POLA PENYEBARAN KEPITING BIOLA (Uca sp.) DI KAWASAN MANGROVE CURAHSAWO PROBOLINGGO, JAWA TIMUR

One type of crab that has habitat in intertidal areas is the Violin Crab (Uca sp.)l, especially around the mangrove forest area. This research was conducted in the mangrove area of Curahsawo, East Java in April 2020. The purpose of this study was to determine the structure of the Violin Crab community in the mangrove area of Curahsawo Probolinggo. Parameters measured were soil pH, soil organic matter and soil texture. There are 3 sampling points, namely station 1 in the mangrove area, station 2 in the pond area, and station 3 in the estuary area. The results of environmental quality measurements at the research location were that the highest soil pH was around 8.03, while the highest soil organic matter was 3.106%, and the soil types were dusty clay and sandy loam. Uca rosea, Uca lactea, Uca vocans, Uca perplexa, Uca dussumieri, Uca demani are 6 types of violin crabs found in the Curahsawo mangrove ecosystem. , Uca demani and grouped for Uca rosea and Uca perplexa. The results of the distribution of violin crabs on the type of soil texture were very visible in the scattered Uca perplexa crabs because at all soil sampling points the highest number was 16 ind/m2 in both types of soil textures.

PENGARUH WAKTU TRANSPORTASI SISTEM TERTUTUP TERHADAP KELANGSUNGAN HIDUP UDANG RED CHERRY (Neocaridina heteropoda) 闭门运输系统对红樱桃大虾生存的影响(新ocaridina异色波达)

Red cherry ornamental shrimp have the advantage of their bright red body color and are popularly used to beautify the contents of the aquarium. Market demand for red cherry ornamental shrimp continues to increase both online and offline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of closed system transportation time and the best time on the survival of red cherry ornamental shrimp after transportation and maintenance for 3 days. The method used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments given were P1 1 day (24 hours), P2 2 days (48 hours), P3 3 days (72 hours), P4 4 days (96 hours), and P5 5 days (120 hours). The shrimp used are 1.8 – 2.4 cm long and weigh 0.072 – 0.24 grams. The transportation simulation given is a shock simulation every 2 hours for 15 minutes. The results obtained showed that the closed system transportation time had a significant effect on the survival of the red cherry ornamental shrimp after transportation, but did not significantly affect the survival after 3 days of rearing. The best transportation time for the survival of red cherry ornamental shrimp after transportation was 1 day (24 hours) and 2 days (48 hours) with 96% and 91.67% survival respectively

PROFIL HEDONIK KEMPLANG PANGGANG KHAS PALEMBANG 巴伦邦邦岗卡斯的享乐会概况

Palembang's kemplang panggang is one of Palembang's original foods that is populer both inside and outside of Palembang. Kemplang is widely sold and produced in Palembang. The number of baked kemplang products makes consumers confused in choosing baked kemplang products which later became the basis for this research. This study was purposed to determine the level of consumer/panelist preference for baked kemplang sold in markets around Palembang. Kemplang Panggang Palembang of this study was purchased from three different markets and different trade names. This study was divided into two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage of hedonic testing carried out by 25 semi-trained panelists with four parameters such as aroma, color, taste, and texture. The highest results on the parameters of aroma, color, taste, and texture were found in the sample with code 303 with a “like” level. Based on these results, it can be concluded that sample 303 is the most preferred baked kemplang compared to other baked kemplang samples

PERFORMA PERTUMBUHAN BUDIDAYA UDANG VANAME SECARA INTENSIF DI JAYA SURUMANA, KABUPATEN DONGGALA SULAWESI TENGAH

Whiteleg shrimp technology is growing rapidly. The provision of high stocking density affects the feed management and growth pattern of whiteleg shrimp. The research method used in this research is a survey method with quantitative descriptive data analysis. The observed parameters consisted of FCR, SR, ABW, ADG, ABW and effort analysis. The results of the study were FCR 1.72, SR 25%, ABW increased every day during shrimp rearing, ADG fluctuated. The maintenance period is up to DOC 147. The best harvest period is at DOC 127 because of maximum growth.

Pemanfaatan Jeroan Ikan Dengan Limbah Kulit Jagung Sebagai Pakan Alternatif Ikan Lele 用玉米皮废料喂鱼的内脏,作为鲶鱼的替代品

The demand for freshwater consumption fish, especially catfish, is so fast that the aquaculture sector needs to be increased again. The supporting factor in the success of aquaculture is feed, where feed for catfish cultivation on Timor Island, NTT is still much more expensive than on the island of Java, this is an inhibiting factor for the success of cultivation on Timor Island. These problems can be overcome by making independent feed. The purpose of this activity is to determine the potential of local raw materials or waste in Timor Island as raw materials for making fish feed. The method used is a descriptive method where research describes the phenomenon or individual characteristics, the situation accurately in a certain group. Based on the results obtained that the waste on the island of Timor, namely fish offal and corn husks can be used as raw materials for making feed and has a fairly good buoyancy shown by being able to float for more than 5 minutes.

South Sumatra has a fairly large swamp area and has the potential for rice and fish cultivation activities. Swampland has a fairly low or acidic pH content so that before using it fairly large for fish and rice cultivation processes, it is necessary to treat the land, one of which is liming so that it can increase the pH value. The main purpose of this study was to determine the optimal pH value of water after liming for Minapadi in tidal swamp areas. The benefit is to know the changes in the pH of the water after liming the Minapadi land in the tidal swamp area, so that it is hoping that later it will be able to find out the pH value that is suitable and suitable for Minapadi activities, including the pH of the water that is suitable for the type of fish to use. This research was carried out from October to December 2020. The water samples collected directly on the land of Sungai Dua in Banyuasin Regency. Sampling water, pH during the study was carried out at several points on the rice field plots. Analisis pH Air pada Lahan Rawa Pasang Surut Sebagai Potensi MINAPADI di Desa Sungai Dua 对潮汐沼泽的pH值分析为2号河村的潜在水

  The waters of South Sumatra have considerable potential for catching and cultivating fish consisting of snakehead fish, sepat, catfish and others. The opportunity to conduct aquaculture in South Sumatra is still wide open, especially in swamp waters because almost half of the swamp waters have not been fully utilized. So this study puprposed to determine the feasibility of the inlet and outlet water pH in tidal swamp to minapadi in Sungai Dua village, Banguasin Regency, South Sumatra. This research was carried out from October to December 2020. Samples were taken twice at the beginning of the first rice planting and at the second stage of rice planting. Sampling was carried out at five water points. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively using a table. The results of the study that tidal swamp land can be used for Minapadi because the pH value ranging from 4-6 is still tolerant to endemic fish because it is filtered lime at the water inlet.

Karakteristik Fisik Pakan Ikan Buatan dengan Substitusi Manure Ayam 人工喂养鱼类的物理特性与鸡的替换特性

Livestock waste including poultry manure can be used as an alternative feedstuff for fish feed. Manure is an alternative protein source to reduce the use of protein raw materials for feed which is very expensive.The objective of this study was to evaluate physical quality of pellet supplemented with manure poultry with different level (10% and 15%).  A completely randomized with 3 treatments and 4 replicates was used. Parameters observed were the buoyance, water stability and pellet hardness. The result showed suplementation of manure poultry up to 15% had no significant effect to buoyance, water stability and pellet hardness. In conclusion, feed formulated with manure poultry did not negatively affected water stability and pellet hardness. Feed technology to increase the buoyancy is required.

This research aims to identify the characteristics of pempek stores based on facilities. The research was conducted in six different stores by grade. Grades include Grade I until IV. Pempek stores are made based on the grade of facilities. Facilities include place, atmosphere and comfort. Grade I has open room, facilities and infrastructure. Grade II has open space room, adequate infrastructure facilities. Grade III has open and closed room, more complete facilities and infrastructure. Grade V has a closed space and facilities are quite complete while grade VI has the most complete closed room, facilities and infrastructure compared to other grades. So that grade VI has the most complete character.

PERBAIKAN TEKSTUR IKAN LELE (Clarias gariepinus) ASAP DENGAN GAMBIR (Uncaria gambir Roxb) SEBAGAI POTENSI USAHA DI DESA SUNGAI DUA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tekstur Ikan lele Asap yang diberikan gambir dengan lama perendaman dan konsentrasi yang berbeda. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini yaitu konsentrasi larutan gambir (0 sampai 6%) dan lama Perendaman (15 sampai 45 menit).  Analisis data yang dilakukan menggunakan model Eksperimental dan Deskriptif. Penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan tekstur daging ikan yang masih empuk atau tidak keras. kesimpulan Ikan lele asap dengan perendaman gambir terbukti menghasilkan ikan lele asap yang lebih baik dibandingkan tanpa perendaman gambir terutama menghasilkan tekstur lembut di dalam dan keras di luar. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada Perlakuan A3B1 sebagai tekstur yang peak load tidak terlalu lembut dan final load tetap dengan tekstur tidak terlalu keras. Sehingga Usaha ini dapat dilakukan di Desa Sungai Dua sebagai Potensi yang menjanjikan.
