COMPETITIVE STRATEGY OF DESA PURI SYARIAH HOTEL IN THE CONTESTATION OF HALAL ACCOMMODATION SERVICE IN YOGYAKARTA 日惹清真住宿服务竞争中desa puri islamia酒店的竞争策略

This research wanted to know the competitive strategy chosen by Desa Puri Syariah Hotel to face competition in sharia accommodation industry in order to achieve company goals and objectives. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects or informants taken in this study were determined by purposive procedures. The data collection of this research is by deep interview. The conclusion of this research is with competitive strategy that applied, Desa Puri Syariah Hotel able to survive in the syariah accommodation business competition in Yogyakarta. Desa Puri Syariah Hotel can withstand the overall cost advantages that appear from the selling price of its rooms far below its competitors, the differentiation that trying to build compared to other sharia hotels is the familial relationships that management trying to build to its customers, and focus on providing halal service, Muslim niche market, and online marketing.

MOTIVASI INTRINSIK DAN EXTRINSIK PADA PENINGKATAN KINERJA (STUDI KASUS PADA HEPI POTATO (PIPO)) 提高绩效的内在和外在动机(研究土豆头)

This research is done with a purpose of knowing how the evaluation of the work motivation that has an impact on the performance of the members of Hepi Potato (PIPO). Methods that was used for this research is qualitative approach. The data retrieval process is done by interview method. The researcher interviewed 4 informants, they are 2 members of PIPO, a facilitator lecturer of PIPO, and a motivation expert. The aim of this research is to improve the performance of the members of PIPO by evaluating their work motivation. Based on the result of the interview, it has been found that the performance of PIPO was already good enough but has not maximum yet so it still can be improved, while for the valuation of the work motivation in PIPO decreased because of the rushing activity and has reached saturation point. The result of this research is that to increase the work motivation in PIPO, each member must search for internal motivation first and each member has to be open with one another so they can support each other. Other than motivation, there are other factors that can improve the performance which are direct supervisor and organizational culture.
本研究的目的是了解工作动机的评价是如何影响和皮土豆(PIPO)成员的绩效。本研究采用的方法是定性方法。数据检索过程采用访谈法。研究者采访了4名线人,他们分别是2名PIPO成员、1名PIPO的引导员讲师和1名激励专家。本研究的目的是通过评估PIPO成员的工作动机来提高他们的绩效。根据访谈的结果,我们发现PIPO的绩效已经足够好了,但还没有达到最大值,还可以提高,而对于PIPO的工作动机的评价由于活动的匆忙而下降,已经达到饱和点。本研究的结果是,要提高PIPO的工作动机,每个成员必须首先寻找内部动机,每个成员之间必须相互开放,相互支持。除了激励之外,还有直接主管和组织文化等因素可以提高绩效。

An Analysis on the Factors Affecting Credit Selection In BPR to Increase Competitiveness 企业业务流程再造中信用选择的影响因素分析

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is a part of  the  banking  financial institutions  apart from the commercial  banking. .One of the activities of the BPR is to distribute the credits as done by the commercial banks. The problems of BPR as micro financial institutions. In doing their business to  distribute  the credit up to certain amount, are  the  commercial banks  which  have more  competitive advantages, in both  the price  and facilities provided. The objective of this research is to identify the factors influencing the customers in making decisions to take the credit at BPR. By identifying the determinant factors in choosing the banks, BPR can use it to improve their services to the customers and at the same time BPR can use it as a strategy in giving credit to the customers or debtors. The method used in this study was regressive logistic method, which was  used to  identify  what factors determine the customers to choose credist at BPR. The conclusion is that the procedures and personality of the staffs are the main factors making the customers choose credits at BPR.
马来西亚人民银行(Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, BPR)是商业银行之外的银行金融机构的一部分,其活动之一是像商业银行一样分配信贷。BPR作为微型金融机构存在的问题。商业银行在从事分配一定额度的信贷业务时,在价格和提供的便利方面都具有更大的竞争优势。本研究的目的是找出影响顾客决定在业务流程再造中邀功的因素。通过确定选择银行的决定因素,BPR可以利用它来改善对客户的服务,同时BPR可以将其作为向客户或债务人提供信贷的策略。本研究使用的方法是回归logistic方法,该方法用于确定哪些因素决定客户在业务流程再造中选择信贷。结论是流程和员工的个性是影响客户在业务流程再造中选择信用的主要因素。

PENGARUH KUALITAS PRODUK, KUALITAS LAYANAN, PERSEPSI HARGA, DAN ASOSIASI MEREK TERHADAP KEPUASAN DAN LOYALITAS PELANGGAN 产品质量、服务质量、价格感知和品牌对客户满意度和忠诚度的影响

This is a case study to  explain the causal relationship between the variables in the research model, namely product quality, service quality, price perceptions, and brand association to customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 130 people who have two or more Honda motorcycles in the last 5 years in Surabaya, then processed using Stuctural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of AMOS 20.0 software. The result of research indicated that the direct effect of product quality to customer loyalty is 0.270, while the influence of product quality to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.102. The value of the direct effect of product quality on customer loyalty is greater than the indirect effect. The results showed that there is no direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty because the value is very small that is 0,065, while the influence of service quality to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is also very small that is equal to 0.049. The direct effect of price perception on customer loyalty is 0.236, while the effect of price perception on customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.064. The direct influence of brand association to customer loyalty is 0.318, while the influence of brand association to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction mediation is 0.041.

Intense competition between companies in the era of a global economy requires companies to always be the leader and best in providing satisfactory service to consumers especially companies engaged in services. Sales force management is often seen as part of marketing management is crucial in supporting the success of the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the impact of customer orientation, adaptive selling, and quality-customer relationship salesperson to salesperson performance. Methods in this study conducted by questionnaire. The population in this study is the salesperson who is in the marketing office of PT. Prudential Life Assurance in JL Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo, No. 40 A Semarang, the sample used in this study were 85 respondents and sampling of the population using purposive sampling technique. Testing the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis with SPSS applications 21. The results of the study with multiple linear regression showed that adaptive selling and quality of the salesperson-customer relationship positive and significant effect on salespeople performance, and customer orientation does not affect the salespeople performance.

This research is used to know and analyze any determinant factors that affect Quality of Identity Card (E-KTP) Service to Satisfaction of Society in Pracimantoro Sub-district, Wonogiri Regency. The method used in this research is the method of observation and questionnaire by using Likert scale. Sampling method used using convenience sampling method as many as 100 samples. The method of analysis used is the test of validity, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test. The result of multiple linear regression test shows that the service quality consisting of Tangibles (X1), Assurance (X2) and Empathy (X3) partially or individually has a significant influence on the satisfaction of society. Where the regression equation Y = 1.853 + 0.251X1 + 0.106X2 + 0.162X3 + 0.207X4 + 0.196X5. The result of t test shows that the quality of service consisting of Tangibles (X1), Assurance (X2) and Empathy (X3) has significant effect on the satisfaction of the community is shown by significant of each variable <0,05. In the F test results obtained value obtained Fcount value of 22.732 with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 this means that the variables together have a significant influence on community satisfaction.
本研究旨在了解并分析影响市民对居民身份证服务品质满意程度的决定因素。本研究采用的方法是观察法和问卷调查法,采用李克特量表。抽样方法采用方便抽样法,抽样样本多达100个。采用的分析方法有效度检验、信度检验、经典假设检验、多元线性回归检验。多元线性回归检验结果表明,由有形(X1)、保证(X2)和共情(X3)组成的服务质量部分或单独地对社会满意度有显著影响。其中回归方程Y = 1.853 + 0.251X1 + 0.106X2 + 0.162X3 + 0.207X4 + 0.196X5。t检验结果显示,有形服务质量(X1)、保证(X2)和共情(X3)对社区满意度有显著影响,各变量显著性< 0.05。在F检验结果中,得到的Fcount值为22.732,显著性水平为0.000 <0.05,说明这些变量共同对社区满意度有显著影响。

Australia and Indonesia have a close relationship in many busineses areas including entertainment. This paper focuses on how Australia’s Giant Cinema expands its business into Indonesia. Since many Indonesians stayed in Australia and experience directly Australian products and services, they  are aware that Australian products had a high quality. Fortunately, vice versa, Australians are quite familiar with Indonesian culture. This is an opportunity for Village Cinema to enter Indonesian Market. This paper will start with market segmentation and Village cinema’s target customers; furthermore it draws Village’s position map comparing to its competitors in Indonesian market. Not to mention that Indonesian Cineplex has been quite established in many Indonesian primary cities with XX1, 21 Cineplex and CGV formerly Blitz Megaplex lead the market share accordingly. However, there were some marketing strategies Village Cinema should choose, including product, price, promotion and distribution strategy. There is a chance for Village cinemas to be a multinational cinema company player in Indonesia.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is a business that contributes in economic development in Indonesia, because the sector of SMEs is proven to absorb labor and increase in people’s income. The large potential of SMEs is expected to support economic development in Indonesia. SMEs are managed and developed properly will certainly realize a tough business sector. A robust SMEs sector must be supported with good administration. One of the problems faced by the perpetrators of SMEs is the administrative problems associated with the listing of finances in its business. This study aims to analyze whether the understanding and application of basic concepts of accounting can facilitate the perpetrators of SMEs in the City of Tegal to follow the financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM. The sample of this research is UMKM in Tegal city taken by purposive sample technique. Methods of data collection in this study used the method of observation with questionnaires and direct interviews with respondents. This study uses descriptive analysis techniques to determine the application of accounting in panyusunan financial reports of SMEs in the city of Tegal. The results showed that the application of basic concepts of accounting through the basic equation of accounting can facilitate the perpetrators of SMEs in the City of Tegal to prepare financial statements in accordance with SAK EMKM.

ANALISIS BADAN HUKUM UNTUK KONSULTAN PAJAK SESUAI ANGGARAN DASAR IKATAN KONSULTAN PAJAK INDONESIA (IKPI) 根据印尼税务顾问协会(IKPI)章程对税务顾问的法律机构分析

In general, the form of business activities known is Limited Company, Firma, and Persekutuan Komanditer (Commanditaire Vennotschap or commonly abbreviated as CV). Exceptions occur in the form of tax consultant business, which in accordance with Article 12 (4) of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (IKPI) Statute states that the business forms of the Tax Consultant of the Association Members are Individual and Civil Alliances. The reason behind the requirement of a permissible business entity is that only this civil union appears to be motivated by the nature of a private tax consultant’s permit as there is no tax consultant’s license for an agency or entity. The difference between the Civil Society and the Firm lies in Accountability that is divided into two, namely the external relations and internal relations. The Civil Society (Maatschap) is held solely for internal relationships between them without external outward influence.

THE INSTRUMENT TO MEASURE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY OF THE PROSPECTIVE EMPLOYEES: BETWEEN TOEFL AND TOEIC 衡量未来员工英语能力的工具:托福与托业之间

Recently the university students are required by their institutions to have the TOEFL score in the fisrt year or in the last year of their study before graduation. Some other higher institutions require their students to submit TOEIC, not TOEFL, before graduation. Companies, in the recruitment process, require the applicants to submit TOEFL score to show their level of English proficiency. The first question is which one is more appropriate for job applicants in the compay: TOEFL  or TOEIC. Another question for university students before graduation is whether to have TOEFL  in the first year or in the last year before graduation. This article aims at answering the two questions raised. The first part will give an overview of various versions of TOEFL  and  TOEIC  and the second part proposes the appropriate English proficiency test  for the recruitment process for new employees and for the university graduates, that is, TOEIC for the company  and TOEFL  for universities  and  colleges.
