Education as a means to increase knowledge and skills and can improve welfare. The higher the level of education, the more experience one gets and the more complex the problems that can be solved, and this has an impact on increasing income. Advances in information and communication technology have changed human civilization. The development of science and technology has made how many jobs done by humans have been taken over by machines so that the remaining work is very little and more specific for humans to do.  The curriculum given to the students aims to provide a variety of knowledge and skills so that they can complete various assignments and be placed in various positions. This condition does not meet the needs of the world of work today, because workers only do specific jobs. Another challenge is that several large companies no longer require a diploma for their prospective workers; instead, it is based on the skills certification mastered by future workers.  This phenomenon is a challenge for education providers to reorient the profile of graduates who have been determined. One way is to reform the curriculum to improve the student's skills and mastery of digital information literacy, data processing, visualization, and modern office technology so that graduates can work in the modern office era. The narrative above is the premise of the descriptive research that the writer conducted based on various sources of documentation, literature, and questionnaire results from alumni.

PERAN KEY OPINION LEADER TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN 关键意见领袖在采购决策中的作用

In general, consumers will decide to purchase goods and services due to low pricing and in conjunction with their earnings level. However at the moment, consumers rely their decision to purchase a piece of apparel on the branded product and the personality who represents the brand. The intention of this study is to use case studies that involve actual consumers to evaluate how customers' decisions to make purchases under the Clarin The Label brand are influenced by key opinion leaders. Similar studies regarding Key Opinion Leaders on Consumer Purchase Decisions have not been found by researchers regarding their partial and simultaneous correlations. So with this it can be novelty in research so that it becomes new knowledge for consumers. This research used a descriptive qualitative methodology. In this study, three respondents were selected using the purposive sample method. The Visibility, Credibility, Attraction, and Power components have been appropriately applied in Rini Florencia's illustration based on the VisCAP model. With this, the Claryn The Label Key Opinion Leader encourages consumers' decision-making over their purchases.

PENGARUH LAYANAN ONLINE FOOD DELIVERY GRAB FOOD TERHADAP PERILAKU KONSUMTIF MAHASISWA YANG TINGGAL DI KOS 网上送餐服务 "抓饭 "对寄宿学生消费行为的影响

The use of Grab Food has become widespread, including among university students. This research aims to investigate the relevance of Grab Food's services to the consumptive behavior of students living in boarding houses. The research sample consisted of 70 students who had been using Grab Food for a minimum of 6 months and were residing in boarding houses. Data analysis was conducted using quantitative descriptive and Product Moment Correlation methods. Based on the research findings, it was observed that the majority of students using Grab Food were around 20 years old, with monthly allowances ranging from Rp1.100.000 to Rp2.000.000. The average frequency of food purchases through Grab Food was three times a week. Through test soft linearity and Product Moment Correlation, it was determined that students living in boarding houses had a moderately significant relationship between their use of Grab Food services and their consumptive behavior. AA substantial departure from linearity value of 0.131 was found from the linearity test, indicating a significant linear link between consumer behavior and the habit of utilizing Grab Food services. Where as from the Product Moment Correlation test, a correlation value (r) of 0.641 was obtained, which shows that the level of relationship between the use of Grab Food services and students' consumptive behavior is at a medium level.

ANALISIS SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (SEO) PADA UMKM DOA IBU KOSMETIK DI TOKOPEDIA Analyisis search engine optimisation (seo) pada umkm doa ibu kosmetik di tokopedia

The existence of social restrictions during the COVID-19 pandemic has had many impacts, one of which is limiting direct sales of SMEs. One of them is Doa Ibu Kosmetik which sells various personal needs like cosmetics and body care. Doa Ibu Kosmetik opens a digital shop through Tokopedia to encourage sales. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) method was implemented in the Tokopedia account to compete with others. The method used to optimize the shop page is to upgrade the shop's status to Power Merchant and activate the features provided by Tokopedia. Product page optimization is carried out by adding titles, prices, descriptions, and product photos so that they comply with Tokopedia's recommendations and can compete with other sellers. The TopAds feature, which is Tokopedia's paid advertising feature, has also been implemented to help increase traffic on the Tokopedia Doa Ibu Kosmetik page. The research results show that optimization on Tokopedia can increase visits and sales.

DO CEO CHARACTERISTICS REALLY MATTER FOR FIRM PERFORMANCE? EVIDENCE FROM INDONESIA 首席执行官的特征对公司业绩真的重要吗?印度尼西亚的证据

The Upper Echelon Theory explains that CEOs with certain characteristics are believed to influence firm results because the CEO plays an important role in the firm as the final decision maker. Thus, this raises the question of how important CEO characteristics are in explaining firm performance, or specifically does it matter or not. Addressing these gaps, this study aims to empirically prove the effect of CEO characteristics on firm performance. CEO characteristics in this study are proxied by tenure and gender. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on an analysis of 102 samples of property and real estate sector companies from 2017-2019 on the IDX, we find that CEO tenure positively affects firm performance, and CEO Gender negatively affects firm performance. These results suggest that the Upper Echelon Theory is still a relevant theory for explaining the importance of top management characteristics in understanding organizational outcomes. Furthermore, companies should consider the characteristics of their CEO because it reflects the organizational outcomes.

This paper provides a critical discussion on the functions and capabilities of Shariah boards, considering their ultimate authority in delivering Shariah assurance to stakeholders of Islamic banks. The primary objective of this initiative is to enhance the proficiency of Islamic banking in the realm of digital finance advancement while ensuring rigorous adherence to Shariah principles. This paper discusses the significance of robo advisory in facilitating real-time Shariah counsel by Shariah boards. Additionally, it highlights the potential of blockchain management systems (BMS) in augmenting the monitoring function of Shariah boards, namely in conducting reviews and audit assessments to ensure Shariah compliance in Islamic banks.

This research aims to find out whether audit fees, audit tenure and audit quality have an influence, either partially or simultaneously. The population used in this research is Public Accounting Firms in the East Jakarta area. The data collected is primary data taken based on questionnaires distributed to six Public Accounting Firms in East Jakarta. The data that has been collected will be calculated using SPSS 25 in data processing and analysis using the multiple linear analysis method. This research is quantitative research. The research results show that 1) audit fees partially influence audit quality. 2) audit tenure partially influences audit quality. 3) audit fees and audit tenure simultaneously have an influence on audit quality. Then the research results are based on the coefficient of determination test (R2), the R square value shows that audit fees and audit tenure have an effect on audit quality.
本研究旨在找出审计费用、审计任期和审计质量是否会产生部分或同时的影响。研究对象为东雅加达地区的公共会计师事务所。所收集的数据是基于向东雅加达六家公共会计师事务所发放的调查问卷而获得的原始数据。收集到的数据将使用 SPSS 25 进行数据处理,并使用多重线性分析方法进行分析。本研究为定量研究。研究结果表明:1)审计费用对审计质量有部分影响。2)审计任期部分影响审计质量。3)审计费用和审计任期同时对审计质量产生影响。然后根据判定系数(R2)检验研究结果,R 平方值表明审计收费和审计任期对审计质量有影响。

Tax is an obligation that must be carried out by every community as a taxpayer to meet state expenditure needs to improve people's welfare. However, there are still many taxpayers who are not aware of their tax compliance. So the aim of this research is to analyze the impact of Tax Socialization, Tax Sanctions, Understanding of Tax Regulations, and Tax Awareness on Taxpayer Compliance. The type of study is quantitative. The population was 100 Taxpayers by getting the sample using the Total Sampling method so that the sample size was 100 respondents Taxpayer in Surabaya. Research data includes primary data from distributing questionnaires and secondary data from the literature. The data analysis technique uses the SEM Partial Least Square test. The research results prove that Tax Sanctions and Tax Awareness have a significant positive impact on Taxpayer Compliance. Then, Tax Socialization and Understanding of Tax Regulations do not have a significant impact on Taxpayer Compliance in Surabaya.

ANALISIS PERUMUSAN STRATEGI BAGI PT RAMAYANA LESTARI SENTOSA, TBK PT RAMAYANA LESTARI SENTOSA, TBK 的战略制定分析

The retail industry sector is one of the industries affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, including Ramayana. This was marked by a significant decrease in Ramayana's revenue during the Covid-19 pandemic and until now Ramayana's condition has not been able to return to the company's best performance before the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. In addition, Ramayana does not only focus on serving customers in the class C and class D economy segments, but wants to serve a new segment, namely the class B economy segment. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to formulate the right strategy for PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk based on this phenomenon. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observing and using the literature review method. The theory that has been described in the theoretical basis section is then applied to PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa, Tbk. to support research on appropriate strategies. The data used in this study is secondary data sourced from company annual reports. The results of the research show that the strategy proposed in Ramayana is product development.

E-commerce is a form of trading carried out online using the internet. E-commerce can be done via computers, laptops, and even smartphones. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Brand Leadership on Satisfaction, Satisfaction on Repurchase Intention and Brand Leadership on Repurchase Intention on e-commerce websites. The population of this research are people who use or buy products on e-commerce websites. The sampling procedure used in this research to collect relevant data was the use of a questionnaire. A total of 131 samples were collected and the method in this research used a purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) methods. The results of this research show that Brand Leadership has a positive influence on Satisfaction, Satisfaction has a positive influence on Repurchase Intention and Brand Leadership does not have a positive influence on Repurchase Intention.se Intention and Brand Leadership does not have a positive influence on Repurchase Intention.
