: Puzzle AR Game is an educational game based on augmented reality. In general, the game is an application that has a calculation of user experience to pay attention to the experience gained by users of the use of the application. User experience itself is known to have four components, that are, utility, usability, appeal, and engagement. This research focused on user engagement. The assessment of user engagement on mobile-based augmented reality games must combine two aspects, namely from the game side and the augmented reality side. This research elaborates on an evaluation of the Puzzle AR game was carried out using a model related to augmented reality namely PEEM (Positive Engagement Evaluation Model) and related to the classic game Characteristics of Good Game. The models refer to a conceptual model of user engagement on android games with augmented reality. A total of 15 respondents in this research were children aged 6 to 10 years and were in kindergarten to elementary school education grade 4. The value results obtained were user engagement in the Puzzle AR game is sufficient with an average value of net experience 10.756 after testing the reliability with a score of 0.548 which means quite reliable.

: Setokok Island located at the South of Batam City, Riau Islands, positioned at longitude coordinates 104.031520° and latitude 0.951068°. The data acquisition technique uses satellite altimeter imagery data, which utilizes level 3 terra fashionable satellite imagery data. The study results show a significant change between one season (east season) with the period of data acquisition in April and May 2020. Sea surface temperature value is 28.7 o C in April 2020 and 29.8 o C in May 2020. Chlorophyll A distribution has a value of 3.5 mg/l in April 2020 and 3.2 mg/l in May 2020. The transverse profile produced by taking into account the sea level in Setokok Sea yielding in the mean sea level height of 1.86 meters and the average sea level of 2.67 meters. These data show a significant form of bathymetry in Setokok Sea. This research shows that global climate change affects sea level. Furthermore, it involves primary water production and bathymetry value in Setokok Sea.

: Accessible geo-information data availability around Covid-19 theme has become a priority since SARS-CoV-2 pandemic outbreak phase affecting more than 8 million people around the world. In this paper, we present a platform with multiple types and sources of data to escalate public awareness through information about overview, prevention, and symptoms of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, case update, self-evaluating risk, and awareness. Through interactive, server-side WebGIS functionalities, the developer can provide multiple information sources with a high definition of accuracy with potential feedback from the user to gather more information.

Land is very important need for human life both in the present and in the future. Land does not only function as a place to live, but also an economic one as a livelihood both for industrial use and rental such as rented house, etc. Over time, as the population increased, the demand of land increase for various using, authorization and ownership of the land. This study aims to determine the distribution of land use and utilization in Tanjung Uma Village in 2019. This study using 2015 Aerial Photography data from the DJII 3 Phantom Pro Drone and administrative map of Tanjung Uma Village. Based on the results of Inventory of Ownership, Authorization, Use, and Utilization of Land/Inventarisasi Penguasaan, Pemilikan, Penggunaan, dan Pemanfaatan Tanah (P4T) data collection of 3,229 parcels of land carried out in Tanjung Uma Village. The application of Geographic Information System (GIS) in making P4T maps to process the data collection is using ArcMap software. The application of GIS in the data collection of land parcels produces 4 maps namely Utilization, Authorization, Use and Ownership Maps of each Role of maps the could makes it easy to provide information and data collection processes on interconnected land parcels.

The Energy Reduction Building planned at Ladongi Dam utilized the Type II Olakan Flat Pond Type (USBR II). Energy absorbers in spillway buildings are very important to reduce the energy of water flow and avoid damage to rivers. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of the survey in the implementation of excavation and also the structure buildings in the field and be able to process and present measurement data. Data field collection consists of 3 working stages: excavation work, working work floor and working wall structure. The calculation of excavation volume in this final project is carried out by measurement using the Cross Section and in volume calculation using the Mean Area method. The results from this study are, the role of the survey in the construction of energy reduction building, the volume of excavation and foundry of work floors, the dental importance of wall structures, cross-section, 3-dimensional view of excavated land. LW 33 block dental volume is 138.99 m3 starting from an elevation of +60.11 to an elevation of +64.50. In Block LW 33 LW 35, a landslide occurred in the zone 3 slopes parallel to the structural parapet (El. +64.5 El. +67.5) therefore dental filling was carried out, the total required dental volume was 164,954 m3. The total volume of excavation to the work floor elevation is 505,609 m3, and the total volume of additional landslide structures is 893,329 m3.

: This study focuses on continuity in documentary film editing. As a part of film’s pipeline production, editing takes an important role in terms of delivering the story, especially for documentary which comprises many unpredictable events during the production. This study uses one of the qualitative research methodologies namely practice- based research. That methodology will be followed by case study method in order to provide actual case study from the industry. Moreover, Whiteley and Gurrumul that won the best editing in 2017 and 2018 are used as case study in this research. Insight and techniques that are implemented in those films are taken and then it is applied to the project. Three continuity techniques; 180º, over the shoulder, and action match are implemented in the film editing, and it comes up with a reflective process in order to know what type of continuity that can run well and what is not. As the result, the documentary film runs into two minutes long while it is not as original plan since the project has not adequate material to implement the aforementioned continuity techniques.

: Every employee has their own right to apply for a leave in an institution or company. Applying for a leave in Politeknik Negeri Batam still run in a conventional way. An employee fills in a paper form, seek for an approval by a supervisor, and deliver it to HR department. Yet, a problem arises for tracking, managing and storing the data. In this study, a web-based leave management system has been built to overcome the problem. It was built on Yii2 framework and MySQL database. Besides, it also generated a report for HR department. Based on testing result, the system has been able to facilitate employee to directly apply for a leave. The supervisor can approve the leave application, and HR department can produce a report from the system.

Learning system through the application of web or mobile-based e-learning that has been used in schools and the industry successfully brought many changes in the world of education. This makes the teaching and learning process no longer required to meet face to face and can be done not only in the classroom but can be done anywhere as long as an internet connection is available. E-learning makes students or instructors can do the teaching and learning process in their respective places. PT ABC Bintan, one of the companies engaged in electronic manufacturing, has implemented an e-learning system to train employees to increase understanding of what they do with certain materials. But over time, this system requires development both in terms of appearance and function so that the system becomes more interactive for its employees to use. The development process used waterfall as the system development model. To evaluate the performance of the web-based learning system we used a functionality test. Additionally, to evaluate the user acceptance of the system a usability testing was conducted. The results show the addition of features on e-learning was successful and made it easier for users to understand, work on, and manage training assessments.
