Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship based on "Internet Plus" is of great significance to the educational ecosystem of universities and even the national economic development system. Accurate evaluation of the innovation and entrepreneurship system in the context of "Internet Plus" is the basic guarantee for its development. Firstly, based on the actual research results, this paper constructs the resource evaluation index system with material resources, human resources, financial resources, resource allocation of service system and incubation service effect as the core. After obtaining the relevant data of each index, the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and entropy method were used to assign subjective weight and objective weight to each index respectively. Finally, the comprehensive evaluation index is calculated based on the comprehensive weight, and the level of innovation and entrepreneurship space resources of Internet Plus is evaluated. The method proposed in this paper is used to evaluate object resources. The results show that the evaluation system can accurately evaluate the resource status of the research object. Based on the evaluation results, the development trend of the research object can be analyzed from the time dimension and space dimension, which is conducive to the development and management of the research object.

Abstract: Smart tourism is an imperative innovation and reform in the tourism industry. In the process of building smart scenic areas, we need not only fully interpret the essential connotation of smart tourism in theory, but also comprehensively apply the latest technical support to build a variety of hardware platforms in smart scenic areas, thereby meeting the needs of scenic resource protection, business management, tourism management, public services, and decision support. By proposing hypotheses about the factors influencing tourist experience, we carefully designed questionnaires, conducted online surveys among 350 tourists, refined three influencing factors after dividing the influencing factors into categories and performing correlation analysis. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between smart guide platform, smart guide robot, smart supervision platform, and tourist experience, and the above factors play a significant positive role in improving the tourist experience. By comparing the standardized coefficient values, it can be seen that standardized coefficient value of the smart guide platform has relatively high absolute value, indicating its relatively big impact. Next comes smart supervision platform and smart guide robot. It suggests that in the construction of smart scenic areas, we should: expand the construction of smart guide platform, perfect the service feedback mechanism, accelerate the upgrading of smart guide robots, highlight the advantages of artificial intelligence, and promote the intelligent, real-time, and refined development of smart supervision platforms.

Digital Economy, a driving force of global economic and social development, has been an important topic in international economic research. This paper uses CiteSpace to analyze the literature relating to Digital Economy from 2006 to 2021 contained in Web of Science Core Collection. Besides, this paper visualizes and analyzes current status, hotspots and trends of Digital Economy from perspectives of the number of posts, countries,keywords, etc. Findings from this paper indicate that: China and the United States are two main players of Digital Economy. Universities are major contributors to digital economy researches. Researches concerned blockchain seems to be a trend in the future. Digital Economy is undoubted with digital divide and digital governance.

In this paper, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 491 undergraduates from Wuhan Business University, focusing on three aspects: the current learning situation, the motivations that affect active learning, and the learning environment that students hope for. Adopting the empirical method of literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and participating in professional seminars in this article, it is explored the current situation of the university students’ learning initiative, and analyzed the motivations that affect the learning initiative. The survey results show that there are obvious differences in the subjects and grades in the learning initiative of college students, so it is not enough to rely on a single force to improve the learning initiative of students. Finally, based on the analysis of questionnaires, a series of methods to improve students’ learning initiative in 360 degrees were proposed, that is, some feasible suggestions were put forward from the perspective of school administrators, teachers, students, and parents.

This article summarizes online teaching and its development process, combs the current status of online teaching, and paves the way for the popularization of online teaching during the epidemic. A horizontal analysis and a vertical analysis are carried out on the general education interaction as a whole. In the horizontal analysis, the mode of general education interaction is mainly analyzed. In the longitudinal analysis, all the teaching modes are integrated to analyze the interactive hierarchical tower of general education from a longitudinal perspective. This article proposes to establish an online learning community to promote the development of interaction, which creatively analyzes the relationship between social constructivism, online learning community and general education interaction. According to the implementation of network teaching policies in various countries, we start from the practice of network teaching for college students and rely on relevant theories to divide network teaching elements into subject, object, channel, content, and effect, so as to draw an online teaching model diagram, and carry out around the model diagram. This article is based on the theory of spreading modes, combined with the actual analysis of the online teaching process framework during the epidemic. Through interviews, network ethnography and other methods, under the relevance theory of learning, we examine the various elements of teaching activities function. Abstract: In this paper, the DEA-Malmquist model is used to estimate static and dynamic efficiency of 27 publicly-listed Chinese tourism companies from 2014 to 2019. The companies’ developments are discussed from these aspects: operation characteristics of these companies, elements influencing the change of total factor productivity, differences in the operational efficiency of different types of listed companies. The results indicate: huge differences exist in the operating efficiency of the listed tourism companies in China; low scale efficiency is the principal reason causing the low technological efficiency; total factor productivity improvement is mainly attributed to technical progress; remarkable differences exist in the operational efficiency of different types of publicly-listed tourism companies, with the lowest technological efficiency value reported in tourism companies specialized in hotels, a relatively lower total factor productivity growth in the listed tourism companies in the scenic spot sector, and the highest operating efficiency in the tourism companies engaged in comprehensive businesses

Further, the Lean Six Sigma management theory is applied to improve and optimize the problem of low efficiency on ABS connector production line in an automotive parts enterprise.
