried out in good learning management, even in conditions of limited religious facilities. For this reason, this research was intended to reveal more about religious learning through the habituation of the dhuha prayer in the Mega Eltra State Elementary School. This research was descriptive qualitative. The instruments were in-depth observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusions. The findings showed that principals and religious teachers plan religious learning through curriculum development and meetings. Religious learning through habituation of dhuha prayer in state elementary school Mega Eltra was carried out in good management. It was indicated by students’ enthusiasm taking ablution and performing dhuha prayer. Dhuha prayer was held in Islamic Education subjects. Dhuha prayer was carried out by students of grades 2 to 6. However, the place of worship was inadequate. Regularly, evaluations were carried out at teacher meetings. Keywords: practice, value, example

Ilmu manajemen pendidikan konvensional, secara eksplisit tidak memuat makna yang relevan dengan prinsip dan nilai Islam. Hal ini sangat penting sebab manusia berperilaku dan bersikap senantiasa dibimbing oleh ilmu pengetahuan. Namun, secara implisit, ilmu manajemen pendidikan konvensional yang notabene dimunculkan di Barat, telah menggambarkan konsep manajemen yang dikembangkan Nabi Muhammad.
