Citizen journalism or to journalists residents in indonesia is relatively new citizen journalism can report a lot of things important quickly before conventional media reported a similar story. A medium that most often used citizen journalism that is social media. This study attempts to mendiskripsikan participation of the community towards instagram account medan talk as one of citizen journalism account in medan. This the kind of research quantitative descriptive uses the method, the size of the population 483 and sample 83 people. The withdrawal of technique sample with simple as using random sampling with using analysis single table. The results of research conducted in variable x by an indicator of how the time it takes to trust the contents of the message to post news medan talk aalah most dominant with the percentage of 30.2 % , in variable y with the indicators happy to talk to be a place for learning lessons be journalists residents most dominant 61.4 from % with the percentage of as much as. This study analyzed of management online media conducted by Yogyakarta Jogokariyan Mosque for building and fostering a communication with da'wah activists in 2017. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, and data collection techniques through interviews and document data. The results of this research that management of online media in Yogyakarta Jogokariyan Mosque does not plan regularly and systematically but is more flexible and incidental. The platform media that is most widely used to promote and build communication networks with da'wah activists is Facebook and Instagram by basing it on the intended target audience and effectiveness level. To evaluate how to use the online media of the Jogokariyan Mosque, they carried out media monitoring on the response of the audience both who followed, like, share and commented. A tutor which has fixed and firm the competence of a communication that good will to be able to draw sympathy school tuition than right now to heed, understand, and for the remembrance of a message on the great commission nor information to in this matter is the subject matter. Aim of this study is under way to find out the competence of communication a tutor in improving the a belief in themselves school tuition at the Yayasan Pemimpin Anak Bangsa. A theory that used in this research is a theory constructivism, the theory is well explain how ability or very works of their hands sunday prologue an individual in communications. The study used a qualitative approach was adopted with the methods observation, the objective of the interview, and documentation. The results of the research showed it was personal communication tutor at the Yayasan Pemimpin Anak Bangsa has been good enough, was seen from ability tutor use verbal communication and nonverbal messages and subject matter that is easily understood by students, a tutor who are providing support, motivation and spirit to learn back.

Natural disasters is a natural events that results in a big impact for of human populations .The city padangsidimpuan hit by natural disaster flooding due to heavy rain has made the rivers to overflow and as a result sweeping stems ayumi houses on the outskirts of rivers and result in casualties died .Regional disaster management agency ( bpbd ) padangsidimpuan city is one of the most important factors in make a difference to the society about preparedness to natural disasters in their areas .Of the study which used in this case study qualitative wear with the approach .The source of information in this review are personnel ( bpbd ) and city people padangsidimpuan .The results indicate communication verbal effective both effective and non verbal effective need to and must be intense will not cease to be done to make the processes of communication that is konatif can work well. Expected bpbd city padangsidimpuan and the community communicating intense that they know will things grows about about natural disasters and preserving environment not make waste to rivers and not cutting trees illegally loging .

This paper intends to find out the hadiths about intercultural communication. Intercultural communication in essence can create harmony and togetherness. Besides that, they can also understand the differences between individuals. This also often happens in Indonesia, because Indonesia is a country that has a variety of cultures. And this difference must be supported, maintained and preserved. In addition, in essence, intercultural communication contains an intercultural dimension. In other words, the existence of intercultural communication has had a positive impact to make it easier to socialize and minimize misunderstandings. Communication is not only the knowledge learned in lecture classes. Even communication itself has actually been taught by the Creator, Allah SWT, through the Qur'an about how important communication is for humanity, especially Muslims. Lexically communication is the sending and receiving of messages or news between two or more people. So the message in question can be understood. Communication influences changes in behavior, ways of life, and values. Inter-cultural communication in an Islamic perspective is based on several emphases: 1. Religious: Habluminallah (Human-Allah relationship), 2. Social Value: Hablum Minannas (Human-Human Relations). So here Islam encourages its people so that religion does not always prioritize aspects of worship, but Islam also advocates social worship, such as paying attention to the fate of weak people.
