Abstrak— Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pembelajaran berbasis kasus (case-based learning) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar pemelajar SMK kelas X TITL. Pembelajaran berbasis kasus merupakan suatu teknik untuk meningkatkan pemikiran tingkat tinggi ketika memecahkan suatu kasus. Pengetahuan pemelajar dalam mengemukakan pendapat dapat lebih baik dalam proses pendidikan; pemelajar kurang mampu mengeksekusi informasi yang diberikan pembelajar, dan rendahnya pengalaman kelompok pemelajar dalam sesi Elektronika Dasar. Hal ini digunakan dalam skenario dan studi masalah dalam pembelajaran berbasis kasus untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan penalaran pemelajar dalam memecahkan tantangan yang dihadapi, terutama hasil belajar yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas X TITL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon pada bulan April–Mei 2023. Kategori pembelajaran merupakan kegiatan kelas tiga siklus yang meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik dan alat pengumpulan informasi penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif terhadap informasi pada kertas kerja pemelajar, pencatatan nilai, dan lembar observasi. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa hasil belajar pemelajar meningkat drastis dari siklus I ke siklus II hingga siklus III bila menggunakan paradigma pembelajaran berbasis kasus. Sedangkan pada siklus I rata-rata angkanya mencapai 68%; pada siklus II rata-rata angkanya mencapai 80,30%; dan pada siklus III rata-rata angkanya mencapai 90%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa paradigma pembelajaran berbasis kasus dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pemelajar.
摘要-- 本研究采用基于案例的学习方法来提高国贸十班职业学生的学习成绩。基于案例的学习是一种在解决案例时提高高阶思维的技术。在教学过程中,学习者表达观点的知识可以得到更好的提升;学习者对学习者提供的信息执行能力较差,学习者群体在基础电子课程中的经验较少。在案例式学习的情景和问题研究中使用,可以提高学习者的知识和推理能力,解决面临的挑战,尤其是学习效果较低的问题。本研究于2023年4月至5月在SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon的X TITL 1班进行。学习类别是一个三周期的课堂活动,包括准备、实施、观察和反思。本研究收集信息的技术和工具是对学习者的作业纸、分数记录和观察表上的信息进行描述性分析。研究结果表明,在使用基于案例的学习范式时,学习者的学习成绩从周期一、周期二到周期三都有显著提高。第一周期的平均成绩达到了 68%;第二周期的平均成绩达到了 80.30%;第三周期的平均成绩达到了 90%。因此,可以得出结论,基于案例的学习范式可以提高学习者的学习效果。

Abstrak— Perkebunan memiliki beberapa alasan untuk menjadi salah satu aspek terpenting bagi negara, antara lain, pangan, ekonomi, ekspor, industri pengolahan, ketahanan lingkungan, pengurangan kemiskinan, serta penyerapan karbon. Namun, banyak faktor yang membuat pekebun tidak bisa terus bercocok tanam dan meningkatkan hasil panen, seperti cuaca yang tidak stabil dan gangguan hama yang merusak lahan perkebunan. Hama yang sering mengganggu petani adalah hewan liar khususnya babi hutan. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian pengembangan prototype. Metode ini di dukung juga dengan model prototype dan teknik pengumpulan data. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model perancangan prototype. Model penelitian prototype merupakan tahapan fase untuk mewujudkan purwarupa atau model awal sebelum menciptakan produk sesungguhnya. Hasil perakitan komponen pelindung kebun setelah melalui banyak tahapan, maka peneliti mengambil bentuk rangkaian, mengikuti rangkaian ATS (Automatic Tranfer Swicth) dengan penggunaan dan penerapan yang berbeda. Arus dalam keadaan standby sebesar 7,7 mA. Merujuk pada tabel batas aman arus listrik pada manusia bahwa arus sebesar ini masih tergolong aman. Dapat disimpulkan untuk tegangan keluaran pada prototipe ini berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan oleh peneliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh peneliti untuk merancang sebuah prototipe sederhana untuk membantu petani dalam menjaga kebunnya dengan mempermudah agar memberikan waktu luang untuk petani dalam melakukan kegiatan lain tanpa harus menjaga kebunnya setiap saat. Hasil pengujian prototype pelindung kebun ini berjalan sesuai dengan harapan yang menunjukkan tegangan ketika aktif sebesar 7,7 mA dengan arus AC yang berarti membuktikan arus sebesar itu aman bagi manusia.

This research is classroom action research that aims to improve the learning process by applying the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model to improve Basic Electrical learning outcomes for Class X TITL students at SMK Negeri 2 Bitung, carried out in March 2021. Techniques and data collection tools in this research used descriptive statistical analysis of the data in student test results from documents and a list of scores. This study uses two stages of the cycle where the first cycle consists of IV meetings and the second cycle consists of IV meetings. Cycle I students achieve 55% incomplete and 45% complete learning outcomes. Cycle II students achieve 0% incomplete and 100% complete learning outcomes. The increase in learning outcomes was seen in the second cycle, namely the results of student learning achievement of 100% complete from the number of 20 students. Thus, learning using the jigsaw-type cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class X TITL students at SMK Negeri 2 Bitung.

This teaching aid design approach is based on compiling learning materials that are fully necessary to achieve the desired understanding and skills. In the lighting installation subject, vocational electrical power installation techniques at SMK Negeri 2 Sinabang, there needs to be more demonstration media, which causes problems for students who find it very difficult to understand lighting installations and put them together. With this teaching aid medium, it is hoped that it can help students' understanding of installing lighting installations and improve student learning outcomes so that learning objectives are achieved. This teaching aid is designed to be a learning medium as a teacher's aids in teaching material on automatic lighting installations using photocell sensors and motion sensors in electrical power installation subjects. To determine the suitability of the props, a research instrument was made in the form of a media validation sheet, material validation, and questionnaire validation. The learning outcomes of students are known by providing several pre-test and post-test questions so that they can be used as a reference for how successful or appropriate the teaching aids are to be applied to students and lighting installation subjects. Based on the percentage results obtained from media expert validation, namely 89%, and material expert validation, namely 100% from the validator assessment, learning outcomes through the pre-test were 28% and the post-test 83%. The results obtained were based on validation showed "Very Feasible."

This study aims to determine how much the results of the theory of vocational competency tests are related to the results of the vocational practice competency tests of TITL students at SMK Negeri 2 Manado. In addition, this study also analyzed how relevant the vocational theory competency test material was to the vocational practice competency test material. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with 56 students as research subjects. In practice, the researchers found that some students already understood electric motors, and some did not understand when the researchers gave practice; as a result, these students did not understand when the researcher or teacher was giving theory to them. When researchers teach theory and practice, they often provide post-tests or questions for students to work on to see whether they comprehend correctly. The results showed a positive and significant effect on the results of the vocational theory competency test and the results of the vocational practice competency test. In addition, the results of the analysis of the relevance of the material in the theory of vocational competency tests to the results of the vocational practice competency tests were 70% in the relevant category.

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of workshop facilities on students' learning outcomes of electrical power installation engineering practice at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a simple regression technique. The research population was all Class XI students, Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering, which amounted to 30 people. The research sample was the entire population, Class XI students of the Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering, which amounted to 30 people. Workshop facilities are one of the external factors that can improve students' learning outcomes of electrical power installation engineering practice at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an influence of workshop facilities on the learning outcomes of students' electrical power installation engineering practice at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The research instrument used to measure workshop facilities was a questionnaire, while for student learning outcomes, it was through a learning evaluation. The study concludes that workshop facilities affect the learning outcomes of electric power installation engineering practices for students of SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The study results evidence this obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the t-count value is more significant than t-table, namely t-count = 11.191 > t-table 2.048. With the magnitude of the influence of 81.7%.

The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with a simple regression technique. The research population was all Class XI students, Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering, which amounted to 30 people. The research sample was the entire population, Class XI students of the Department of Electrical Power Installation Engineering, which amounted to 30 people. Workshop facilities are one of the external factors that can improve students' learning outcomes of electrical power installation engineering practice at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The formulation of the research problem is whether there is an influence of workshop facilities on the learning outcomes of students' electrical power installation engineering practice at SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The research instrument used to measure workshop facilities was a questionnaire, while for student learning outcomes, it was through a learning evaluation. The study concludes that workshop facilities affect the learning outcomes of electric power installation engineering practices for students of SMK Negeri 1 Tomohon. The study results evidence this obtained a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, and the t-count value is more significant than t-table, namely t-count = 11.191 > t-table 2.048. The economic development of the community affects the widespread use of household electricity. Of course, the development of technology touches every aspect of the activity, whether for entertainment, pleasure or primary needs. Every dry season, the threat of fire is often a scourge for all of us. One of the leading causes is a short circuit of electric current. Electricity is an essential part of this day and age. Everyone needs electricity, whether it is from the lower levels of society to the upper levels of society, both for household, office and industrial purposes. Specifically for household purposes, electricity has become an inseparable part of daily needs. A pandemic has resulted in more extended and varied use of electricity in the home. Another consequence is that it is more prone to short circuits or even fires. The critical criteria that must be met at home are the proper installation of security fuses, the avoidance of sockets with multiple connections, and other items that must guarantee adequate grounding or fulfil the requirements with installations that meet the General Electrical Installation Requirements (in Bahasa Indonesia is abbreviated as PUIL). Problems that can be identified are: What is the average resistance of the student body to AC voltage? Are there any differences in male and female body resistance? The benefits of this research are: Theoretical benefits assessing the average resistance of the human body for planning protection system equipment. Practical benefits it is known as the average student body resistance value. Become a reference in determining the value of a protection system plan. The average measurement results in the range of 5100 Ohm. The results showed a significant difference between the levels of body resistance of male and female students. This is because the number of female students in this study is much smaller than that of male students.

This study aims to detect practical errors to minimize circuit errors. This research was carried out at SMK Negeri 2 Bitung in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is descriptive analysis research using quantitative and qualitative approaches. The data collection technique consists of three stages: observation, statements based on Bloom's taxonomy, and documentation. The subjects of this research were 25 students from class XII. The research instrument used is a statement based on Bloom's taxonomy which has gone through the validation stage of the supervisor. The results of this study are to minimize the occurrence of 3-Phase Motor Practice errors with the application of Smart Relay software for 25 students. The results showed they dominated with friendly answers regarding students' understanding of using Smart Relay software. Based on students' attitudes in using Smart Relay software, they dominate with agreeing answers, and so on, aspects of students' skills in using Smart Relay software dominate with agreeing answers. It was also obtained from student learning outcomes that understanding the Smart Relay software got an average score of 84.2.

The need for natural and artificial lighting is a supporting component in daily human activities outside and inside buildings. For lighting to be carried out properly, it must meet the requirements stated in SNI and Minister of Health Regulation No. 70 of 2016 concerning Standard Requirements for Light Intensity. One of the goals of lighting in a building is to create sufficient lighting and reduce the risk of accidents. Referring to the description, the author is interested in understanding and researching further the existing lighting standards in the UNIMA Workshop building. In evaluating, the authors obtain research data by conducting case studies in which data is collected, processed, compared and analyzed. The results showed that the light intensity in the UNIMA Workshop room had an average of 144.2 lux and in the work area of 191.06 lux.

This research is motivated by the influence of work attitudes on student achievement. Students can now act quickly due to several factors of the times and technology that affect student attitudes in the learning process, affecting their learning achievement. The purpose of this study was to determine work attitudes towards student achievement. This research uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach to determine the effect between variables. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire for work attitudes, while student achievement was obtained from the student score document. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of work attitude on student achievement. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that if the work attitude impacts the high student learning achievement and vice versa, if the work attitude is low, it will also impact the low student achievement.
