Paper proposes new ideas about assessment of conceptual knowledge, obtained after digestion of a learning course. It offers original way to evaluate an educational success, which is based on the analysis of concepts' interrelations: students who mastered a material better, must demonstrate more linked structure of knowledge. Formal assessment procedure was developed; its experimental assay showed the existence of accordance between the proposed quantitative gauge and conventional teacher's marks. So considered method may be useful for final control to verify how student has digested a large complete portion of content during e-learning process.

The paper has devoted to the much more important field of modern applied mathematics education: using interactivity of computer mathematics for qualitative analysis of dynamical systems. Author has developed universal methodical approaches: using a hybrid technique - both symbolic and numerical computations. In the paper it has been showed number of examples with original program cods and relevant computer mathematics visualization of symbolically computed functions, which are presented in 2D and 3D graphs to perform of more convenient qualitative analysis.

The quality of training is a central problem in terms of demand of specialists by the national economy. Therefore the need to improve management efficiency by automation of decision support in the management of the quality of education increases. At the same time the problem of developing the intellectual system of decision support in the management of the quality of education is not sufficiently investigated, which leads to the relevance of the selected areas of research. The present article offers the system of indexes and indicators of educational statistics recommended by the Ministry of Education, describing various aspects of educational activities on different levels of education and operation, was used in the research.

Plenty of devices emanate acoustic signal, which is not necessarily located in the hearing range. Attacks on this side channel develop, from distinguishing sounds of mechanical key pressing on the keyboard up to processor's instruction recognition. In the case of complex analysis of electronic components emanation, the daunting challenge is to locate the precise source of the sound. Sound emanation can be the result of changes in power of power supply circuit. This paper studies behavior of inductors and capacitors within the LC-circuit of voltage regulator and corresponding changes in power consumption in relation to executing instructions.

In this paper, we report the development and prototyping of teleoperated mobile robot. The robot has manual travel and is controlled by smartphone, laptop and any computer device with Wi-Fi access. Our work shows the simplicity of control mobile robot via a mobile device, the connection between the mobile robot and the mobile device, and the creation programs for them. Mobile robots can be used for efficient control via Wi-Fi and easily communicate with each other and this fact along with others formed the basis of this project. Our work results suggest that the developed prototype mobile robot can be used as platform for multi-agent system where robots are agents.

This work examines the time series of the daily prices on the shares of "Kazakhmys" for the last 7 years. The main novelty of this work is that using existing methods we develop our own model for analyzing financial risks for Kazakhstan market. Due to the emerging large gains and losses for the given period, the histogram on the density of price allocation on assets shows "heavy tail". The stochastic volatility model was chosen for investigation of the changes in the period of log-income by the Euler's stochastic method. Parameters of differential equation are characteristic of statistic time series.

Existing development tools do not consider the context of MS Dynamics AX application objects. The proposed ontology of modifications binds MS Dynamics AX application objects and business processes. The knowledge management educational system (KMES) is founded on the acquisition, synthesis, exchange of knowledge in the learning environment. Statement of a problem is made. The simulation model of the learning process is offered. Authors suggested the structure and expert system of an intelligent agent. The transition graph is considered. The program environment and computing experiment is made. The series of tests and experiments have allowed specifying theoretical estimations of the algorithms running time.
