Research on the Construction of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Evaluation System under the Background of "Internet Plus" “互联网+”背景下创新创业评价体系构建研究

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship based on "Internet Plus" is of great significance to the educational ecosystem of universities and even the national economic development system. Accurate evaluation of the innovation and entrepreneurship system in the context of "Internet Plus" is the basic guarantee for its development. Firstly, based on the actual research results, this paper constructs the resource evaluation index system with material resources, human resources, financial resources, resource allocation of service system and incubation service effect as the core. After obtaining the relevant data of each index, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method were used to assign subjective weight and objective weight to each index respectively. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index is calculated based on the comprehensive weight, and the level of innovation and entrepreneurship space resources of Internet Plus is evaluated. The method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate object resources. The results show that the evaluation system can accurately evaluate the resource status of the research object. Based on the evaluation results, the development trend of the research object can be analyzed from the time dimension and space dimension, which is conducive to the development and management of the research object.
摘要:基于“互联网+”的创新创业对高校教育生态系统乃至国家经济发展体系都具有重要意义。准确评价“互联网+”背景下的创新创业体系,是其发展的基本保障。首先,根据实际研究成果,构建了以物质资源、人力资源、财力资源、服务体系资源配置和孵化服务效果为核心的资源评价指标体系。在获得各指标的相关数据后,采用层次分析法和熵值法分别对各指标赋予主观权重和客观权重。最后,基于综合权重计算综合评价指标,对“互联网+”创新创业空间资源水平进行评价。利用本文提出的方法对目标资源进行评估。结果表明,该评价体系能够准确地评价研究对象的资源状况。根据评价结果,可以从时间维度和空间维度分析研究对象的发展趋势,有利于研究对象的开发和管理。

Research on Strategy Optimization of 5G NSA Based on Mobile Learning 基于移动学习的5G NSA策略优化研究

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet education, according to the trend of educational technology integration under the new situation, the Ministry of Education proposes that making full use of modern educational resources and advanced technology, building a mobile learning environment, and making efficient use of 5G network environment for mobile learning and knowledge transmission are the development trends of future education. Firstly, this paper studies the key issues affecting speech perception. However, it analyzes the uplink power contraction of NSA voice terminal, and verifies and optimizes NSA voice quality strategy based on the experimental test data, so as to improve the voice perception quality within 5G NSA mobile learning environment network services.

The design and implementation of the database is an important task in system development. Many information in the management of smart tourism needs to be saved and managed so that these data can be analyzed later. Therefore, in the process of designing the system, the original number of system requirements is analyzed, and the relationship between business entities is established. Combined with the relational database used by the system, E-R diagram drawing and data table implementation were performed.

Tourist Experience and Influencing Factors in the Context of Smart Tourism 智慧旅游背景下的游客体验及其影响因素研究

Abstract: Smart tourism is an imperative innovation and reform in the tourism industry. In the process of building smart scenic areas, we need not only fully interpret the essential connotation of smart tourism in theory, but also comprehensively apply the latest technical support to build a variety of hardware platforms in smart scenic areas, thereby meeting the needs of scenic resource protection, business management, tourism management, public services, and decision support. By proposing hypotheses about the factors influencing tourist experience, we carefully designed questionnaires, conducted online surveys among 350 tourists, refined three influencing factors after dividing the influencing factors into categories and performing correlation analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between smart guide platform, smart guide robot, smart supervision platform, and tourist experience, and the above factors play a significant positive role in improving the tourist experience. By comparing the standardized coefficient values, it can be seen that standardized coefficient value of the smart guide platform has relatively high absolute value, indicating its relatively big impact. Next comes smart supervision platform and smart guide robot. It suggests that in the construction of smart scenic areas, we should: expand the construction of smart guide platform, perfect the service feedback mechanism, accelerate the upgrading of smart guide robots, highlight the advantages of artificial intelligence, and promote the intelligent, real-time, and refined development of smart supervision platforms.
摘要:智慧旅游是旅游产业的一项势在必行的创新和改革。在智慧景区建设过程中,不仅需要在理论上充分解读智慧旅游的本质内涵,还需要综合运用最新的技术支撑,构建智慧景区的各种硬件平台,从而满足景区资源保护、商业管理、旅游管理、公共服务、决策支持等需求。通过对影响游客体验的因素提出假设,精心设计问卷,对350名游客进行在线调查,对影响因素进行分类并进行相关分析,提炼出三个影响因素。结果表明:智能导赏平台、智能导赏机器人、智能监管平台与游客体验之间存在显著正相关关系,以上因素对游客体验的提升具有显著的正向作用。通过对标准化系数值的比较可以看出,智能导盲平台的标准化系数值具有较高的绝对值,说明其影响较大。接下来是智能监管平台和智能导视机器人。建议在智慧景区建设中:扩大智能导赏平台建设,完善服务反馈机制,加快智能导赏机器人升级换代,突出人工智能优势,推动智能监管平台智能化、实时性、精细化发展。

Application Analysis of Scientific Mapping Based on CiteSpace's Digital Economy Literature Review 基于CiteSpace数字经济文献综述的科学制图应用分析

Digital Economy, a driving force of global economic and social development, has been an important topic in international economic research. This paper uses CiteSpace to analyze the literature relating to Digital Economy from 2006 to 2021 contained in Web of Science Core Collection. Besides, this paper visualizes and analyzes current status, hotspots and trends of Digital Economy from perspectives of the number of posts, countries,keywords, etc. Findings from this paper indicate that: China and the United States are two main players of Digital Economy. Universities are major contributors to digital economy researches. Researches concerned blockchain seems to be a trend in the future. Digital Economy is undoubted with digital divide and digital governance.

Research on the Motivation and Improvement Countermeasures of Students' Learning Initiative Based on Factor Analysis 基于因子分析的学生学习主动性动因及提高对策研究

In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 491 undergraduates from Wuhan Business University, focusing on three aspects: the current learning situation, the motivations that affect active learning, and the learning environment that students hope for. Adopting the empirical method of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and participating in professional seminars in this article, it is explored the current situation of the university students’ learning initiative, and analyzed the motivations that affect the learning initiative. The survey results show that there are obvious differences in the subjects and grades in the learning initiative of college students, so it is not enough to rely on a single force to improve the learning initiative of students. Finally, based on the analysis of questionnaires, a series of methods to improve students’ learning initiative in 360 degrees were proposed, that is, some feasible suggestions were put forward from the perspective of school administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
本文对武汉工商大学491名本科生进行问卷调查,主要从学生的学习现状、影响学生主动学习的动机、学生期望的学习环境三个方面进行调查。本文采用文献分析法、问卷调查法、参加专业研讨会等实证方法,探讨大学生学习主动性的现状,分析影响大学生学习主动性的动因。调查结果显示,大学生的学习主动性在学科和年级上存在明显差异,因此仅仅依靠单一的力量来提高学生的学习主动性是不够的。最后,在调查问卷分析的基础上,提出了提高学生360度学习主动性的一系列方法,即从学校管理者、教师、学生和家长的角度提出了一些可行的建议。

Research on the Application of Interactive Media Technology in General Education in the Post-epidemic Era 后疫情时代互动媒体技术在通识教育中的应用研究

This article summarizes online teaching and its development process, combs the current status of online teaching, and paves the way for the popularization of online teaching during the epidemic. A horizontal analysis and a vertical analysis are carried out on the general education interaction as a whole. In the horizontal analysis, the mode of general education interaction is mainly analyzed. In the longitudinal analysis, all the teaching modes are integrated to analyze the interactive hierarchical tower of general education from a longitudinal perspective. This article proposes to establish an online learning community to promote the development of interaction, which creatively analyzes the relationship between social constructivism, online learning community and general education interaction. According to the implementation of network teaching policies in various countries, we start from the practice of network teaching for college students and rely on relevant theories to divide network teaching elements into subject, object, channel, content, and effect, so as to draw an online teaching model diagram, and carry out around the model diagram. This article is based on the theory of spreading modes, combined with the actual analysis of the online teaching process framework during the epidemic. Through interviews, network ethnography and other methods, under the relevance theory of learning, we examine the various elements of teaching activities function. Starting from the three aspects of teaching content, methods, and evaluation, it comprehensively analyzes the specific practical effects of online teaching during the epidemic, hoping to pave the way for the development of the online teaching industry in the post-epidemic era.

Research on the Operating Efficiency of Chinese Listed Tourism Companies Based on DEA-Malmquist Model 基于DEA-Malmquist模型的中国旅游上市公司经营效率研究

Abstract: In this paper, the DEA-Malmquist model is used to estimate static and dynamic efficiency of 27 publicly-listed Chinese tourism companies from 2014 to 2019. The companies’ developments are discussed from these aspects: operation characteristics of these companies, elements influencing the change of total factor productivity, differences in the operational efficiency of different types of listed companies. Analysis of Automotive ABS Connector Production Line Improvement Based on Lean Six Sigma 基于精益六西格玛的汽车ABS连接器生产线改进分析

Abstract: In order for automotive parts enterprises to stand out in a competitive market and capture a greater market share, they must both improve quality and reduce production cost. Lean Six Sigma management applies the speed of Lean and the quality of Six Sigma to solve these enterprises’ problem. By analyzing the Lean Six Sigma management model,this paper improves the specific process of Lean Six Sigma. Further, the Lean Six Sigma management theory is applied to improve and optimize the problem of low efficiency on ABS connector production line in an automotive parts enterprise. This leads to the net result of an improved production line OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and a shortened Lead Time, in conjunction with large cost savings.
