The article discusses the kinematic scheme of the lever crank-slider mechanism of the third class, on the basis of which the executive mechanism of a mechanical non-clutch press is proposed under the patent for the invention (RF patent No. 2752399). Switching mode of operation of the press is carried out by moving the control slider from one stationary position to another. The kinematic parameters of the lever mechanism are assigned in such a way that in operating mode the law of motion of the working body of the press is close to the law of motion of the output link of the fourlink central crank-slider mechanism, and in the idle mode — the working body makes small movements (approximate stand) at full rotation of the crank. The analytical dependencies necessary for calculating the mechanism and the corresponding example are given.

The article researches the changes in the electromagnetic parameters of controlled asynchronous special electric drives. Special asynchronous electric drives are controlled cascade electric drives of cylindrical and axial designs. The study of the dynamics of parameter changes is carried out on the basis of the method of electromagnetic energy conversion and the theory of electromagnetic circuits. As a result, for new mathematical models of the electromagnetic system of the studied asynchronous electric drives, the parameters of the electromagnetic field of a closed coil of one coil of an electric winding with electric current in a homogeneous medium are determined. The solved problem is spatial, since the distribution of electromagnetic induction in a coil of a given shape of an electromagnetic coil is determined. The obtained conclusions for determining the electromagnetic parameters of cylindrical and axial motors of special electric drives allow us to correctly solve the problems of modeling, designing and improving the efficiency of the studied electric drives and electromechanical energy converters of cylindrical and axial designs. The results of the study are applicable to create a computer-aided design system for the research asynchronous electric drives and solve modeling and design problems. The conducted research allows creating electric drives with optimal weight, size and energy indicators.

The objective of this work is to develop a mathematical model for studying the magnetic control field of a magnetically controlled ferrovariometer in a linear approximation. This problem is solved on the basis of a plane-parallel model. The solution is based on the method of secondary sources. On the basis of the developed mathematical model, a program is compiled in a highlevel language that provides input of initial data and their printing, calculation of the coordinates of secondary sources and calculation of the initial approximate value of the associated currents, as well as iterative calculation of the system of equations with a given accuracy. The described method and program make it possible to obtain an approximate picture of the distribution of the control field in the design of a magnetically controlled ferrovariometer and in the surrounding space, if the design can be represented by a plane-parallel model. Based on the field calculation, it is possible to perform a parametric synthesis of the control circuit design and evaluate its interfering effect on the surrounding electrical circuits.

The issue of improving the efficiency of the functioning of airlines in the air transportation market is considered. A statistical and mathematical model has been developed and allows us to make a prognosis of the main indicators of the airline’s activity. This model is a distribution of a random variable, which distribution density is described by the Gauss’ Law. The influence of the correlation coefficient value on the accuracy of the prognosis, the average quadratic values on the mathematical expectation of the predicted value is shown. The given model allows to increase the accuracy of the prognosis of the indicators of the airline work.

A bicubic ribbon is a surface of constant width extended along the Ox-axis and formed by a set of rectangular bicubic portions connected to each other with smoothness C1 (continuity of gradient between portions) or C2 (continuity of curvature). Each portion is limited by cubic parabolas lying in vertical planes x=const, y=const. The article presents algorithms for calculating a bicubic band based on the use of boundary curve equations as the main boundary conditions. The «flat corners» conditions are accepted as additional boundary conditions. The proposed approach makes it possible to reduce the size of the characteristic matrix of a system of linear equations with respect to the coefficients included in the equations of bicubic portions. For example, the calculation of 16 coefficients of the equation of a bicubic portion passing through fixed boundary curves reduces to solving a system of four linear equations. Criteria for smooth joining of bicubic portions are formulated (in the form of theorems). Theorem 1 formulates and proves the continuity conditions for the gradient. Theorem 2 contains conditions for the continuity of curvature. Examples of calculation and visualization of C1 and C2- smooth ribbon surfaces, consisting of two or three bicubic portions, are presented.

In the work, laboratory tests are carried out to assess the wear of rolling bearings on the SMC-2 friction machine, depending on the granulometric composition (up to 1 and up to 7 microns) and the concentration of molybdenum disulfide added to the base industrial oil I-GT-A-100 (I-50A), produced according to GOST 20799- 2022. During the tests, numerical values of the wear condition of four bearings are obtained, the average value is indicated. The dependences of the concentration of molybdenum disulfide with a granulometric composition of up to 1 and up to 7 microns on the wear level and the average temperature of the bearing during the tests are determined.

In the work, dual electroinductive spherical sensors, which are a constructive combination of two double sensors into one, are subjected to experimental studies in a non-uniform electric field. Dual sensors are an integral part of a new method for measuring inhomogeneous electric fields by average value. Experimental studies are aimed at confirming the possibility of using dual sensors in inhomogeneous electric fields and the method of measuring the electric field strength by the average value. To carry out experiments in a non-uniform electric field, a high-voltage measuring setup is created. The measuring setup made it possible to obtain the static characteristics of a dual sensor in an inhomogeneous electric field. Comparison of the static characteristics obtained in a homogeneous and inhomogeneous field makes it possible to estimate their errors and compare these errors with theoretically calculated ones. The comparison results have showed that the discrepancy between the static characteristics does not exceed +1,5 %, and the discrepancy in the errors of the dual sensor, estimated from experimental data in an inhomogeneous field and obtained theoretically, does not exceed ±2 % in absolute units. The obtained research results allow us to confirm the adequacy of the theory underlying the theoretical provisions laid down in the calculations of dual electric induction spherical strength sensors of the electric field.
